My stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by an extremely polite, attentive, and helpful team. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff — they are truly a 10 out of 10! Always friendly, available, and ready to assist with genuine kindness. Every team member showed great care and attention to detail.

The room was beautiful, very well-lit, cozy, and absolutely a 10! Everything was spotless, and the toiletries had a lovely fragrance — I loved every detail. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail. A wonderful experience!

Just as a suggestion to make things even better: it would be helpful to have clearer internal maps or signage, as the hotel is quite large and I got lost a couple of times. Also, having a small sign next to the room phone with useful numbers like reception would be great.

I had an amazing two-day stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended — congratulations to the entire team for the outstanding work!

I recently stayed at Palmera Seaside Hotel for four nights at the end of June, and honestly, it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the sea, and the view from the room terrace was absolutely stunning—especially in the evenings with the cool sea breeze. It made every moment on the balcony feel special.

I chose the half-board option and I’m so glad I did! The food was amazing—both breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety, always fresh and delicious. I really looked forward to every meal.

The room service was excellent—timely, clean, and attentive to details. What really stood out, though, was the warmth and friendliness of the entire hotel team. From the manager to the reception staff, restaurant team, and cleaning staff—everyone was genuinely kind, humble, and always ready to help with a smile.

I truly loved every bit of my stay here and would happily return. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with great service and a wonderful atmosphere!

We had an amazing experience and stay at the Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa. The staff really go out of their way and we the food to be of exceptional quality & taste. We choose a half board package and really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both dinner and breakfast is buffet style, but dinner is really on a league on its own, there are some true master chefs behind the scenes here.

One thing which we can criticize was the music from bar, the bass is really powerful and we could hear this really clearly when staying on our room right above bar. Potentially good idea to not choose this room and stay much higher up in the facility. Sea view is beautiful from bedroom thou.

Would recommend staying here. And special thank you to Mr Niko for warm greetings and being always so friendly to us. Much appreciated all the staff and service from hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was truly exceptional. We were warmly greeted at the door, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Every staff member, from the welcoming at reception to the chef who made personal dining recommendations...everyone went above and beyond. The food was delicious with a good variety and nice wine options for lunch or dinner.
The spa services are also a must try. A special shout out to Romona and Elena for their outstanding care: When my son forgot his phone, they not only found it but arranged a cab and sent it to us before departing the airport!!!! Truly above and beyond. Everyone from the gentleman making the fantastic crepes in the morning to those working in the background who may not be in the front of house but work very hard to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Palmera Beach Hotel in Crete on a solo trip, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived.

The food was absolutely delicious – every meal was fresh, varied, and full of flavor. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly service in the dining area.

A special thank you to Eleni, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful and professional. Her warm and caring attitude really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Very good service! Congratulations to all the employees and especially to Mrs. Eleni. Very beautiful rooms. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the location was good, in front of the sea. Maybe I would have liked the gym to be open 24 hours because 8-6 was not very convenient for us who came for a business trip. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

My dad and I had such an amazing stay at the Palmera Beach Hotel last week! The room we stayed in was very nice and clean with an ocean view. Every day the housekeeping staff made up our room very neatly and refilled the amenities we needed. The hotel is nicely located at the corner of the street and lays perfectly close to the beach.

A big thanks to the staff, especially the people that run the all-inclusive buffet we had. The food was delicious, of good quality, and diverse every day. The service was an experience we will never forget. Everyone welcomes you with open arms and a big smile, the service is quick, and it is very noticeable that they enjoy their job.

A special thank you for Alexandra, Mr. Nikos, Ali, Marco, and the chef for making our stay unique and memorable! Elena, thank you as well for being a very good and talented operations manager and for taking good care of us during and after our stay at the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended by us!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with very friendly hardworking staff! I’ve read a lot of reviews saying it’s noisy at night however we did not find this at all, so quiet and peaceful. The beach is stunning although I would recommend water shoes at it’s quite rocky in the water. The food included in the all inclusive package is all good. Perfect romantic holiday for a couple in late 20s. We will come back next yea

Nice all inclusive hotel right on the beach. Staying here also gave us a 10% discount at their beachfront restaurant as well as Fresh next door. We stayed for 7 days.

We had some minor issues with one of the staff members not wanting to provide us with drinks we'd previously had for some reason, but management was able to fix this for us quickly. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding on his or out part.

The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fairly well stocked. Nothing crazy, but the coffee, warm pastries, and the omelette station were great. Also... UNLIMITED JUICE. I love juice. The all inclusive drinks were great too. Tasty cold beer, decent vodka, and very friendly bartenders.

Our room was clean and spacious. We had a hot tub suite and made use of the tub almost every night. The fresh fruit and bottle of white wine on check in was appreciated.

The shower/toilet area was a bit tight and it made it a bit awkward to close the door. The glass shower door was slightly ajar which got the floor wet every time we showered. The toilet was weirdly tall. I'm six feet tall and when I sat down, I was on my tip toes. The rainfall shower was excellent. We were never left wanting for hot water. I saw a panel on the wall in the shower and started pushing buttons which made it constantly beep at me. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone up right away to fix it though.

The beds were very comfortable! Definitely the best bed I've slept on in my three weeks in Europe.

All in all, an excellent time for my first time in Europe. I will definitely consider Palmera Beach when (not if) I come back to Hersonissos.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel where we stayed during our vacation in Greece. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly attitude from the staff. The people here, such as Alexandra, Vasyl, Lena, Anwar, Katerina, Nikos, Angel, and the rest of the staff, were not only kind but also extremely attentive to our needs, always ready to assist and creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

The cleanliness was top-notch. The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully arranged, with a special attention to detail that made our stay truly comfortable. The fact that the hotel is located in such a convenient area was a major plus. We had the beach just a few steps away, and the proximity to the pedestrian area and a village with a historic center allowed us to explore the local beauties with ease.

In conclusion, our stay was not only relaxing but also enriched by the wonderful people we met and the comfort provided by this excellent hotel. We will definitely return with pleasure!
