Cooks club is as beautiful hotel and also the staff are lovely Erika mimi Jonathan especially the bar staff and everyone at the breakfast I would recommend to visit and if you do stay make sure mention T 😉

Outstanding Service – One of the Best Hotel Experiences Ever I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but the service at Cook’s Club Hersonissos truly stands out as exceptional. From reception to bar staff to housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond. It’s clear that the resort manager is doing an excellent job leading such a well-coordinated and friendly team. Upon arrival, the reception staff were efficient, welcoming, and took the time to walk us through the hotel’s custom app—which is genuinely impressive. It includes all the menus and even lets you track your room charges in real time, which is a fantastic touch. The poolside bar staff made our stay incredibly relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. Drinks were delivered straight to our sunbeds within minutes, and food arrived promptly too (understandably with a short wait since it’s made fresh). The team was always smiling, helpful, and seemed to have a great camaraderie, which made the atmosphere even better. The food was excellent, with a wide selection of drinks and top-notch cocktails. Beer options were great too, and the prices were very reasonable—much better than some places where high drink prices drive people off-site. Here, it’s no wonder the pool area stays busy. My wife and I are in our 50s, and initially we wondered if the hotel might be too young for us, as many guests seemed to be in their 20s or 30s. But we quickly realized that the vibe is welcoming for all ages, and we had a fantastic time regardless. Without a doubt, we would return to this hotel. An incredible experience all around.

Cooks Club Upon entry, you get handed an iPad to check yourself in, then told to download apps for the hotel. Tourist tax, €10 per day. No kettle, plates etc in the room you have to ask for these. Lighting not great in the rooms, you just have side lights and a couple of spot lights in the kitchen. Food, great choices for breakfast and good choice of drinks. Snacks you can share between two people as the portions are large, they are very good!! There is a DJ that plays 12 - 6, if your here for more than 7 days it becomes monotonous, okay if your in your early 20s and love the bass consistently. They have the same songs over and over, new playlist would be welcomed. Live music/ singers have been good. Cooks club do put on events mainly on the evenings. Night life if you want it doesnt start while 12.30 / 1am. Spa, beautiful massage packages. The staff are lovely and talk you through what they have to offer very friendly.. If you have a night time flight, please make sure you go and book in for a shower as there is only one available, we was not told this via staff, just from chatting to people round the pool. If you want to get information or help from TUI staff, then good luck as they aren't really here or helpful when they are! Staff at cooks club are friendly and hard working.. Sundays seem to be the day when the Greeks come to the hotel, so it gets really busy, as the hotel is open to the public ( we wasn't told this when booking) Hotel is based on a busy main road. White lion opposite if you walk beside it and then turn left you have all the restaurants and bars further down, plenty to pick from. Like for like price wise ( based on UK ) Also be careful when walking down there as there are little girls selling roses, they get in your personal space, they have been stealing peoples jewellery etc so be vigilant!! Overall, lovely and modern hotel.

After a month, I can finally write “sober” review about this hotel and my experience. It has perfect location, fantastic people and the best food and atmosphere. A few meters in and you are in completely different world beyond all crowd on the street. It was definitely worth it and I will 100% go back there next year. Thank you for early check in chance, also for beautiful pool view and easy access for menu, reception and help if needed. It was the best experience in my life.

Cooks club is amazing, great vibe and relaxing hotel. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with warm smiles, hotel and rooms were spotless, food was amazing. All the staff were friendly and professional, bar staff, Reception, waitresses/waiters, DJs, cooks, cleaners all absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Location is ideal steps away from everything. Dj and violinist on a Tuesday evening is a must…incredible. Massage from Joahna was amazing, professional and highly skilled. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Cook’s Club Hersonissos! The vibe of the hotel is spot on — relaxed during the day, energetic in the evenings, and perfect for couples looking to chill by the pool or head out into town. The pool area is a real highlight with good music, comfy loungers, and a well-priced bar. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, plus a great balcony view. Staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish, especially during check-in and helping us arrange our transfer. Breakfast was a solid start to each day with lots of fresh options. Location is ideal — walking distance from beaches, restaurants, clubs, and shops. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my Daughter who’s in her mid twenties & despite being a bit older I didn’t feel uncomfortably too old by comparison if you was a bit older wondering if it would suit. The DJ played music during the afternoon & if u preferred it was not too loud on the grass part, so we often sat there. The sunbeds & bean bag loungers seemed to not be an issue, there was no problems with people reserving them & being vacant. We always managed to find a couple of sunbeds. We found the breakfast ok, there was only filter coffee in large flasks made available , which wasn’t very pleasant & we found the croissants were often stale, as the sliced bread, there was fruit & yoghurt available, so we bought take out coffee from across the road in Bruno’s. The cocktails at the bar were delicious, great value & the food we ordered was reasonable priced & really good. We had a suite despite requesting a late check out & low level ( recent knee surgery ) we were placed on the second floor, due to landing very late at night , it was too late to change which was offered the following day , but the room was spacious we had a double bed in the main area as well as separate bedroom which was a bonus, there was a lift & our room was fairly quiet so we didn’t request a change. The only suggestion I’d make is that that the kitchenette consisted of a double burner & fridge ( nothing else at all, seemed peculiar). I’d suggest to provide a coffee machine or kettle possibly. The late check out wasn’t an option the day before but they offer a very small shower & toilet room for 15 minutes per person, but there is no plugs or places to dry your hair only in reception. It’s super central so perfect if on foot. Overall despite the minor little details I’d highly recommend this hotel, it’s well established, clean & reasonably priced for drinks & food.

We stayed in Cook's Club Rhodes last year and loved it, so thought we would try the Crete one out this year. The hotel is reasonably priced and adults only which we liked. We found staff very friendly, especially the Italian woman from the reception team. We didn't catch her name! She was super helpful and had lots of recommendations for the area. The bar staff weren't great at times, they forgot our drinks the first night and we had to chase them up and it was hard to get service from them at other times. They do seem to prefer you to order via a waiter rather than directly at the bar so maybe that's why. We ordered food by the pool most days and found it was nice and reasonably priced. The breakfast selection was decent and had a few different milk options, nuts, granolas, yoghurts and then the standard eggs, meats etc. The two pools were lovely and the reception team do police them in the morning to make sure beds aren't reserved which is great. The only thing I would say I really didn't like was that the spa staff are round the pool every day trying to get you to purchase treatments and I found one lady on one of the days to be quite pushy. The room was nice, cleaned daily and had air con, fridge, safe etc. The hotel is in a great location as its quite close to lots of bars and restaurants. It's also about 20-30 minute walk from Piskopiano, Hersonissos old town and Koutouloufari which have quieter restaurants and bars than on the sea front if that's what you are looking for. They do seem to put on entertainment most nights, we didn't stay for any of it but it did seem to be busy. We paid 55 euro extra to keep the room to 6pm on our day of check out which was great as I know some places don't offer this. Overall, we had a good stay.

Love coming to the Cooks Club hotel. Staff, food, cocktails are amazing. The hotel is spotless and has a great vibe. Myself and my Daughter are coming back in June 2025 for the 3rd time club sandwich is a must to try at lunchtime. Thank you to the lovely Erika and Stavros for looking after us and I can’t wait to see you in June.
