Cook's Club Hersonissos Crete

Love coming to the Cooks Club hotel. Staff, food, cocktails are amazing. The hotel is spotless and has a great vibe. Myself and my Daughter are coming back in June 2025 for the 3rd time club sandwich is a must to try at lunchtime. Thank you to the lovely Erika and Stavros for looking after us and I can’t wait to see you in June.

The hotel is a hidden gem and has amazing facilities. Wonderful food cooked to order, friendly and helpful staff, chill out music and fantastic entertainment in the evening. I decided to have a massage at their spa facilities and my masseur Giorgos was very attentive and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The massage was incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel! We are booking our next year visit!!!!!

Stayed Oct 14 for 7 nights and had such an amazing experience. Greeted at reception by a lovely man. Breakfast buffet is unbelievably varied, such a selection and slow paced - very relaxing. Rooms very cleanly and spacious. We booked the maisonette for 4 adults with one bathroom and got upgraded on arrival to maisonette suite with two balconies and two bathrooms free of charge. The spa treatments I would highly recommend, receptionist Natassa was fab and gave such detail. You receive 10 extra mins free of charge to any treatment. We received bundle offers and 10% of any other treatments after using the spa once. My therapist Foteini was incredibly professional and the massage was perfect. No need to bring pool towels as you receive fresh towels at reception each morning, right next to the pools. Great atmosphere of music and bar poolside. Food restaurants nearby exceptional.

Cooks clubs is definitely the place you need to go. Everyday good music, perfect environment to chillout, delicious food, kind and always smiled waitresses, great bartenders (especially Leo), nice and helpful managers. If you look for the nice place in Hersonissos that is a perfect choice :)

What a cracking place very central. Staff were amazing food was fantastic. Hotel was spotless would definitely recommend. Lots of beds round pool didn’t need to reserve anytime. Breakfast had so much choice. Great value for money. Will definitely come back.

the best hotel in hersonissos, went for my partners birthday and they decorated the room so beautifully we were both so happy with the dedication and effort. staff are always so friendly and accommodating. the food options are amazing. we also love that there is a tattoo parlour in the hotel! a big thank you to giorgos & foteini from the cooks club spa who gave us a massage! it was amazing and we felt so relaxed afterwards. also big shout out to dimitris who sorted the room decoration out!

Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. We booked the larger double and it was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Free pool towels everyday from reception. Lovely pool area with comfy sun loungers. Music started around 1pm and wasn’t too loud. Staff were very friendly around the pool. Food was good value for money at lunch and dinner. Really good choice at breakfast, the freshly cooked omelette station was a highlight. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the seafront with plenty of bars and restaurants. The bus station was on the main road outside the hotel and took you to areas such as Stalis, Malia and Heraklion for day trips 2 euros per person each way :)

My boyfriend and I (in our mid 20s) stayed at this amazing hotel for two weeks this September and had the best time. It is located on the ***** in Hersonissos which is perfect as you are only a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the beach front. A big big thank you (which just isn’t enough) to the lovely staff here for being so welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, always happy to help and extremely attentive - Dimitra, Eva, Erica, Eirini, Stratos, George, Mila, Stav, Gregory, Jonathan, Marta, Leo and Mila - you are all fabulous!!! The hotel is lovely, modern and is a perfect mix of relaxation with holiday party vibes. We booked the large double room which was very spacious and cleaned everyday, with towels and bedding changed as requested - the cleaning team work so hard to keep the hotel spotless, thank you! Our room was located at the front of the hotel, on the *****, however we could not hear any noise and were really grateful for this. On our first night, the air con was not as cold as we were hoping for. We reported this to the reception team the next morning and it was sorted within a couple of hours which was great. The food at the hotel was just delicious and tasted so fresh whilst being so reasonably priced and huge portions - some highlights were the chicken breast meal, pork belly noodles, chicken caesar salad (the best salad I’ve ever tasted), pancakes, club sandwich and the strawberry milkshakes were heaven. The sun loungers and bean bags around the pool were really comfy and the hotel provided you with fresh pool towels as required. No reserving - towels and belongings were removed from sun loungers / bean bags by pool staff if guests had left them unattended for a long amount of time which we thought was extremely fair and you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a sun bed! There were different DJs on throughout our stay in the pool area from around 1-6pm, which ourselves and other guests enjoyed. Some evenings there was entertainment - movie night, jukebox night, live band, DJ & violin duo, saxophonist and football was played on the big screen one of the nights. Perfect if you want to have a chilled evening by the pool with a cocktail! The hotel also has an app which is great. You are able to speak to reception 24/7 using a ‘live chat’ if required, read on news & events coming up, the list of services available, food and beverages list and e-wallet / room charges tab if this is how you were paying for food and drinks. We would highly recommend this excellent hotel and the area of Hersonissos, Crete! It is the best holiday we have had yet and we are so excited to visit again in the future. We really didn’t want to come home after an unforgettable stay!

Just at the airport ready to fly back to the uk. Cooks club was amazing . We booked for b&b for two weeks but on our second week we upgraded to half board . The food was amazing 5* all the way . The portion sizes were huge and probably only need one of us to upgrade . The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are fantastic and always smiling . Marianna ( with the dreadlocks ) in the cantina was lovely , and always explained what the food was as I’m a fussy eater and am a pescatarian. The room we had looked over the pool and was not large and the double bed we had was two beds put together . Would have rather had a bigger room and a double bed as this was my special birthday holiday . But we made do . The rooms have a small fridge but no kettle . I asked reception if they had a kettle and they arranged for one to use the whole stay which is brilliant . Unfortunately I fell unwell after the first week with a throat infection and lost my voice .. my throat was so sore and all I wanted to drink was water or hot honey, lemon and in hot water . Most of the staff were very good at getting me this as it was the only thing that soothed my throat … except for one bar tender ( small guy ) don’t know his name .. it was just to much trouble for him and said he was to busy to make this me. The gym at cooks club was ok but not the best . Needs to be music and maybe the treadmills need servicing as the belts weren’t smooth and jolted . Smith machine was great and lots of free weights . Overall I would stay again and don’t let the music distract you from booking . We are a couple who are 60 years old and loved every minute .. the cinema nights , the bands that played there and the whole atmosphere was fab
