Other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, such as the Grand Hyatt and JW Marriott, have always paid close attention to special requests. Even small gestures like chocolates or a greeting card can make guests feel valued and appreciated.
Unfortunately, this experience at Hilton lacked such thoughtfulness, leading me to question whether this reflects the service culture here. The arrangements fell short of my expectations for the Hilton brand.

ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice.
I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK.
Everything of the hotel is good. I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest.
I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again.

However, other experience were all bad! The front desk of the hotel is rude, said that “because you book the CHEAPEST room in our hotel from Xiecheng, we can only give you a room with inner-hotel view! Cheapest room?? This is the first time I hear some describe your own hotel. And I am the gold vip client of Xiecheng. Secondly, the bathroom light has no battery, which other client’s comment said he has the same problem!
restaurants and shops within walking distance and the streets are very quaint to meander through. If you're looking for nightlife, I recommend you stay on the Pest side. If you prefer a quiet dinner and a peaceful evening stroll, this is the perfect area!
The hotel seems has conference and service I can’t say it’s 5 star but view and location are enough reason to choose Hilton Budapest
