Cons:
• There was no air conditioning.
• The duvet covers were clean on the outside, but the inside could have been better.
• The morning receptionist was very nice, but I can’t say the same for the evening staff. When I politely asked a question, I received a response as if they were forced to work there.
rooms arent great.. ambience is awful. no cleaning of rooms. and breakfast is very basic - so don't go by the breakfast pics on their ad.
• No toilet paper
• Mold and mildew in the bathroom
• A constantly running exhaust fan in the toilet that could not be switched off
• Zero sound insulation
• Doors were damaged and constantly squeaking
• Dirty walls
• Bed sheets with stains, and the mattress had urine stains
• The balcony was only nice until someone outside smoked, because all the smoke came straight into the room
• A safe that didn’t work at all

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos on Booking.com are nothing like the awful reality.

And now, let’s talk about the luxurious Room 65. Imagine a space that looks like it survived both a flood and a minor war. Broken furniture? Check. A ceiling that looks like it might just introduce itself to your forehead in the middle of the night? Absolutely. Cleanliness? Only if you consider dirty sheets and thick layers of dust a form of “rustic charm.” We made the mistake of opening the window and lightly brushing against it—only to give our clothes a complimentary coating of dust that had clearly been collecting since the hotel’s grand opening (sometime in the 1800s, probably).
All in all, if you enjoy being scammed, sweating through your drinks, and sleeping in post-apocalyptic decor, Thomas Hotel might just be the hidden gem you’ve been looking for.
-The room was dirty, there was a lot of dust. -The room smelled like dog.
-The bedsheet was very dirty and there was a lot of dog and human hair.
-There were no towels in the room during check in time.
-Housekeeping staff knocked at 8am to clean the room.
-On their website, when you book, breakfast is included, but when you check in, they tell you it is not included because they changed the policy and the reception staff could not explain properly why there is no breakfast.
-I will not recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
I think there was no renovation for last 30+ years.
The ventilation in the toilet was Very loud, and it time relays does not turn it off like 30 minutes.
