Ivis 4 Boutique Hotel

Stayed here in July 2025 for 2 nights before our cruise out of Athens. It was in great location and easy walking distance to everything, bars, restaurants, Acropolis! We stayed in a suite and highly recommend, so much space! Breakfast was great too.

Only stayed one night in this pleasant design boutique hotel in Psirri, our favorite neighborhood in Athens. Comfortable beds, contemporary design, please staff and fantastic location, on a quaint and quiet street. Highly recommended!!!

Service was amazing, the hotel staff genuinely cares about making sure you have a great stay.
The hotel itself is lovely and has everything you need. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. If you are staying in Athens, I would definitely recommend staying here. Location is also right in the middle of the best restaurants and cafes.

This boutique hotel was above and beyond – a peaceful, luxurious gem tucked away on a quiet pedestrian street right in the center. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfasts were excellent, and the whole place had a pampering vibe. The room was quiet, well-equipped, and super comfortable – everything we needed and more. Highly recommended!

Everything you could want in a hotel and great friendly service from everyone. Loved our stay at IVIS4. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. They have every amenity in your room and sound proof windows. The location is close enough to take the train from the airport to Monastriaki station and just half a block away from a bustling location with tons of restaurants and bars. You can easily walk to the acropolis and other historic sites. The complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus and very delicious. Would love to come back and stay here again.

The hotel is located in a brilliant location for site seeing around the city we managed to walk to alot of the sites and city from the hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. despite being on a street with restaurants you could not hear the noise from inside the rooms.

Wonderful hotel near the heart of Athens. The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant is incredible. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Walkable to the Acropolis.

DRINKS by Mixologist incredible ... listened to what we like and don't like and then surprised us with WOW drinks!
(breakfast was nothing special however)

HOTEL really nice and great location with modern rooms with terrace. Arrived during heat wave and our Air Condition on first night was not working perfectly but rapidly got resolved next AM by very responsive team. The team also was excellent at guiding us for Athens shopping and beach needs (we had already pre-booked tours Online for Acropolis+Museum)

A great experience, friendly and helpful staff, and in a fun location. The rooms were comfortable with a lot of space and a nice patio. If I was to come back to Athens I would stay with Ivis 4 without question.

We stayed at the Ivis 4 in Athens for 3 nights. The room was modern, very spacious with a comfortable bed, pillows and great shower. It included a safe, coffee machine and kettle.
The bathroom itself was also very spacious with one minor issue - the sink. The position of the faucet meant that it splashed a lot but overall, it was a minor inconvenience.
We had a room facing the back of the building so it was quiet. If there are other guests in the hallway who are loud the noise can filter through but this was rarely an issue. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony, soaking in the quiet before the day started.
Staff are attentive and friendly both at reception and at the restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner once and both times, the food was very good and prices reasonable. They have done a wonderful job with the outdoor seating, creating a beautiful oasis.
Would definitely recommend the Iris 4 to anyone looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay in a central location within close walking distance to some of the major sites.
