Good place

The hotel looks very beautiful in the pictures, but I was quite disappointed after checking in:
First, the hotel faces the street, and the room I was given was a low-rise room facing the street. Later, the manager kindly moved me to a high-rise room facing the street, but it was still very noisy and I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The experience was very bad. This hotel was recommended as a design hotel, but this experience made people feel like a fast hotel;
At the same time, the bathroom was also very small, and the quality of the toilet facilities was very average;
There was no toilet paper in the room;
The room was very small;

The price I booked for this hotel was 1,500 per night. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt next door for only 2,000 per night, and the room area of this hotel was only half of the Grand Hyatt; the accommodation experience and breakfast experience of the Grand Hyatt were really much better. One night here really lowered the experience of the entire trip to Greece.

Ctrip should do more research and be more fair when ranking hotels.

Very nice hotel with great rooms and excellent location. The restaurant has a great range of food and all of the dishes we had were fantastic. The view of the restaurant is also great, highly recommend booking the restaurant table with good views of the Acropolis.
The breakfast variety is limited but nice quality.
Overall it's highly recommended and we really enjoyed our time there.

Had a great time at heritage hill hotel. Location was about 7-10mins from the train station. Lots of car rental shops nearby. View of the acropolis and 2 other attractions. Breakfast was amazing!! Love the balcony and the vibes. Staff was really nice and welcoming too!

The hotel uses Aqua de parma toiletries, which are very good.

Our stay at Heritage Hill Hotel in Athens was fantastic! The room was spotless and beautifully designed, making us feel instantly comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh, local ingredients. They make absolutely amazing coffee for your breakfast! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel was clean. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Athens!

Great place to stay! The room was very clean and most importantly the staff was always very polite and smiling! The rooms are soundproof! I highly recommend it

This is a beautiful small hotel! The atmosphere inside is cozy. It is clean and has a lot of things to make you feel at home. This hotel has quality service. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is convenient, easy to get in and out of the city. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I come to Athens.

The location of the hotel is close to historical places, food & beverage areas and public transportation. Wonderful view at the restaurant on top. The room is definitely very clean. Although its size is relatively small, it is modernly designed and spacious. Free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.
