I had a great one week stay at this hotel. The rooms were great and the service was very professional and friendly. I didn't end up eating breakfast there, but it looked like a great spread. I actually had been staying at a lower quality hotel nearby and when I saw this one I decided to switch and am so glad I did. It was significantly better than my other hotel for the exact same price. This hotel...
Very good stay in very nice hotel.
Choosing a Suite helped however the room was stylish, well looked after and maintained.
We had a balcony and loads of room.
The staff were very good to deal with.
The street location is fabulous. Very lively with lots of food options and quite a few theatres also.
Clean and trendy hotel, it had enough space for 2 people and bathroom was clean and spacious. Our mini fridge wasn't turned on and I noticed the floor wasn't vacuumed properly (found a sunflower seed and some half eaten fig or something) but otherwise the location is central and the room was modern and clean. There was filtered water available outside our room in the common area which was nice. Overall...
We had a very pleasant three day stay here. The check in and service were very good. The breakfast had a nice variety of food and beverages. Some with mobility issues people may have trouble getting in and out of the tubs/showers as they have higher sides than in the US. Might want to ask for a room with just a shower stall.
Excellent location with tons of dining and shopping options. Only 2 or ...

From personal stays to week-long retreats, this hotel is hands-down my favorite place to stay in Paris. A half block from the Metro at Étoile, it is incredibly easy to get around. One block from the Champs-Elysees on a quiet side street full of charm. The breakfast is well worth getting — fresh baguettes and pastries in the morning, hot dishes, smoked salmon, fresh squeezed juices… it’s fabulous.

My stay at the Hôtel Napoléon was absolutely wonderful. It’s one of those places that truly captures the essence of Paris, elegant, classic, and timeless. The location couldn’t be more perfect, just steps away from everything Arc de Triomphe and all nice shops/cafes. The breakfast was incredible (one of the best I’ve had in Paris!) and the staff made me feel so well taken care of. Everything was spotless...
This was our second stay at the wonderful Hotel Napoléon Paris, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff stood out with their exceptional warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel instantly welcome, handled every request efficiently, and always with a smile.
The hotel remains a true gem - elegant, impeccably clean, and perfectly...
Old style luxury paw steps away from the Champs Élysées. Excellent value for money compared to Bonvoy chain hotels in the city. Intimate style and well appointed rooms which appear recently renovated. Very helpful reception staff. The breakfast is excellent and the cocktails well mixed. This is Kooky Cat’s new go to in Paris.
The staff could not have been more as forthcoming with a variety of request/needs that we had, including an early morning departure for the airport. (Coffee and mini breakfast food available in the lobby! And, of course, a taxi was there just when we needed it. Everything done quickly, with courtesy and a smile. The room was beautiful. When we get back to Paris, we'll be back to the Napoleon.
Very good and convenient hotel !!

Recently stayed at this hotel and the pictures on the website are not what it really looks like. The rooms are quite small but this is not unusual for Paris.
The rooms were SO unclean. Dust everywhere. Bannister broken leading up to the room. Also tourist tax on leaving had magically gone up from what we were quoted.
We didn’t stay in the room long enough but the beds were comfortable.
The shower...
Overall great! Small rooms but an excellent place to cool down and get a good night's sleep.
Had an odd first impression during my stay - the guy at the desk was very distracted by a video call when I checked in, and he got my name wrong even though I handed him my ID with my name obviously printed on it. He checked me into the wrong room! It had someone else's neatly organized clothes on the shelves...
I stayed here for just under a week with a friend. Was skeptical when booking as there seems to be a lot of mixed reviews but we were both genuinely pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in one of the twin rooms and the beds were super comfy. The only thing I would note is that the two twin beds are placed right together in the space where a double would usually...
First time visiting Paris and decided to choose this hotel in France. Sizes is not big but the location is very good. Just a slow 5 minutes walk from Metro station to the hotel. If you are on a budget, you may consider choosing this hotel. Attached some photos for your perusal.
Not the dirtiest, yet not the cleanest. Small rooms that fulfill its purpose: we got heating system, a nice hot shower and a comfy bed - and that's all. The water and coffee in the room is complimentary but not restocked. The walls are thin: you'll hear every sneeze. The location in great near cheap small restaurants with student deals and 2 or 3 Carrefours and a laundromat. Also, subway station is...
The location of the hotel is great.
It was safe and secure even though we were two women returning home in the middle of the night.
The front desk staff was also very nice and kindly explained anything I asked about the train card.
I'd like to use this hotel again.

We have stayed now for the third time at your charming boutique hotel, run by a very friendly staff.
Thank you again for our great time in Paris.

The bathroom was a good size, the internet worked well even with 3 of us hitting it, and the air conditioner worked well for the June heat wave. And even the twin foldout chair>bed was comfortable! Everyone was kind and helpful and the breakfast was very good with excellent cappuchinos. Lots of little shops down the street, Monoprix on the corner, metro station around the corner.
Nice little hotel rooms small but enough for a short stay. Room was dusty and not really cleaned well before use. Shower head was he'd the whole of the bathroom. Breakfast was limited and limited even more by a lack of items due to running out every morning. Over all staff pleasant and a nice location so good for a short stay
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great. The staff was warm, welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
Good location, close to metro and lots of restaurants around. The hotel is super clean and very good value for money! Definitely would recommend!
Great hotel fairly close to the city center!
The room was a bit small but clean, comfy and with all the useful amenities. Located very close to the tube with lots of trains, can be in the center in 15mins but fairly far by walk.
Overall great hotel with lovely staff and good value!

As soon as the room was checked in, half of it collapsed when I got out of bed. Ask the front desk to change the room and say it will be repaired. When the maintenance worker comes to repair, the bed cover is torn into a mess. It turns out that two beds are put together. I said it was 5:30 and I needed makeup to go to the prom. The front desk still refused to change the room. I rushed to the front...
Simply the best there is, in Paris and beyond.
I feel like I'm home. I stayed for three nights this time, and I took photos with my lovely, kind, warm, and missed... old friends, as well as the bread you gave me. I will come back again! My home🪺 love you ritz🕍
I love this place! I've stayed a couple of times and the service is wonderful. Even the smell of the rooms and the lobby is so pleasant. Wonderful beds and pillows and the hand-written welcome note is such a nice touch along with the welcome Champagne. They sent us amazing dessert and a Happy Birthday card for my husband. I also highly recommend the Hemingway Bar.
The hotel was lovely - especially the pool but when you are staying there as a guest it is very uncomfortable as you are constantly asked if you are a guest as the staff clearly find it difficult to work out who should be there with the general public able to access stairs and elevators. The food in the restaurant was genuinely awful- probably the worst meal I have had. The burger was totally raw when...

Our stay at the Madame Rêve was wonderful. We found the location perfectly positioned to easily walk to the 8th, 1st, and the Marais (3/4). Hotel it self is stunning. The main restaurant on the first floor (The Kitchen?) was wonderful. We enjoyed the soups for lunch and steaks for dinner and they have a robust cocktail menu with well balanced flavors. The ambiance is young and fresh but inviting to...
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is immaculate. We had dinner in their restaurant ‘the kitchen’. One of the best dinners we’ve had. Their rooftop bar is a must visit with beautiful views. We only stayed for one night but will definitely stay there again in our next visit
Incredible stay and would 100% come back. It’s in a fantastic location to walk and the size of the rooms are larger than your average hotel in Paris. The service was fantastic from all departments. We had Jasmine/Yasmin assist from housekeeping with a spill who helped remove coffee from clothing. She was so kind and generous!
Absolutely loved my stay at Madame Rêve. The staff were truly exceptional, welcoming and attentive, and made the experience feel special.
The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and a stylish restaurant and bar. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it.
I had an incredible three-night stay at Madame Rêve. The concierge team was outstanding—thorough, attentive, and truly helpful with every detail. Not a 4 star hotel in service, was pretty disappointed they have no bed service and not enough coffee for more than a day. No hotel employees anywhere.
But if you can deal with that, it is a very nice quality hotel, quiet in a perfect location. Pros and cons
Recently stayed for 3 nights.
Great central location close to everything.
Staff were friendly.
Rooms are quite dated and could use a refurb.
3 of us shared a room with double and sofa bed.

Hotel is old and room could use some updates. Shower didn’t drain properly and the shower head was not the cleanest or the best working. The air conditioner had a certain older smell to it and we needed to keep the windows open to avoid our allergies acting up. The location however was the selling point for this hotel. Easily walking distance to so many great places.
The location is good, the environment is also good, the traffic is very convenience but there is no cleaning every day.
Great stay overall! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Saint-Germain, within walking distance to many key attractions and the river. What a wonderful hotel. The staff went above and beyond to warranty we felt comfortable and were happy. We spent 4 nights in this lovely boutique hotel. Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom a decent size with modern shower. Staff were very welcoming and spoke English. Thank you for our Paris experience.

The hotel was perfectly distanced to everything and just off the Champs-Élysées making it ideal if you want to pop out. Room serviced breakfast was equally lovely, great quality and delicious.

Very suitable for traveling with children. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very quiet. Overall it is very good.
The hygiene is average, the daily cleaning is only average, and the hair in the bathroom is not cleaned in time; the attitude of the front desk staff is also average, which is not in line with the price of 5k+ per night; the private tour and meeting with the owner that I was scheduled to meet by email before, I didn't see him until I was about to leave.

Paris, 216 Avenue Jean Jaures 🧭 Map
Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant.
The downside is that the room was not prepared.
The bed: just white sheets and 2 bunk cushions like in a simple hotel. No free toiletries. Hair found on one of the towels. Broken sink plug so the water could not drain. And the air extractor did not work.
Not great value for money. Convenient location (near the metro and bus stop and the Zenith)
Your haven of comfort and convenience awaits in Paris 19.
L'Horloge: Perfect spot for yummy food in Paris 19 with a bonus of delicious Chinese cuisine at the nearby bar!
The internal facilities are old, there are blood stains on the bathroom door and wall tiles, and there is a smell in the toilet
Very clean and tidy, and very comfortable, especially the service is very good. I don’t speak English or French, but the front desk was very patient in explaining, and the service was very good. The staff I met in the elevator were very enthusiastic to communicate with each other. I was very satisfied. I will choose it first when I go to Paris next time!
Very close to the Philharmonic Hall, very convenient for concertgoers
