Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

My dad and I had such an amazing stay at the Palmera Beach Hotel last week! The room we stayed in was very nice and clean with an ocean view. Every day the housekeeping staff made up our room very neatly and refilled the amenities we needed. The hotel is nicely located at the corner of the street and lays perfectly close to the beach.

A big thanks to the staff, especially the people that run the all-inclusive buffet we had. The food was delicious, of good quality, and diverse every day. The service was an experience we will never forget. Everyone welcomes you with open arms and a big smile, the service is quick, and it is very noticeable that they enjoy their job.

A special thank you for Alexandra, Mr. Nikos, Ali, Marco, and the chef for making our stay unique and memorable! Elena, thank you as well for being a very good and talented operations manager and for taking good care of us during and after our stay at the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended by us!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with very friendly hardworking staff! I’ve read a lot of reviews saying it’s noisy at night however we did not find this at all, so quiet and peaceful. The beach is stunning although I would recommend water shoes at it’s quite rocky in the water. The food included in the all inclusive package is all good. Perfect romantic holiday for a couple in late 20s. We will come back next yea

Nice all inclusive hotel right on the beach. Staying here also gave us a 10% discount at their beachfront restaurant as well as Fresh next door. We stayed for 7 days.

We had some minor issues with one of the staff members not wanting to provide us with drinks we'd previously had for some reason, but management was able to fix this for us quickly. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding on his or out part.

The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fairly well stocked. Nothing crazy, but the coffee, warm pastries, and the omelette station were great. Also... UNLIMITED JUICE. I love juice. The all inclusive drinks were great too. Tasty cold beer, decent vodka, and very friendly bartenders.

Our room was clean and spacious. We had a hot tub suite and made use of the tub almost every night. The fresh fruit and bottle of white wine on check in was appreciated.

The shower/toilet area was a bit tight and it made it a bit awkward to close the door. The glass shower door was slightly ajar which got the floor wet every time we showered. The toilet was weirdly tall. I'm six feet tall and when I sat down, I was on my tip toes. The rainfall shower was excellent. We were never left wanting for hot water. I saw a panel on the wall in the shower and started pushing buttons which made it constantly beep at me. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone up right away to fix it though.

The beds were very comfortable! Definitely the best bed I've slept on in my three weeks in Europe.

All in all, an excellent time for my first time in Europe. I will definitely consider Palmera Beach when (not if) I come back to Hersonissos.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel where we stayed during our vacation in Greece. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly attitude from the staff. The people here, such as Alexandra, Vasyl, Lena, Anwar, Katerina, Nikos, Angel, and the rest of the staff, were not only kind but also extremely attentive to our needs, always ready to assist and creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

The cleanliness was top-notch. The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully arranged, with a special attention to detail that made our stay truly comfortable. The fact that the hotel is located in such a convenient area was a major plus. We had the beach just a few steps away, and the proximity to the pedestrian area and a village with a historic center allowed us to explore the local beauties with ease.

In conclusion, our stay was not only relaxing but also enriched by the wonderful people we met and the comfort provided by this excellent hotel. We will definitely return with pleasure!

What a fantastic hotel! The staff are incredible! We chose the all-inclusive option, and every single meal has been amazing. There is something for everyone. We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommended 👌 ♥️

Very nice and friendly staff. Food was delicious + every day something new from the country in our plate. The room is very hygienic and well cleaned.

2 small negatives are:
- airco cant work when u are gone from your room
- small pool; But garden with very comfortable sunbeds and many beaches around the hotel, so no big deal.

An excellent hotel in the heart of the livliest area in Hersonissos. Directly on the beach.
I am in love with the staff, they all make you feel welcome, from Leena the manager, to the kitchen/ restaurant staff especially Marco and the sweet Alexandra. A big thanks to them for their big hearts and charming, warm smiles. We will miss the good morning smile of Alexandra and the small talks with Marco, Niko as well, a super friendly person.
Food is delicious but repetitive and boring. If you are a food lover and expects everyday a new taste, i would not recommend dinner.
All in all a great experience. If we go back to Crete one day, we will sure come again to this hotel.

Amazing cosy hotel! Stayed with 19 of friends and we had the best service! Clean and spacious rooms.

The breakfasts were also great with a lot of options and we already miss Chef Ali’s waffles! He was very generous every morning with the service and positive attitude!

Me (29) and my girlfriend (24) stayed at this hotel for 8 days. Great location right @ the beach/the strip with all the restaurants, clubs, shops etc. The staff is polite and the service is great. The room was really clean & it is cleaned every single day (new towels etc). Special thanks to Marko for always having a fun chat! Good food also! 5 stars!

I recently stayed at Palmera Beach Hotel and Spa and had an outstanding experience. thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Hotel manager Elena and her Colleague Magda were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. In the restaurant, the Team went above and beyond to fulfill all my wants and the other Chef Cook whose name I unfortunately did not catch. Their efforts made my dining experience truly delightful. I highly recommend Palmera Beach Hotel and Spa and look forward to my next visit.
