Hotels All-inclusive in Kato Gouves

It’s was you expect from an all inclusive holiday. Same with the drinks! I bought coke from the shop as there’s wasn’t the best! FYI I didn’t see nuggets once in my whole stay. The restaurant is absolutely crazy

Absolutely amused by how very professional the misuse was, I would most definitely recommend to anyone use this spa when and never would you regret doing so many thanks My appreciation goes to specialist Albora

The children really enjoyed exploring all pools. Some reviews say you don’t need to reserve but by the time we got up the beds were all taken so I would suggest going out to the pools earlier

The splash park is really good, I’m not sure why it doesn’t open until 11am though. The bars are great and lovely sitting areas too. We went to afew of the entertainment nights. The Acrobats night was our favourite

Pizza, Gyros and Burgers were delicious! The only annoying thing is when people jump in instead of queuing like everyone else but this isn’t the hotels fault. We stopped in a family room which was big and clean

The massage was very good and u felt very relaxed. Albora, made me feel very at ease and was incredibly professional. Thank you so much for the massage.

Have everything you need-towels,shower belongings,sleepers,tea,coffee set,full fridge every day:wine beer other drinks water

Excellent first holiday as a family here. The staff are very polite and helpful. They always tried to entertain our baby too which was lovely. Especially the cleaner and lady who welcomed you into the main restaurant

Also, the blue paint left marks on both our clothes and skin. Easy to remove with soap, but still unpleasant. Not to only be critical- it was private and great when there was a red flag on beach

We had a shared pool which was amazing with us having a ground floor bungalow. I’d definitely recommend requesting ground floor if you’re paying extra for a shared pool

It was nice, but the individual restaurants weren’t top notch food and the portions were small. We ended up going to the buffet some nights even after a meal. Other than that, would definitely recommend!!!

Lovely modern little hotel! We arrived late in the night and the recptionist gave us access to the restaurant to have late dinner! The rooms were modern and stylish! The food was perfect! We recomend this hotel 100%!!!!

Room service is frequent and satisfactory. The restaurant is on the roof! This makes for a gorgeous view all around. The food served is always varied, with an emphasis on local ingredients

The rooms have a balcony and look freshly renovated, though they can feel compact, but just to make you get on your feet and explore the area. The air conditioner was powerful enough to handle the peak of Cretan summer

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them

Only down fall is the all inclusive bar but it depends on what type of holiday your looking for! It’s really close to the town with lots to do. Walking distance from the beaches lots of restaurants near by

The food has been really good I mean what do you expect at 4* hotel there have been meals for everyone

Everything for the family stay is here. Plenty of attraction, few pools and bars. Besides that location is great- everything nearby including clubs bars and restaurants

To be honest reading the reviews I was dreading coming here! I can honestly say we’ve had the best time here! The kids have loved it they’ve been busy all week with kids clubs discos every night for them the entertainment staff have been fantastic :) they been playing in pools all day and the rooms are nice as well

Disco each night was a bit repetitive but kids loved learning the same dances. food could be a bit better but we always found something to eat as there’s plenty of option. Our room was very clean with a perfect sea view

Location is the best near the center as well the beach was within 5 minutes walking. the staff is friendly and ready to assist as well to help you. it was clean with good service

We came from England and spend a wonderful week in Sunbay Hotel. Renovated rooms very clean and helpful staff. We asked for something extra and they were always with a smile

The food was generally varied and tasty – we especially enjoyed the Cretan restaurant, which was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the Asian restaurant, which did not meet our expectations

One downside was that the air conditioning was not turned on in the restaurants, lobby, and dining hall, which made it uncomfortable at times in the August heat

Ever time we asked for a dish we got it, even if they had to go out of their way to prepare. They were absolutely superb and we are sure to take that into consideration next year when we look for a place to vacate

We bought food (by the way, at some distance, somewhere around 500-700 meters there is a SPAR store and several restaurants), and the one that lay on the shelves in lockers in open packaging the next day was covered in ants (and so I was the first I tried Doritos chips with ants once in my life), but the problem can be solved with special clips or containers

A beautiful hotel , in a really nice quiet setting ! Food was amazing but the staff is what made the trip exceptional , so friendly and will do anything to make you feel welcome ! Eva and the rest of then service time i can't thank enough ! Would 100% recommend and return

Buffet restaurant needs redesigned as counters too close together and can get very busy with everybody going everywhere all at once, or at least put one way system in place. I'd say 3star at most not 4star

Food is great and is always fresh, Eva in the restaurant was always super friendly and she couldn't do enough for you, chef is wonderful and everyone was always smiling and willing to please to make your holiday special

and I was disappointed with the drinks package as most places offer cocktails and snacks 24hrs water would be good in rooms mi d we were luck6 to have a sea view and it was beautiful

Easily the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. We had our wedding at Amirandes and also stayed for a few nights. The whole wedding planning process was seamless thanks to their professional staff

Amirandes has an outstanding architecture and nice sea access. Katharina from reception did an outstanding job in sorting a view things out for us, super fast, nice and always customer first

The sides also have pergolas to partially shade the pool. The salt water is not heated but honestly it's ideal for swimming. The exterior architecture is among the best I've seen in hotels

This is a decent hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The 50 metre rectangular pool is a real highlight. Unlike many hotels, this is a proper pool suitable for lap swimming

There is an indoor and outdoor gym, football pitch, tennis court, paddle court, plus other daily activities such as yoga, gym classes and stretching routines, all at no extra cost

The restaurant staff were helpful and the manager was exceptional. The beach was super clean, with plenty of sunbeds and a safe, enjoyable environment for the kids

The animation team was fantastic – plenty of activity programs during the day and great themed evening shows at their dedicated theater. There are many pools, all in excellent condition and very well maintained

3 swimming pools (children pool with slides and climbing wall) activity pool with program all day provided by animators and snack pool) entrainment is mostly in French or Italian but they do translate if reminded

This was our very first visit to Crete and from the first day to the very last moment, everything was simply perfect. Positives The staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly friendly in every department

The food in the hotel restaurant is probably the best all inclusive I’ve had in a long time. The pool with the pool bar is salt water but we ended up preferring this

We even got to take the kids into the Jacuzzi for half an hour before our treatments began and we got it all to ourselves! Shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance

We had a wonderful stay at The Island Hotel in Crete. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was exceptionally clean. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we loved every moment. Highly recommended!

This is a huge resort hotel with abundant of rooms. It is by the sea which is beautiful scene. Foods at the restaurant are buffet style and quite standard

Not allowed to keep your restaurant purchased wine for a second night. Really good Pilates, stretching and yoga. But all the classes were in the morning, one after the other

It was shallow enough to snorkel and spotted a few fish. I would choose this hotel again when I visited Crete. The bus stop was quite a walk away but the buses are easy to use

We left this wonderful place on September 26th. This was our first stay at a St. Constantin hotel and I know I'll be back there. The service in the restaurant was very nice

I would especially like to distinguish the wonderful reception staff , Michalis - full professionalism in serving guests and the reception manager Cathrine, who dealt with every request of guests quickly and positively

The service was excellent and so friendly. The whole place was clean and the food was fine for us. The area of gouves is relatively quiet but that was perfect for this break

Lovely comfy sunbeds, self service soft drinks, beer and wine was good as no queues

The food we found to be nice and always a table. We went out for meals etc now and then so didn’t see the food being repetitive. Big fan of the little apple deserts

All pools are available to everyone (with the exception of the private pools) , so we enjoyed using the roof top pool on a few occasions as well. The layout of this hotel means that it all feels spread out

Had an amazing time at this hotel. We arrived last Monday and our room was in the newer side. Right next to a pool so perfect for us. It’s a small hotel which suited us down to the ground

If I could offer one suggestion Maybe a bit more for kids. Can’t fault any of the staff from the dining staff, cleaners and bar staff etc they all helped make our stay really good

While the animation team weren’t our thing they seemed to do a good job especially on an evening and we’re all polite, they didn’t pester us to try and get involved which is good

Everyday there were different type of dishes. You can eat either inside of the restaurant or outside wherr you can enjoy the warm weather. Breakfast has pleanty of choices as well

The rooms are simple, but have everything you need for a good night sleep, with A/C, TV, fridge and other equipment. The food was incredible, with plenty of options to suit every taste

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Diogeni's Blue Palace! We were very welcomed by the most amazing and friendly people that were always available to help us with any request

The hotel has a great pool, although it can be sometimes busy, but the beach is also just across the road from the hotel with dedicated area for the hotel guests

Hotel is small enough to provide excellent personal service but big enough to have everything you need, including an excellent bar with stand out cocktails Special mention for the excellent staff, attentive, friendly, and efficient

Hello, i have a question? have you renovated the hotel since 2019? I was transferred to your hotel but there are no reviews since 2019 and the photos of the trips on these dates do not match your photos

Recently renovated with some might not finished details. Very comfy and huge room( junior suit) Swimming pool could be a bit bigger, but fair enough for refreshing moments

The stuff is super friendly and happy to help you any time. Katerina ( reception) very helpful, going to organize and make your stay enjoyable and simply unforgettable

We felt very safe because all the staff was following covid protocols and our room was dissinfected We've already been there twice and we can't wait to go back!

The food was great, fresh and so delicious. Bedrooms were little bit old, but clean. Swimmingpools just wow and so close to the sea. I hope we will come back again

The all inclusive package is not really worth the money both in availability and quality. The fruit juices were very poor and often ran out

The food is good but the restaurant isn’t that well organised, the staff are helpful and friendly. The entertainment is a bit relentless! Could be cleaner

I thought great I have an allergy to them so sitting in any chairs in reception was ruled out. The rooms are basic but function well. Air conditioning is spot on, room fridge was a God send for cold drinks

The all inclusive drinks only stretch to one local beer, wine on tap and Local spirits, the rest you have to pay for

All drinks are served in cheap plastic cup, as there is only a pool bar, so don’t get excited if you’re looking for a fancy cocktail. The pool is good but it’s the usual not enough sun-beds

Food is good with plenty of choice at all meal times. However if you sit outside you will be surrounded by cats scrounging for food and some darlings think it’s sweet to feed them

The staff could not have been more attentive. A lovely initial welcome from Popi, Dimitri and others in the restaurant and Theresa checking in several times a day

At 4 star you would have thought there was a dress code at meal time but it was pretty much wear what you like men in vests, sports shorts

The rooms aren't sound proof and had some really inconsiderate neighbours , always coming in after 2am and making lots of nose and banging doors etc. but that's not the hotel's fault

Situated in a remote area, I suggest renting a car, quad, or scooter to reach the nearby town or village, which is about a 14-minute drive away

When we asked if there were any local options, the staff went above and beyond by quickly arranging for food to be delivered to the hotel

We arrived late at night, after 11pm, when the hotel had already stopped serving food

Food was lovely but buffet so the same however there is 2 restaurants either side of the hotel and you are only 15 mins walk to the sea front

At the swim up pool there is water with fruit and a zingy lemon drink which is free 😊 we only went half board but the shops are 5 mins walk and you have a mini fridge in the room so we bought water, coke and lager and loads of layz 😂 The rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted this, we did as coming in and out of the water the floor got dirty

The place was lovely and well maintained we had a swim up room (highly recommend) the hotel provides fresh towels on a daily basis, you just go to the spa and replace them

Silvana was absolutely amazing. Me & my sister in law came for a 30min neck & back massage with a complementary 15min additional massage which we opted for legs

Silvana was extremely friendly and made sure all my needs were met before finishing. I would 100% recommend Silvana to others

But if you ask for fries with the cheese and ham sandwich then you get charged for them??? The food in the main restaurant was awful, again, no aircon on in there despite there being a huge great unit

All inclusive the food as amazing help your self to as much as you want with different dishes every day and the food in the alicarte was like a Michelin star restaurant

Although they serve drinks in glasses round the pool, and one day one of the waiters dropped a whole tray of glasses which smashed and fell into the pool! Plastic would be a much better idea! No need to get up at silly o'clock to get a sunbed which was nice

The only decent food we had in the hotel was at the a la carte restaurant. Out of the 7 days we were there we ate out 4 nights. The staff were all very friendly, very helpful and polite

We returned to this hotel after first visit last October and it did not disappoint as we were worried if it would be as good for second visit Staff so friendly and helpful the receptionist Anna and her colleagues could t do enough all the bar staff and they remembered us which was a nice touch Any issues delay with swiftly Will be rebooking for next year

Great family-run hotel that offers good quality food, quiet*, calm accommodation and a friendly welcome. The rooms and gardens are clean, modern and well maintained

The beach is quite small but just over the road from the hotel. There is a bigger beach just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are a few bars and restaurants close by

Great place for a family holiday this place caters for all ages We were located in the annex which was great and catered better for adults the pool area was quieter leaving the main pool area for families Food there was plenty of choice however some of it could have been hotter Room we had was lovely and had a great walk in shower However the showers downstairs in the main area could do with an upgrade...

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, needed more pillows, rooms were basic, no tea/coffee in the room, food was just ok, main courses generally cold or Luke warm, breakfasts were not great at all, not much available on all inclusive (other hotels have had cocktails & slushies available with all inclusive) ice cream was only available 3-5pm, we never saw any snacks available, pool area was small, no life...

Check in was simple, easy and we were shown to our apartment by the lady on reception. We had been upgraded to a deluxe family 2 bedroom suite with our own hot tub and private patio area
