Far from being a four star. Booked in for two nights and immediately noticed a leak in the bathroom also had a very uncomfortable night sleeping on their beds. Notified reception of this problem and they were aware of it. The following morning after showering the bathroom flooded and the drainage started backing up with foam.
Complained at reception who then changed our room.
Thinking all was sound the storm was about to begin. All floors were filthy heavily dusted.
The morning when we woke up we were all covered in red sores oozing and uncontrollably itching. Reported this infestation to reception and all they could say was we should have reported it overnight.
I explained we were all asleep getting ready for our flight home.
The receptionist took us to their local pharmacist and bought us Fucidin bacterial cream and antibacterial wipes.
I’ve requested a full refund as this is a very severe health and safety issue and the hotel has refused.
The breakfast was substandard with barely a hot buffet.
The area the hotel is located in I could describe as a red light district 24 hours a day. Druggies were huddled around like rats shooting up heroine and it seems to a pandemic in whole entire area.
There were a whole collection of drug paraphernalia needles on the steps of the hotel.
Avoid at all costs!

Reception and public areas were of good standard but rooms were atrocious. Mould on ceiling in bedroom., leakage around bath where sealing was broken or non existent. Also mould around cracks in seals around bath. No hairdryer or smoke detector. Tried to get hairdryer from reception which never arrived. Broken smoke alarm was in a drawer. Teas and coffees were not refilled over our whole stay of 4 nights. Had to ask for water glasses and milk on first day and milk each day after. Very disappointing. Couldn’t possibly rate as 4 star!!

Like many other reviews, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We booked on lastminute where reviews are positive, however when checking route on google saw all the negative reviews. We went to the hotel with an open mind. The outside was littered with syringes and there were a lot of people roaming around clearly on drugs. Of course this is not specific to the hotel, but something to note for tourists considering it. We went to the hotel and it didn’t look much like the photos online - very run down and absolutely not 4*. We flagged to staff that we wanted to check the room due to the bad reviews, and they said there is only 2 bad reviews from June (not true!). They took us to 2 different rooms. Both rooms had clearly not been cleaned - the floors were dirty, sink in the bathroom not cleaned, mould around the bath and sink, and hairs in all the bedding. There were marks and spots of blood on the mattresses, and signs of bugs. We didn’t feel comfortable staying and don’t recommend.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far from what we expected from a 4-star property. • Location & Safety: The area around the hotel felt unsafe, especially for families with children. There were many homeless people outside, which made us feel uncomfortable. • Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned and did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. • Facilities: Hot water was often unavailable when the hotel was full. • Breakfast: Very poor quality breakfast, not at all what you would expect from a hotel in this category. • Value: Definitely not value for money. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel for families or travelers expecting comfort, safety, and proper service. (Attached are photos showing the issues we experienced.)

This hotel is totally the worst hotel I’ve ever been in!!! BAD BUGS are everywhere!! The hotel knows about this and had a prepared answer in this cases. All my family got the bites all over the body and when we tried to solve the problem the guy from the reception started to tell that if we have any problems we should go somewhere else. Totally unprofessional staff even didn’t try to change the room for example. As a result our family got an allergic reaction which was cured later in the hospital and we have to change the hotel immediately after first night in this awful place! Inappropriate behaviour of the guy from reception spoiled the even least problems which were at the beginning in this hotel, for example as: mismatching photos in the booking with real accommodation look, mold in the bathroom, damaged furniture and awful view from the window. Finally I think that the hotel doesn’t has those four stars as it is mentioned and this business is earning money from problems rather than from high standards and service.
