Relais & Chateaux Heritage Hotel

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We were here for 5D4N. The service was excellent. Every time we meet a staff we were warmly greeted. All staffs are well trained and understand the importance of exceptional services. The hotel is beautifully decorated with an elegant ambience. Fresh flowers are used and replaced almost everyday. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were awesome. The hotel restaurant Haroma offers great dinning experience as well. We had wonderful time in the hotel and will definitely return for another stay.

When staying in a large city with an infinite number of hotels to select from; finding a way to sort through the possibilities is critical. We have found Relais and Chateaux properties to be welcoming, well-appointed and staffed with gracious, knowledgeable staff. Heritage Madrid provides a gold standard for the brand.

The property is situated in a very accessible but quiet part of the city, the bedrooms, and bathrooms while not huge are very pretty with comfortable beds, pillows, and amenities. Breakfast is delicious and comes with multiple options for large and small appetites. The rooftop bar is made special with climbing roses and jasmine. A truly wonderful place for wine after a day of sightseeing. We have absolutely no negative feedback or even suggestions for better service at this property.

Amazing hotel, got upgraded to a lovely suite being a gold member, friendly staff, nice breakfast spread. Love its outside garden.

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. Room was beautiful, the rooftop view - lovely. The staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves some delicious food. The partridge salad was I think one of the best things I've had. So good.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with top notch service. I tend to lean more modern in my taste of hotels however I booked this on my last night in Madrid (it was closer to the airport than the south west corner of the metro centre where I stayed during the rest of my time in the city). I was pleasantly surprised to find out upon arrival that the hotel was new in 2018 so it melds old world charm with new modern amenities. The roof top lounge is a great place for a drink and a snack and there are many great shops within walking distance. My biggest regret is not staying here longer! We hope to visit again on our next trip to Madrid. Thank you

I have never experienced better service or a more customized stay from any hotel. The general manager Julian was most helpful with every request. We arrived on a very early flight- before our rooms were ready- and we were given a room to refresh and leave our luggage until our rooms were prepared.
The Heritage has beautiful rooms, each with a different design. The restaurant and roof top bar were quite with good drinks and food.
A must-stay in Madrid, away from the tourists and crowds but still close to metro and bus routes.
