Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Hersonissos

A huge hotel area with a lot of pools, and all of them look great. A good water park for all the family. Rooms are cleaned every day very well. The crew is very polite and tries to give you the best

Returned at the beginning of July. Fabulous Hotel and facilities, so much entertainment for the adults and children. The hotel is spotlessly clean too. Food so much variety to choose something

There are so many pools it's crazy. The water park was the kids favourite and was a good size with 8 main slides, a kids play park which looked great for the little ones and a lazy river

Would have loved the option to go to the Asian Restaurant more than once as that is really lovely

There were also 2 olympic size pools, 2 smaller pools and an indoor pool

The only gripe for UK, British customers is that there are only a couple of English Channels on the TV and is more for German / Russian customers, that's what we found anyway

Great hotel, well situated with chalet style accommodation, private pools and a main pool with waterslide. Plenty of bars, restaurants, game facilities, gym, tennis courts and squash courts

And a special thank you to Christina at the kids club, what a kind and warm young woman, perfect for the kids club

The room was spotless and cleaned beautifully every day with linen changes whenever required. From the porters to the manager everyone was without exception friendly and accommodating

Every aspect of our holiday was spectacular. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time. The food exceeded my expectation breakfast, lunch and dinner were more than 5 stars

Faultless from start to finish. Amazing staff who couldn't have been more helpful, choice of four restaurants with a varied selection of food, all to the highest standard

The staff in the restaurants were so helpful, I have to mention one particular woman Aphrodite, what a kind and professional staff member, my granddaughter adored her

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food and beverages were delicious and easily accessible. I particularly want to commend the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the swimming pool

The only thing the hotel should take care of, is seating people at the pool/beach. Not to allow people to leave their towels on a chair for the entire day and catching up seating space

During our week-long stay at Creta Maris, we had a positive experience and are looking forward to returning. It's evident that the staff at Creta Maris are dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the resort

The dinner restaurants were top quality- we enjoyed every minute!!! Ask for a tour around the resort, it is so big we wouldn’t be able to see everything if not the guys giving the cart service

Multiple pool options and snack bars with healthy choices for food for all of the family. All day kids club seemed well organised and our daughter enjoyed it every day

All rooms are organized in a semicircle around multiple large pools, some with sea water and some with fresh water. There are ample and very comfortable pool chairs everywhere with shading umbrellas

They are modern and equiped with small refrigerators, and a small safe. The bottom level rooms have a small pool connected to the rooms

The same is true about the beach area. Multiple open bars are present with easy access from all directions serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The rooms are spacious, kept very clean daily

Every day when we walked into the lobby at Lyttos Mare, no one greeted us and we were treated like intruders. When my husband asked for assistance making a reservation off the property he was told he could call himself

Beautiful, well designed and modern resort. It is very clean with excellent maintenance and a very welcoming and friendly staff beginning with a warm and welcoming reception

Overall there is potential but they need better management to train them on how to treat guests. I will say that there were some fantastic bartenders, specifically those in the main lobby and the Rainbow Bar

Very good quality WiFi in all areas. Also the pool lovely and clean. We will definitely prefer it again!

Very clean with comfortable rooms and beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. It's very easy to access the location and is near by center of town

Upon arrival, they immediately booked all the a la carte restaurants, although in fact they later came and, if there was a free table, they always sat us down. Most of all I liked the Italian and fish restaurants

We had a swim up room which is a game changer with kids. Water park great with slides to suit all ages. We are normally ready to go home after a week, but didn’t want to leave Highly recommended

Also, there were many large pools across spread across different zones with hundreds of sunbeds and dedicated bars around these pools

Ideally better umbrellas by the pool, Thicker walls between rooms, less queues for the bars, separate kids/adult day time entertainment One of those places that have done the bare minimum well but not worth the price in my opinion

The check in was smooth, the room was so well equipped, large, airy and well lit. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The food options were extensive with multiple restaurants available

All staff are very friendly and so helpful, location is great with lots to do around local area. The food and drink is great in the hotel with lots of options/restaurants available

This is one of the best resorts you will ever find. It's about 20mins drive from the airport, you can easily find taxis at the airport and charges you 45 euros

Great place for rest. Friendly people, especially ones at the blue bar at the pool :). Nice food with plenty of variety and theme dishes every day for different countries cuisine.

Me and my family waited in the lobby, and then ate lunch for those few hours, but there was a big problem all of us had; it was horribly hot inside the hotel too

You could barely notice a difference being in and out of the lobby, and unfortunately, already having traveled hours and not being given our rooms, the heat was just another add to the stress

There's also no hot water in the bath, only in the shower, and the TV's screen just hung down, and when we tried to fix it to it's correct position, the screen just dropped down again

When we were finally shown to our rooms, I was just simply disappointed. I believe that the minimum for every and any hotel is cleanliness, and this place definitely didn't have that

We arrived early to the hotel, so we weren't given our rooms yet, we had to wait for around three hours. That's perfectly fine, I understand, I'm not here to complain about that

Very friendly staff, helped us with a medical problem. Stella Village is more for families, with activities and pools for kids. If you want to have beautiful pools with more calm, try the Stella Palace

Not all the rooms are renovated, the one we stayed in, a family room, was not, but after a hot day when we arrived in the evening it was clean and cool even if the air conditioning did not work

Interesting beach, the concretes that protect it from the waves are ugly, but those concretes help you to swim when all the other beaches are red flag and the waves passing by them create a unique sensation that children likes

The hotel has a very nice bar, pool bars and restaurants. Food is tasty, and although the choice is not overwhelming, it was still difficult to decide - everything was tempting

The only thing that wasn't clear online when boiking through jet2 was that it is 3 hotels in 1 and you don't have shared access to it all. All in all a fantastic place for families with young children and teenagers!

Herssonissos Village is a beautiful place with great views and cozy rooms. The bar is fantastic, thanks to bartenders Ricardo and Dimitris. Both of them make amazing cocktails, and they are warm and friendly

This hotel is 30minutah drive from the airport of Heraklion. People with children and elderly, in poor physical shape would be difficult to climb to the hotel

It is the last week of the season so without heated pools it is understandable, and the pools are still being used even though it's cold. The sunbeds at the lower pool are more comfy than the beds in our room

Currently staying at hersonissos village. Beds are very hard and pools are very cold

👍💪 Near from beaches about 10mn walking that's a good place but you have to get a car to discover Crete Island its a very large island. not far from hotel theres a lots of cars rentals. We certainly come back in the club

I'm so happy, room nice clean and big. Friendly staff, nice food(but the chefs have to learn to coock rice because every time undercooked, and the soup every time very salty. Beaches very close 8 minutes by walk

I'd advise better for older couple and not so much for families with children who want to be entertained as there is nothing for them other than the pool, which is rather small

No hotel shop selling Inflatables etc (although they'd make a fortune!) so no one has anything in the pool, which was very cold when we came in April (temperature was 24⁰c but pools very cold) The location is OK- its up a steep hill so be prepared for that if you intend on walking

The whole hotel is pretty dated, they are still using pens and paper booking systems and turn in the lock keys for the rooms. The food is typical all inclusive buffet with lots of Greek specials

If you walk about 1 mile to the left at the bottom of the hill, you'll reach the town of Hersonnossis which has a buzzing nightlife, lots of bars, restaurants etc

Excellent family hotel in Crete! We are currently on our 2nd visit , we couldn't fault either stay. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you

The pools are perfect for children and there are quiet areas for adults to relax too. There is a variety of food in the restaurant and snack bars, plenty of choice

Very nice location! Good food, great atmosphere, many pools and entertainment for all family members. Very friendly and helpfull reception staff. Local Bus station 15 m away. I recommend!

My particular favourite is yoga/meditation followed by a Greek coffee or home made iced tea (really is at slightly different each day) the animation team have been really good

Excellent base, we have just had a week at these apartments. Clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Loads of fantastic restaurants within a 5-10 min walk either way into Piskapiano or Koutoulofari

This is the very best hotel I have stayed at in all the years I have been to Crete. From the very first minute until the very last the staff have been excellent
