I jus told them is my birthday and they added a cute nice cake!
The water pressure is way to low when I was taking shower.
And for a long time. The only good customer service we got was the woman who checked us in. She was polite, accommodating and apologetic for the wait.
Our upgraded room huge! Most importantly, it’s clean and comfortable. One thing that bothered me about the room and service though was that while we were out to dinner the cleaning staff came in and made our beds and left waters on our pillows. We thought that was such a nice gesture. Upon checkout we learned that the waters were 10 euro each . I was quite annoyed by this and noted to the front desk they should have been at the mini bar or a note included with the price. I wouldn’t have drank otherwise. All our other hotels provided complimentary water so we assumed this was the same. She was very rude about it but ultimately did not charge us for which I was appreciative.
Also, the rooftop view of the city is wonderful!
I would like to extend a special thank you to your concierge, Xenia, who was incredibly helpful with every question and request. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced my stay.
Additionally, I want to give my sincere thanks to Dimitra, who was the kindest receptionist I have ever encountered. Her warmth and friendliness made a lasting impression.
