First of all thanks to Ms.Jolina, the front of house manager and her guest relations team for arranging such a memorable stay.
The omelet we had was honestly one of the best we have ever tasted.
Every dessert we tried, both in the Executive Lounge and at breakfast was very delicious!
The Pastry Team absolutely deserves a Michelin star.
Location of the hotel is very convenient, in the heart of Buda Castle and with an amazing view to the Danube and Parliament view.
We would happily return again.
The room was vast with a 2 floor type wich was perfect with breathtaking views over the castle square.
every staff member we met was so warm, welcoming, and genuine. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. fresh, delicious, and with so many great options. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived. And we extended the stay for another 4 days and thankfuly the hotel mangment fixed it that we keep the upgrade we got till the end of the sta.
The location of the hotel is litterly in the middle of the whole castle area that tourist take guided tours to come visit .

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The view towards the Danube and Parliament was simply breathtaking. The breakfast offered a variety of options for each taste and the quality was excellent. Staff across the hotel was very kind and forthcoming- from the reception and bar to the breakfast-room and cleaning personnel. The location itself is hard to top. Well done Hilton Budapest, keep up the good service. Highly recommended!
The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with a large and varied spread that was included with our Hilton status benefits. Everything from fresh pastries to hot dishes was available, and the quality was very good. Overall, a wonderful experience in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!
Other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, such as the Grand Hyatt and JW Marriott, have always paid close attention to special requests. Even small gestures like chocolates or a greeting card can make guests feel valued and appreciated.
Unfortunately, this experience at Hilton lacked such thoughtfulness, leading me to question whether this reflects the service culture here. The arrangements fell short of my expectations for the Hilton brand.

ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice.
I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK.
Everything of the hotel is good. I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest.
I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again.

However, other experience were all bad! The front desk of the hotel is rude, said that “because you book the CHEAPEST room in our hotel from Xiecheng, we can only give you a room with inner-hotel view! Cheapest room?? This is the first time I hear some describe your own hotel. And I am the gold vip client of Xiecheng. Secondly, the bathroom light has no battery, which other client’s comment said he has the same problem!
