Paralos Kosta Mare Mini-hotel

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Waited on like royalty. Staff are so friendly, especially Eleanor at the Theatro Pool bar, she is a little gem. We went all inclusive for 7 nights. So much food choice that we were ever bored. The food is indeed 5* and is plentiful! Unlike other AI resorts, everything here really is all inclusive (apart from the usual room service/spa treatments). All really wonderful! Tips; use the beach beds, much quieter and less struggle to get a bed there. Service is just as fast down on the beach as it is at the pool. We had room 214, lovely room but it has a step down to the bathroom which at night we found a concern as we couldn’t see it, so we had to put a cushion there to navigate in the dark. Also the low hanging bedside lights do tend to cause a hazard when catching your head on them! Nothing here to stop this being a five star stay. Thank you to all at Paralos Kosta Mare!

We visited at end of June and what an amazing holiday we had we loved the hotel so much we booked to go again from the bar on the last day! Katerina in the restaurant was the best all staff warm and friendly the shop on site was full of beautiful things. Its an amazing hotel and we cant wait to return on 10th September. Also the spa is a must, best massage ever.

Definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we have travelled a lot! Arrived for our 9 night stay at this beautiful hotel, welcomed with a warm reception. Rooms are immaculate, modern, extremely comfy large beds and fantastic bathroom facilities. We had a garden view which was perfect to sit outside each early evening. Maid service is fantastic and our room looked like we had just arrived again each day. The entire hotel is spotless with beautiful pathways throughout. The heavenly pools, gorgeous beach and luxurious sun beds are fabulous with a fantastic service by the waiting staff for drinks of snacks throughout the day no matter where you are sat. The food….. absolutely exquisite! Breakfast is amazing with a small buffet section but menus for freshly made items to pick and choose from and everything was so fresh! Lunch was also superb with a choice of green or Mediterranean options, all served to your table by sone amazing waiting staff. The 5 restaurants are set up along one long location which is a great concept in our opinion - each restaurant has different table chairs and decor but the best thing is the fabulous menus of each- it felt like fine dining each evening - the usual large buffet may be other people’s preference but we have to say the concept of these restaurants made it feel more than 5 star. From fillet mignon steak cooked to your perfection, to delish fresh fish and amazing starters and desserts, it was heaven on a plate. All local ingredients and cuisine made this experience even more special. Huge compliments to the chefs, the maitre de and all the waiting staff. The drinks around the hotel are amazing, freshly made cocktails, amazing variety and choice of wines, gins, beers, cocktails etc. The service is the best we have ever experienced. A huge thank you to Katerina who is head of customer service. She made our stay even more with what I can only describe as 10 star hospitality. From little touches like fresh fruit platters delivered to our room, and checking in with guests throughout the day, she truly is at the top of the game in the hospitality sector and a huge credit to the hotel! Warm, friendly and does over and above for any guests staying at the hotel. Evenings are very chilled out at the hotel, but lovely live music in the bar or a performance at the theatro bar was fabulous. The hotel is only 10 minutes in a cab away from livelier hersonossis if you fancy the odd trip out, which we did a couple of nights, but preferred to have a walk along the beachfront, then chill in the hotel bar with some of the best sunsets we have had the delight of seeing. If you want an all inclusive hotel that has big buffets and loud live shows, then this May not be for you. However, if you want a 5 star experience with amazing food, drinks, service and amenities then I really would recommend everyone to try this hotel. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel has a beautiful pool and a lovely big beach, and the staff was absolutely amazing. On our last day, we booked a late checkout for just 80 euro's for two people and were even given a suite—such great service! The food was outstanding. We loved the all-inclusive concept, especially with the à la carte options for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended! We will return. The spa was also really nice, they use nice product and they really are relaxed and so nice. The inside fitness area is a little bit small in size, and the outside area was not that clean and when it is hot during the day you can't really work-out outside. But again most people don;t work out during there holiday, so it works for this hotel and for us.

Beautiful hotel, spacious clean rooms, friendly staff. Access to private beach with waiter service. Fantastic food, can reserve any of the five restaurants using the hotel app, and lots of choice for buffet breakfast. I had a wonderful massage with Athina, and Miranda in the spa was really helpful and kind. We had a wonderful holiday and the sunsets are amazing. Enjoy!

We chose to go to an all-inclusive for our first leg of our honeymoon to fully relax after getting married in Italy. The short version is wow, they really put luxury into the 'Pure Luxe' name. For starters, when we arrived a bell boy assisted us with our bags, the lovely Eleftheria in the hotel bar brought us ice cold lemonade (and conversation for days afterwards xx), Maria and Georgios helped to check us in and brought us to our room. It was our honeymoon, so we splurged a little to get the private patio with the massage tub, day bed and fire pit, however this room totally exceeded our expectations. The bed is comfortable, the fridge is restocked daily with water and soft drinks, and the patio had unbelievable views. The restaurant staff even surprised us with a heart shaped cake for our honeymoon one day!! The pool is salt water (with an underwater radio??) and there are plenty of beds to choose from, however if you prefer shade I would get a bed early! The boys in the pool bar (Yiannas, Michalis and Michalis) kept us hydrated and laughing all day long. The restaurant is nothing short of incredible. Definitely some of the best food we have ever eaten. The servers are all so wonderful and helpful, and each al la carte is delicious, though our favourite was the seafood! We didn't end up making it into the steak restaurant, however we chose to pay an extra price to have a private dinner on the beach. The ambiance and decorations set by the staff was incredibly romantic and we loved watching the sunset over the sea throughout dinner. Miranda, Eugenia and Maria in the spa were our next stop to complete the relaxation experience. Miranda walked us through the various treatments, and gave us reminders for our appointments in the next days! We had the body scrub and aloe wrap, and then massages as well. Eugenia and Maria were incredibly professional, kind, and with healing hands! The spa is also equipped with a steam bath, sauna, hot tub and indoor pool. Each night there was live entertainment in the pool bar, with a mixture of traditional music and dancing, to acoustic duos and even a DJ! Our favourite part was meeting new friends and closing down the night with Yiannas, Michalis x2 and Eleftheria :) All in all, for two broke, newly married thirty year old Canadians, it was more costly than any all-inclusive we've taken to Cuba.... but it was so incredibly worth it. From start to finish we had the loveliest holiday, the rooms, pools, food, facilities were all unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience, we stayed in a room with a private pool and could not recommend more! Thank you for making our experience one to remember, we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time and can’t say enough good things! Everything was perfect – from the food to the beach, to the outstanding service. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a great mood. They all made us feel completely at home. A very special thank you to Katerina – she was always there for us, supported us with everything, and truly went above and beyond to make every wish come true. Thanks to her, my girlfriend’s birthday became an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back – thank you for such a wonderful stay!
