This hotel has a lot going for it. The concierge was fantastic. The front desk service was very helpful and the location wasn't bad. But the wifi was spotty. There was no spa. They have a sauna but no massage. That is what I think of when it says spa. The bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable. But the room decor is dark and bleak. I wouldn't rate this a five star hotel. More like a 3 star.

Our stay at Hôtel Juliana was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff was both incredibly helpful and friendly. A very gorgeous, quaint hotel with English-speaking and polite staff. The restaurant is very good, I even regret eating out too much. The hotel room is relatively large in Paris, and the hardware facilities are relatively new. It is a fairly standard business hotel. The main disadvantage is that the hotel is quite remote, far from the subway station, at least 700 meters, and the nearby dining places are at least 500 meters away. Of course, there are few restaurants downstairs, but the lamb leg rice is not bad.

A hotel with a large room in Paris. The service is similar to other Paris hotels, no toiletries or slippers. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, but it's the same every day. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner, which taste pretty good. The room was very quiet at night and there was only one English channel on the TV.

The room service may skip cleaning the room if you didn't ask. Also the rooms picture are misleading, i reserved superior room based on the image of the room, however the room is so small can not take two large luggage pieces. I changed the room by paying 300 € extra.

Generally, the room is small, there is no room service, and you need to go downstairs to the front desk to get your toothbrush. The quilt is a bit thin and hard.

An old hotel on the Champs-Elysées Street. Although it is old, it is still spacious. The front desk staff spoke English with a slight accent, but they were very welcoming and upgraded us to a suite. It is about 7-8 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The location is very good. It is just a bit of a detour to drive, and there are many one-way streets around.

The room is relatively large and clean, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is great (buffet), the service at the counter is fast and the staff is very understanding (they speak many languages), we lived in a double room: the room is comfortable, clean, although the windows overlook the wall of houses, but the location is close to the Bastille and the Lyon train station. It was so good experiance for us, Actualy we have stayed one year ago on this hotel and we found all is well again even employes! Conguratilation to hotel managment. I am strongly advising this hotel.

It's like a youth hostel, the facilities are reduced to a minimum. Elevator to parking level -3 level broken, you have to take the stairs, which are accessible from outside without supervision. Therefore, you have to step over feces several times. Breakfast plates are missing, otherwise sufficient. Only good in price.

Staying at the Canopy for my wife's birthday was the best decision I've made in years. I didn't expect any special treatment, but the hotel surprised us with a small, unforgettable gift of cookies and cranberry juice. Place is somewhat okay, rooms are clean, but the top bed will not be made unless you ask. Hairdryers are nowhere to be seen so it’s a must that you bring one from home. Breakfast is good, with a lot of variety for a 2-star hotel. The only thing 5 stars on this hotel were the staff and the location. They truly try to make your stay the best and you are in a very central area. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us water upon arrival and had some snacks in our room. Similar to other reviews, I’d agree the rooms need to be updated. Location is amazing and near great restaurants and spots.

It’s a very nice hotel on the slightly expensive side for breakfast . But you got some stores nearby for you to buy stuff for the morning . In terms of stay they upgraded our room for free and staffs were very friendly . Would definitely visit again
