The breakfast is simple, but there are both sweet and salty options. The small balcony has a good view of the street. The decoration of the hotel is relatively retro.

What a stunning hotel, just beautiful architecture, from the little details like the stairwell and stained windows! Staff are so lovely and helpful! We had such a warm welcome and we upgraded to a premium corner room which is recommended! Fantastic views of the front fountains and lights! Love having a balcony with open doors too! Room was massive and comfortable bed! Plenty of space for 2 people and nice big bathroom! Glad they have shutters for privacy too! Could not fault this hotel, the location is right on central in a quieter part of the city but everything is within walking distance! Highly recommend! Love rooftop terrace also! And love they give water bottles everyday!

Loved it here! Personnel was amazing, rooms and view pretty, location great. Got upgraded to a better room once we arrived and got a bottle of sparkling wine free of charge :) they also provided free water bottles in the mini bar! Would def come back :)

The views and the area are the most important. The director throws people out and does not communicate, the Arab housekeeper, Sana and the second Latina, extremely bad and try to control and enslave the employee, if something happens to you in that hotel, no one care.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great room overlooking the street and had an amazing service during our stay in Nov.

This was the second time I was staying at this hotel. My experience in January was great, but now at October wasn’t the same. At first the AC of the room was not working, the offered me to change room the fourth day at night to a smaller room which I didn’t like. Then I wanted to stay longer and the reception guy told me I couldn’t because they were sold out so he suggested me to look for another hotel. I have stayed in five stars hotel all around the world and you can extend your reservation for as many days you need. He also told me to contact his boss via email and I never received and answer from her. The day I was leaving no one helped me with my luggage and they didn’t even care to call a cab for the many bags I had. It was definitely bitter sweet this time, and it’s such a shame they don’t care for their former clients.
