The hotel is so good and what made our experience great is the good services of the reception by the employee Mohamed.
Amazing hotel, perfect location, and wonderful staff. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from, perfect hot chocolate. Junior suite was amazing, lovely decorations as it was my 40th, couldn't of asked for a nicer bunch of staff, nothing was a problem and the concierge was very helpful also. Only down side was no restaurant, and the room service food for evening is not for everyone, It's out...
What a hidden gem 💎 My husband booked #juliannaparis as the hotel for our last night in Paris. It’s walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and so much more. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. With a great location, hip decor and comfortable beds what’s not to 💕 love
Beautiful Hotel, ideally located in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris with a superb and warm interior design. Lots of attention from the staff; from the concierge to the reception, everyone is very pleasant and very attentive. Really nice experience. Max W.
This hotel has a lot going for it. The concierge was fantastic. The front desk service was very helpful and the location wasn't bad. But the wifi was spotty. There was no spa. They have a sauna but no massage. That is what I think of when it says spa. The bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable. But the room decor is dark and bleak. I wouldn't rate this a five star hotel. More like a 3 star.
Our stay at Hôtel Juliana was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff was both incredibly helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is so charming and felt very safe. When we booked our stay a few of the one-star reviews made me hesitate but now I know they were just written by people with an agenda. This is a 5-star hotel in Paris; our stay was flawless

I had a wonderful 5 day stay At Maison Astro. The property was well maintained, the location was very convenient and walkable, and the staff are courteous and helpful. We definitely will recommend it to our friends in the future.
Excellent stay at this hotel, its a cosy place that has everything you need as a base to explore the city.
Very pretty hotel. All the staff great people. Very professional, and friendly.
Kind of off the main hustle . But conveniently 30 min walking away from most of the amazing things to see in Paris.
This is my third visit and I am still satisfied.

Beautiful view from our room of the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly, specially the front desk woman who showed us to our room. She was very kind, personable and helpful. For the most part our stay was flawless with the exception of our bedding. There were several hairs on the sheets that were not ours. The front desk was accommodating by bringing us new sheets but could not remake...
A very gorgeous, quaint hotel with English-speaking and polite staff. The restaurant is very good, I even regret eating out too much. The tiny Eiffel Tower can only be seen from the tiny window in the room. If you choose this hotel just to see the Eiffel Tower, don't choose it. But overall, this is a great hotel.
Really old hotel, the “basic” room is ultra small, not worth the price you pay, bathroom is really old. Good location.
Great location!!! Great room with great view!!! Love it and definitely will go back in the future.
My husband and I stayed at this lovely, elegant Parisian hotel for four days. The service was outstanding as was the location. The staff truly cared about making our stay the best possible. I needed to see a doctor for a minor but troublesome issue and the concierge arranged for a doctor to visit me at the hotel. Amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Paris.
The presentation was well-organized and engaging, with clear visuals that effectively supported the main points. The pace was generally good, although there were a few opportunities to enhance audience engagement, perhaps through more interactive elements or slightly shorter slides. The conclusion provided a strong summary, but I would suggest expanding on the implications of the research findings...

This is one of our favorite hotels. The location is great - you can walk to so many places including tourist areas, food, shopping, galleries, etc, and the people are all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming - they're really great. Breakfast is always delicious, and drinks at the bar are excellent and creative. The rooms are very well done, very clean, and spacious, and the sleep quality is the best...
The hotel is exquisite and intimate 27 rooms so you really get to know the staff and the discerning clientele. Every interaction was amazing. The team that works at the hotel really like each other and it shows in how they all help to make your experience amazing! We stay in many luxury properties around the world and I have to say this is one of the best. The location is perfect and you can literally...
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I NEVER write reviews, but they went above and beyond. I mentioned, well before we arrived, that I was pregnant (was trying to figure out what tours to book and mentioned I wouldn’t be drinking any wine). Well, they made sure to provide a pregnancy pillow in my room. The entire staff is incredibly kind and patient. This was hands down my favorite hotel...
A bit too secluded and quiet for my taste but still a lovely little gem tucked away in a quiet street. I nitpick but things like the wireless phones in the bedroom and the loud AC fan are not to my taste. Also the food menu for dinner seems a tad uninspired for a place like Paris Also pretty decent gym though the dumbbells only go up to 14kg
If you are interested in a beautiful place with fabulous service, Great location , one block from muse dorsay this is a perfect place to be! Absolutely wonderful staff, beautiful rooms. Great restaurant.
Beautiful hotel and warm welcome but no upgrade and no VIP sparkling wine.

We stayed six nights in this hotel and I have to say that we will not return because we had problems with the room, the shower water was barely warm, the bidet was missing, the sheets were never changed, the room was not very clean, bathroom products were supplied with a dropper, the reception staff were not very helpful, the only convenience was that it was close to public transport, I forgot that...
I don't recommend this hotel. It's average value for money.
Room is spacious for 3 person and was given the special request of good view of Eiffel Tower and bathtub. It would be good if provided full set of dental kits as well as vanity set. Thank you!
The hotel room is relatively large in Paris, and the hardware facilities are relatively new. It is a fairly standard business hotel. The main disadvantage is that the hotel is quite remote, far from the subway station, at least 700 meters, and the nearby dining places are at least 500 meters away. Of course, there are few restaurants downstairs, but the lamb leg rice is not bad.
The room size is not bad, but the air conditioning is very useless! Or we should give the air conditioner here another name: vent! ! ! As an air conditioner, it did not play its due role at all. Even its ventilation function was not up to standard. The room was stuffy and speechless! During my stay, the hotel was undergoing interior renovation, and the renovation workers would shout loudly in the...
A hotel with a large room in Paris. The service is similar to other Paris hotels, no toiletries or slippers. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, but it's the same every day. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner, which taste pretty good. The room was very quiet at night and there was only one English channel on the TV.

The room service may skip cleaning the room if you didn't ask. Also the rooms picture are misleading, i reserved superior room based on the image of the room, however the room is so small can not take two large luggage pieces. I changed the room by paying 300 € extra.
Great hotel with excellent location 1 block from Arc de Triumph. For the most desk staff helpful. Housekeeping is something else - had to complain twice about getting room cleaned. We stayed here 5 nights. For the price paid - expect better service.
Would recommend this hotel over and over again to anyone needing a hotel on the west side of Paris. The room is dated but VERY clean. I would recommend clean over dated. The professional staff truly understands customer service. Hotel breakfast is not the best but who wound eat at a hotel when you have over 15,000 restaurants in Paris to chose from. It fine for a quick bite. Love the Nespresso machine...
We were very disappointed to find out that the 'courtyard view' was in fact a building site. The windows were blocked out with sheer blinds as there was no view. We were told that the noise wouldn't start until 10am but it started at 8:30am. We were told by the receptionist that we could be moved to a better room (street view) the following day but that this would cost us some money. We were never...
Excellent location, good restaurants nearby. Hygiene is average. No tables and chairs on the balcony. A girl at the front desk was not very friendly. It felt a bit discriminatory, but other boys were very friendly. There were only 2 bottles of water in the room. If I asked for more, I was given 1 bottle. A bit stingy. I should have at least 6 bottles of water for 3 days. Not good value for money. At...

The reception at the front desk was wonderful, very pleasant, aswell as the entire hotel team. We had a large, elegantly furnished room with a view of the square; the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect, right next to the metro and just a few minutes’ walk from the most beautiful districts of Paris.
I visited the hotel in late October, staying until early November, for a week with my pet. I booked “The Room with Balcony” from the hotel’s website. I asked for a tranquil, high-floor room, away from elevators and increased human traffic. Instead, I got a room facing the street on the second floor, next to the elevators. The breakfast was OK, nothing amazing for the price of the hotel. The gym was...
We stayed at the hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Very comfortable rooms in a good area, near La Marais. Restaurant in the hotel is upscale a Italian and very good, with great decor!
The hotel is situated in the 3 district, mare. The room is spacious and clean, refreshed every day . Very comfortable bed, very quite even when you are in a busy neighborhood. 2 min from metro, a lot of restaurants not far from the hotel. The breakfastis served and is very good. I highly recommend this hotel

Overall very nice hotel. As the title says, it was clean, good standard and comfort, helpful staff, well located to Champs Elysees. The room size is OK Environment: The hotel environment is good and the decoration is beautiful Hygiene: No problem. Facilities: The fitness room is relatively small and the fitness equipment is not enough. But the hotel has a swimming pool, which is rare in similar hotels. Service: No problem.
AMAZING experience in Europe. I’d say the best hotel in Paris. The room decorations were also very French, and all staffs were very kind and helpful. I would come back the next time when I am in Paris.

The hotel is very beautiful, it is well located and easy to access. The room is very comfortable. The staff is just exceptional, mention more than very good. I will come back as soon as possible.
A typical European city center hotel, the rooms are small but well-equipped. It is right next to the Champs Elysees, very convenient
Not a bad location, access to Avenue by walking is okay!
Generally, the room is small, there is no room service, and you need to go downstairs to the front desk to get your toothbrush. The quilt is a bit thin and hard.
An old hotel on the Champs-Elysées Street. Although it is old, it is still spacious. The front desk staff spoke English with a slight accent, but they were very welcoming and upgraded us to a suite. It is about 7-8 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The location is very good. It is just a bit of a detour to drive, and there are many one-way streets around.
The room is relatively large and clean, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the breakfast is very good.

The front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.
The hotel is good, the breakfast is great (buffet), the service at the counter is fast and the staff is very understanding (they speak many languages), we lived in a double room: the room is comfortable, clean, although the windows overlook the wall of houses, but the location is close to the Bastille and the Lyon train station. There is a shop and cafes nearby.
Very good experience, ideal location. Recommended.
Stay longer, good location, front desk staff very helpful, good English
Clean rooms, bed and little hard, but still comfortable, full breakfast was awesome, friendly service. Close to train station. We left the trash can outside our door to be emptied and someone urinated in it! No cameras in the halls. Although it's located adjacent to a sex shop, there are great restaurants, stores, currency exchange, and souvenir shops within walking distance.

We stayed in a suite for our first visit to this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious for Paris, with a comfortable living area and a well-designed bathroom. We stayed here early November and loved it. Tucked away just off the main streets so quiet enough but just minutes away from cafes, restaurants and short walks from all the sights. Room great, breakfast delivered to the room, everything was quirky, friendly and we’d love to stay again. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
This was my very first time in Paris and I got SO lucky with the hotel. I did a ton of research and found I didn’t want to be right next to the major tourist attractions, but did want to be under a 30 min walk to everything and less than 5 min walk to coffee shops. Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Super quiet rooms literally on the doorstep of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding points of interest. My room was compact yet comfortable with a great bed and lots of storage. Bathrooms and amenities were of a high standard.
Loved the new lifestyle hotel in Trocadaro. Walking distance from Eiffel Tower and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Lovely accommodating staff. We’re upgraded to very nice suite with a beautiful view of Eiffel Tower. Had the most amazing time with my girls. Thank you team Canopy Hilton
Staying at the Canopy for my wife's birthday was the best decision I've made in years. Value for money! Great as a homebase, comfy beds, clean room, nice bfast. Near line 12 metro station that gets you to the city center. If arriving from Paris Nord trainstation, just catch the bus outside the station. Lots of decent places to eat around the place and a laundromat too. Great stay!
Place is somewhat okay, rooms are clean, but the top bed will not be made unless you ask. Hairdryers are nowhere to be seen so it’s a must that you bring one from home. Breakfast is good, with a lot of variety for a 2-star hotel. The area where it’s located is the major problem, lot of homeless people and drug-related issues everywhere, so don’t recommend going unless it’s with a group.
Hotel is as you’d expect for a Budget Hotel on the outskirts of Paris. It’s clean and tidy and the rooms where cleaned everyday of our 4 day stay. ****BEWARE THOUGH**** The immediate area is like something out of Mad Max. Metro 8 is right across from the hotel. It's so convenient to access to the tour attractions. Need to walk 15 minutes or more to get to the market or restaurants. Breakfast was good.
I could not believe service staff is well trained. The staff at counter table condemned my for I did not say “ good morning” to them and mocked me. Very terrible and racist. I did not say any word disrespectful to them, I was just rushing to catch my flight. They are the most arrogant and racist people in France I have seen. They felt like they could discriminate a young, asian solo female traveller...
Small rooms but great hotel. Clean and beautiful, amazing service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing 5 stars on this hotel were the staff and the location. They truly try to make your stay the best and you are in a very central area. The management of this hotel really doesn’t care at all, everything is outdated, there are water stains in the rooms, the chairs in the restaurant are horrible to sit in as you scrape your arms in the metal decorations, just bad design. The breakfast is...
The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us water upon arrival and had some snacks in our room. Similar to other reviews, I’d agree the rooms need to be updated. Location is amazing and near great restaurants and spots.
Excellent location within a walking distance from major sightseeing sports. Polite and caring receptionists. Welcome coffee/snacks, and room upgrade for loyalty program members. Yes, the hotel is not new, but my suite room was really charming with a touch of history. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The terrace was beautiful and spacious to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, and the...
Wonderful hotel and location. The reception and staff were very kind and friendly. Got a free room upgrade which made it the best experience. The room was neat and clean. It's in a great location. You can just walk to the Champs Elysees.
Wonderful hotel and location. Front desk and staffs were very kind and friendly. Got a free upgrade of room which made it a best experience. Room was neat and clean. It is in prime location. You can just walk to champs elysee.
It’s a very nice hotel on the slightly expensive side for breakfast . But you got some stores nearby for you to buy stuff for the morning . In terms of stay they upgraded our room for free and staffs were very friendly . Would definitely visit again
