the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in.
let's start with the fact that the arrival was late at 01:00 am. I warned about the check-in time on booking. when tired and hungry we arrived at the hotel, we were met by an girl employee at the reception. well, how did she meet us. she was talking to someone on the phone, laughing periodically and it didn't look like a work conversation - let me remind you, it was Saturday night at 02:00. when, a few minutes later, our arrival was still ignored, I said that we needed to check in. to which the girl stared at me as if I owed her money.

in general, by the way, we weren't even told a simple good night or sorry for the delay.
the receptionist said that she was solving the guest's problem over the phone.
the funniest thing is that in the conversation a Polish swear word with the letter K…. was heard several times.
I honestly assume that she saw Russian passports and decided to just torment us with a long check-in. Also, the problems did not end when the phone conversation was finally finished (somewhere around 20-25 minutes after our arrival, we finally checked in)
Our check in also was a problem they didn’t have a rooms with a double bed as it was in booking reservation.
There is no water or refrigerator in the room. You can’t buy anything at night, the bar is closed. The sockets are falling off. The bed is poorly made.

Also, we had a room with one large bed, but they gave us three separate ones. I didn’t have the strength to swear at night.

Another thing that was simply disgusting was that the cleaning lady broke into the room at 9 am, although I had locked the door. Why does your staff dare to break into guests’ rooms?
Do you even know how hotels work? Don’t look, this is a hotel chain, only the name remains of Ibis. And even three stars in India will give this “hotel” a run for its money

The check-in process took an incredibly long time due to a lengthy queue at the reception caused by a room mismatch. Additionally, we were mistakenly given keys to someone else’s room. The bathroom had mold, and the room itself was in terrible condition. At the bar, we were unable to purchase any drinks because of an ongoing ownership change.

Marthon... He is the worst reception I have ever seen in my life. I never expected this kind of service in a hotel. I think cheap hostel would have a better service than this hotel.

In the room, the hair dryer was ripped open, and I kindly asked them for another hair dryer and they said no, saying that the hair dryer is completely fine, while the hairdryer is so ripped 🤣 I thought he was blind for a second but then he continued his words disgracing our ability to dry our hairs. I hope they know what the meaning of disrespect means and I hope they learn how to treat their customers.

Clean, good breakfast, good location. Now for the bad: their fire alarm is over the bed with 2 LEDs that blink all night. You can hear people yelling and arguing all night from neighboring rooms through the ventilation system. House keeping lady entered without knocking. Complicated parking reservations.

Perfect location for visiting Budapest.
You are right next to Hero’s Square and a beautiful park.
A 10 minute metro ride will take you right into the city centre.
Rooms are a good size.

Taking into account that is a 3* hotel the service provided was very good, and the location is really convinient and well conected to the city. We had a slight problem of maintanence with the WC but they solved it really quickly. Really reccommeded if you want to to save money an d still get a good service. Congrats to Greta your service was perfect.

Very good location - tube station less than 5-minute walk from the hotel. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Small grocery store less than 2 min away where you can buy water and fresh fruit. The rooms are big, bathroom - small, furniture - basic, but the room and bathroom were cleaned every day, towels replaced every day and supplies of soap, shower gel and shampoo checked.
Our room was facing the road and we found it too noisy (maybe it's just us, as we live in the countryside). Big thank you to Rebeka at Reception who agreed to move us to a quieter room. Petra checked us in and she was very friendly. Daniel was also very efficient during the breakfast service and made sure that food and cutlery were replenished swiftly.
Main point for improvement: Cleanliness of cutlery, plates and cups - this was lacking. I often found dirty spots on the plates or cups at breakfast. Also, some of the days tea cups were not replaced quickly and it was impossible to drink tea at breakfast.

We had a great time at your hotel. Thank you to the staffs at breakfast restaurant and front from May 12th to 19th. In particular, thank you to the SZABI. Your empathetic consideration and kindness represented your hotel so well. Thank you sincerely.

The rooms weren't so clean and tidy, but the real problem was that they were empty! 😃 (there wasn't a fridge, neither an air conditioner in the bedroom or even the bathroom, without lockers..

Don’t recommend unless you are tight on a budget.
A bit upset of the experience here. The bathroom had some humidity spots on the ceiling, literally black mold.
Room service doesn’t clean the room, just does the bed and puts towels in place.
Breakfast was nothing special and the pastry can be from 3days before. The trays were dirty with dry food, like when the dishwasher doesn’t do a good job.
The only positive point, location.
