For a hotel in Paris, the room size of Sofitel is quite large, which is quite satisfactory. However, the soundproofing of the rooms along the street is not very good, and you can hear the sound of cars outside every night.

Perfect place to stay if you want to save a few $$$. Clean, spacious, quiet and street parking is free from 8PM-9AM. 5-min walk to the metro and you are in the city within 15 minutes. Although the room rate is not low, the size and the quality of the room type is very good! Staff are all very helpful. Just that they double charged the city tax to my credit card but they are able to resolve within 24 hours

Location is very convenient, right on the edge of La Marais.  Room is also big comparatively speaking.  The major complain I have is the coffee pots which are not up to par.  Stick to Nespresso for god’s sake.

The hotel is located near several metro lines, making it convenient for traveling to various tourist attractions. It's easy to walk to Rolf. The reception staff are okay. The cleanliness of the hotel is still a bit dusty, like on the headboard. The room is large, the bed is big, soft and comfortable, but it's not damaged at all.

We enjoyed our stay here we came for work and got upgraded to superior suite right away. Friendly staff, few recommendations; tea and wine refill services were a bit slow. The location was good, there is no restaurants or cafes on that street, the walk to the Eiffel Tower was rather too long. Breakfast was pretty good too, so make sure you get that option. During our stay at Sofitel Paris we had a wonderful experience. The staff was good and very polite. The room was ok, when we checked in my wife and I were placed in a room with 2 separate single beds that were them pushed together. Our reservation was for a Long size bed, I'm 6'4" tall and typically need the leg room. Outside of this the hotel staff and location were amazing.

I had an excellent stay and was very pleased with the high-quality care and service from all staff, starting with Aline who went out of her way to solve a big issue with my booking and was super kind during my stay. We visited in January 2020 just before Covid wrecked havov to the world. We decided to give St James Albany a try because my family wanted a hotel with a pool and we wanted to stay near the Louvre. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and tidy (Housekeeping did a good job). Breakfast was good too.
