We stayed our last day in Thessaloniki in this nice hotel. The room was okay nothing special, the breakfast good and the girl with blonde hair welcomed us very friendly.

An accommodation suitable for a family stay. The breakfast is satisfactory. The rooms are clean and convenient. Recommend a place to stay in Thessaloniki

Lovely hotel with 24 hour reception. Lovely helpful staff on reception. I liked the sweets on the reception desk and the welcome punch is quite nice. Good location, there's a swimming pool but sadly I didn't have the time. The rooms are comfy I was lucky enough to stay here twice. And both rooms were very nice. All rooms have hot drink making facilities and a security box if needed. The Aircon was good and very welcome as it was hot when I was there. The rooms have hairdryers and a set of scales if you want to check your holiday weight. There is a bar next door which does food. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. It would be nice to stay here again.

The hotel should have 2-3 starts and definitely not 5. The room was very small and the furniture was visibly used. We came to breakfast at 9.30 (it is until 10.30) and most of the food was either gone or cold. The pictures on booking were definitely misleading.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. Did not have staff around, and they were really unprofessional.
Supposedly they offered an easter package, but their half board options were ridiculous. I am pretty sure when you warm over rice and fried calamari is unhealthy and toxic. They did. The three options they had for food were reheated. Indeed the room was big, but I could small moldiness all over the place. Not a very clean hotel at all. Lastly, it was too far away in a very quiet neighbourhood away from the city centre. In my opinion definitely not worth the money, and the half board option is a HUUUUGE joke !!

I have never give 1* star review but this tims I have to - I dont like dishonest representation.
We've booked junior suite for 3 adl via Booking. Room has sofa bed and balcony ( 2 of us are smoker). They also stated there is hotel garage. We get junior suite with no balcony, there is sofa bed but cant open to bed. They provide us with extra bed. Pls look attached photo for extra bed. If I would like to go on camping this extra bed will suit me fine, but in 5* hotel - real disgrace to guests. Parking garage isnt available, they park our car in front of hotel.
There is no slippers in room, there is no cotton swabs, but there is cd player. Welcome to '90s.
This is not 5* hotel, is overpriced 3*hotel.
Location - 45 min to downtown by foot. Ugly and looks like unsafe neighbourhood. There is Modern Museum across and Serbian Military Cementary Zejtinlik in 500 m.
Room - big enough, old, dirty wall, old furniture
Breakfast - ordinary, nothing special
Menagment - dissatisfied, they ignore our request for room that we were reserved, they said, it's upon availability. Not all junior suits have sofa bed that open into a real bed.
Overall - avoid if you look regular 5* hotel, its no value to money for 3* or 4*

We had the best experience their staff is really great - by mistake we made e wrong reservation (non-refundable) through booking and arrived there a day earlier. The manager at the reception didn't hesitate to call booking and made it possible for us to get a better room and a refund for the second night - although he could just blame us for our mistake.

Hotel location is fine, not crowded and pretty much safe.
The area has many shops if needed.
Rooms are far away from a 5 star, though they are clean.

There is one of the most exciting hotel found in North Greece. The reason only one the Team that helps the accommodation making you feel at home. Therefore join the Lazart hotel for business purposes as I do or vacation any time of the year. Fully recommend.
