Hilton Budapest

This is a lovely hotel and very well situated. The breakfast choices were extensive. The area is extremely busy during the day (tourists) but was surprisingly quiet in the evening. There are some wonderful
restaurants and shops within walking distance and the streets are very quaint to meander through. If you're looking for nightlife, I recommend you stay on the Pest side. If you prefer a quiet dinner and a peaceful evening stroll, this is the perfect area!

What a beautiful property. The views were amazing across the river. Great location for walking around and full of history. We had a late night snack in the restaurant that was delicious! Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful hotel, very gracious staff at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast buffet, and cleaning staff. Rooms are very well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and easy to plug in and charge devices. Breakfast was amazing every morning, often fueling us all the way to dinner each day! It was unfortunate that the "closing" time of the restaurant is listed as 11pm, but the kitchen stops cooking at 1030pm, and we were denied a table at 1020pm when all we wanted was dessert. I've noticed this custom in other EU cities, and it's just different from the US. If a place is still open, we're used to being served during opening hours. I wish that was more clear. The views from the restaurant look out over Fisherman's Bastion, and it's just like a fairy tale. Would definitely stay here again, and enjoyed the location relative to the popular tourist sights!

Hilton is in the best location in Budapest! The hotel is magnificent. Excellent staff. The restaurant however could improve- The dishes were very well prepared and the presentation was great, however for vegetarians it wasn't enough, to say the least. The main dish I ordered was barely a main dish- just lettuce, roasted goat cheese, and pepper puree- that's it! Spiced rice or something could be added to make it complete. Or roasted root vegetables.

Spent 3 nights here. The hotel is just stunning. The location is amazing with easy access to transit and taxi always available. It’s so close to the castle and overlooks the river!

We received a warm welcome from Leonard at the front desk- sometimes Hungarian customer service isn’t super warm even when the service is excellent. He really made our day, taking extra time to explain the hotel and some holiday customs we were curious about.

Breakfast— both in the restaurant & executive lounge was excellent. The young women in the morning at the executive lounge were really darling to us.

Our room was well appointed, super comfortable beds & the bathroom had a shows and tub & all the amenities.

I would stay again!

Very clean and great location, large rooms with nice touches very user friendly and stylish, tea and coffee in room plus WiFi and power outlets of various types, bathroom stocked with good quality products, modern designs and well laid out, lifts were very efficient and were easily accessed. Location was ideal with a fabulous Sky bar and restaurant overlooking the Fisherman’s bastion and the river Danube to Pest, not to be missed.

What a great hotel and stunning location. Friendly staff and brilliant breakfasts. The executive lounge is very nice and a great place to unwind and rest your feet after a Lot of walking. Probably the best Hilton we have stayed at. Thoroughly recommend.

It's the nicest luxury resort in Pest. Near a lot of iconic sites and shops in a beautiful setting near the Danube River & St Stephen’s Basilica! Great & will be going there again!

Fabulous view hotel. Nice rooms overall and expectedly great service. Areas of concern include: relatively small fitness space and average food.

Hotel is located within a historic building with an exceptional view onto the river. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was not open yet (only end of April throughout summer). Exec lounge has decent selection of snacks and drinks including a nice view as well.
