Terrible experience. This is a 2 star hotel, at best. Let me take you on this stay with us. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and did not expect to be able to get into the room until 3. Upon arrival the front desk told us they could make that work and it would only take an hour, which was music to our ears after a multiple day travel with no sleep. We headed up to the incredibly mediocre pool to wait for the room. An hour went past and we headed back downstairs to check if our room was ready, we were turned away again with a promise of 30 minutes. Repeat that process another 5 times until our check in time. If they would have told us from the beginning, “no so sorry can’t check in until 3” we wouldn’t have had a problem with that but being lied to for 4 hours straight was not great. On top of that, when we went down to check in at 3 the line was incredibly long and filled with grumpy people with the same issue and the issue of not being able to check in even after 3. Once we finally got into our room the beds were as hard as a rock. In terms of room it was decent. This was just a 2 night stop of our trip, but if the room is booked for 3 people maybe include more than 1 towel? Also perhaps replace the 1 towel when you clean the room? Feels obvious. I was then harassed multiple times by a employee that thought he left his phone in the room. He was aggressive and very creepy. I’m a young woman and he would wait until I was along in the room to knock on the door to ask if I had found a phone. The service workers in the restaurant were decent, until our buffet interaction. The man at the front was working with maybe 1 brain cell. I told him multiple times it was 3 people and he charged for 2. When my boyfriend joined us he was accused of “stealing” because there was a miscommunication. But ya know, obviously we should panic first and be rude to guests and accuse them of stealing gross food while literally sitting at the table. Glad to be leaving.

Hard to believe that this is a 5 star hotel. There is always something missing from the bathroom: towels, basic essentials. I asked front desk to have housekeeping bring me some towels - never happened.
Front desk is busy talking on their phones rather than helping guests. I needed directions around the hotel, the front desk person gave me a map and got interrupted by a personal call and never finished explaining as his cellphone was a priority. I saw front desk people on their cellphones all the time.
I would NOT recommend this hotel.
