One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We were here for 5D4N. The service was excellent. Every time we meet a staff we were warmly greeted. All staffs are well trained and understand the importance of exceptional services. The hotel is beautifully decorated with an elegant ambience. Fresh flowers are used and replaced almost everyday. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were awesome. The hotel restaurant Haroma offers great dinning experience as well. We had wonderful time in the hotel and will definitely return for another stay.

This is located in a very quiet, wealthy neighborhood. The surrounding area is worth a walk, with supermarkets and coffee bakeries, which are not very conspicuous. The room is very beautifully designed, with Chinese elements in the wallpaper and decorations, floor-to-ceiling windows with balconies, clean rooms, high-quality bedding, comfortable and smooth to sleep. The sheets are changed every day and chocolates are placed. There are candy gifts when you enter the room, and the sewing kit is ETRO. The details reveal high-end classics. The bar upstairs is also very charming. It is said to be a Michelin recommended restaurant. The key is very old-fashioned, and you can leave it at the front desk when you go out if you think it is too heavy.

The two rooms are connected, the area is large enough, but the sound insulation is indeed quite lacking. I thought it was a very old hotel, but it turned out to be relatively new. The sound insulation is a bit unreasonable. The decoration is very beautiful and tasteful. There are not many choices for breakfast, but it is delicious

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carefully curated design of the interior is so beautiful, and the staff accommodated my special requests with kindness.

The service was very good. Our luggage was lost when we arrived. It was already around 10:40 pm after we checked in Lost & Found at 9 o'clock. The front desk actively helped us book a nearby restaurant whose kitchen was not closed. The porter, Arian, a Persian boy, was also very enthusiastic and busy to ensure our check-in needs. The quality of the hotel restaurant we enjoyed the next day was also the standard of the Relais & Chateaux series. The Filipino boy knew that we had to catch a late flight and specially asked the kitchen to speed up the preparation of dinner, and also divided it into two portions in advance for convenient dining. The half-month journey ended perfectly here, and I will choose to stay here next time I go to Madrid.
