Friendly, courteous staff. Pool requires a bit of work. Prices are very nice. Tasty breakfast selection. Room was comfy, well kept (does require a bit of repairs, but nothing major).

The buffet breakfast was really nice, and id you choose the half-board catering you will be very satisfied!! Everything was delicious and they had a nice variety

Very kind front desk, great wellness facility. Very convenient to castle and spa in Gyula. Good quality food for breakfast and dinner.

They also have parking spots available, a gym area and a bar. The prices are correct as well and the view is nice too

I think this hotel is nice but not a 4 stars hotel, only a 3. The beds are not so comfortable, I'm thin but I can feel the springs of the bed on my ribs☹️. There are mould in the bathroom the swimming pool area

This hotel was top service with a nice workers. There were many options to beat boredom. Like Play Room, Wellness, Massages and many more! The food was high quality and the rooms were modern luxury style.

Rooms carefully cleaned regularly, food is exceptional, the staff is always so friendly and kind and helps in case of need during the day or night. The rooms are modern, recently renovated and spacious

Excellent Finnish sauna with plunge pool, this was one of the highlights. Food wise , we found the breakfast and dinner options unfortunately to be considerably lacking in terms of flavour and quality of cooking

Very nice location surrounded by woods, yet close to the city of Budapest and the airport. One of the favorites was the sauna with the ice cold bath tub, loved it!!!!

If you were going there purely for a holiday the location is quite remote, although for guests purely seeking wellness facilities I think that would suit them well. The rooms and hotel were nice but a bit dated

We had a good experience at this hotel, in particular we used it as our base to get to the f1 and from that perspective it suited our needs well

The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. The appliances don't always work properly

Breakfast is decent with a good selection, but rather repetitive from day to day. The spa area is very nice, with several saunas

There are snooker table and, I think, ping-pong table, but it's unclear where and how to get cues, balls, etc

The dinner in the cellar was 4/5 - very beautiful with large portions but the taste/quality was lacking

The saunas/spa were generally a bit disappointing, half were turned off when we were there in August, with only two (not that) hot pools

I would like to mention that as far as I know, only this, the hotel provides passes to the lake for the entire duration of stay including stay at the lake all day, when the lake is open to the public, you can go to the area of the lake and exit times as you want, as well as usage of sauna, Jacuzzi, etc

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices

The hotel is very close to the entrance to lake hévíz, just 2-3 mins slow walk. Ideal for those who want to relax and get treatment. Quiet, cozy place, surrounded by centuries-old plane trees

Amazingly relaxing water in tranquil surroundings. Value for money. Try to go early morning as you can stay there 6-7 hours

The location is amazing! The view, the water next to the hotel, the park, the animals and the giant chess stones, all of these were gorgeous! Even the facilities inside, like the massages and the pool, are of high quality

The wellness / spa is small, but OK. You have your jacuzzi kind of pool with luke warm water. One infra sauna, and one traditional Finnish sauna. The rooms are tidy, but rather modest, than fancy

Very kind staff. The food was delicious and the park is amazing The inside spa is very small, but we were lucky as the hotel was not full. The rooms are a bit rundown otherwise everything was fine.

On the premises you can find a big lake where you can row a boat, walk around the lake, there is a possibility to ride horses or/ and ponies. The hotel itself is said to be 4 stars, but is rather modest

It's great getaway for a couple of days for couples, families with kids and elderly people. The hotel itself is located outside of Bikács at Kistápé-liget

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

The cleaning however has some room for improvement - not bad at all, just not perfect. There is a big local wine producer providing questionable quality wine and leaving very little room on the wine-card for others

Nice design of the hotel, a bit too dark and depressive. The whole are including the cave spa is depressive and undermaintained. Food was really good

Half of the staff in the hotel were brand new due to the covid related closures, and they didn't really know how to handle particular situations, also they seemed a bit rude. The other half was really kind and helpful

There's an outside hot bath with thermal water which is really nice and it is open until 2am, we went there on the first night after the dinner. The cave bath is a must to try, especially if you like the slides

I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good

My wet towels that were still wet the second day were changed while I was gone so that was a nice thing. Also the garbage can in the room was emptied

For a night is pretty good. The beds are small but very comfy. Not far from the highway. Booked it online via Skyscanner app 01:00, arrived 02:00, receptionist had ready all the paperwork, we sign and off to bed.

I had to stay here because of the tourism company I decided to travel with to Budapest. Some things I didn't like were: the old design of the furniture, The rooms were cold and the heat didn't work

What did not help was the fact that the room had a lot of damages that could have been fixed: both the entrance door and the bathroom door were not staying shut. You had to lock them with the key

If you wanted to get a heater from the reception you had to pay 15 euros per night if I remember correctly. The hotel is pretty far from the centre so it will take a while to get there

The breakfast is actually okay to be honest. Maybe I'm not pretentious or I just settle with anything but I did enjoy it the 2 days i stayed there

We come here very often. Nice thermal pools. Sauna world is great: steam room, Finn sauna, Barack sauna (60 degrees, very nice inside). Salt chamber is there as well.

Did a day pass and it was worth it. Very relaxing spot with lots of activities for the different age groups

Wonderful getaway from the city in the city 🥰 We spent 3 days here at Chtistmas. Nice breakfast, cosy wooden chalets with sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Just loved it.

Has swimming pool, spa, sauna 🧖‍♀️ Tennis 🎾 court , pool 🏊‍♀️ Has private parking if you are travelling by car which I would recommend because it’s not a easy location to find if you are not local

Nature is a paradise for the soul. Children's playground, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Everything is neatly arranged

It’s 3 star complex and pretty nature. I loved waking up to the Hungarian mountains 🏔 Breakfast is okay and fresh, better than most of other hotels. Staff is really helpful and polite

Such an incredible hotel, in such a lovely part of the city. Next to tram 1 and very close to one of the main stations of Budapest (Nepliget) it is simply the perfect spot for your stay

I believe the current rating of 3. Seems to be based on the reviews from over 5 years back, so maybe things were different then. Been here twice since 2022 and liked it, will definitely be coming back again

Very comfortable, clean, peaceful place. "Taxi mafia" was brutal - from airport to hotel 90,000 HUF :(. They just have waited for someone tired and disoriented

This year i made a sudden decision to make my stay in this hotel longer by one more day in the morning of checking out and as there was one last room available, i was happy that i don't need to leave my room at all and situation was solved within minutes

You can also park on the street, but for foreigners the only payment option is with coins (no credit card or SMS). Also, you can only pay for maximum 3 hours at a time, you must come back and pay the next 3, etc

So on the way back to the airport i asked random taxi near the closest metro station. At night one driver offered 20,000HUF , but in the morning i found other for 10,000HUF

Unfortunately the pool was closed even though the weather was good (only April), but we still got to enjoy the spa area. Clean and fairly big rooms, good service and a good restaurant inside the hotel

Would really recommend to anyone

We will return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the nice terrace

It is clean and well maintained. A location close to the Zion of Rabbi Shaiya. I was a little delayed when they asked me for money for parking at the hotel at night

Bikes available to use, and in summer season you can rent SUP as well. They have a nice playground and a small outdoor kids pool

We are returnees to this hotel for various reasons. It is nice and quiet even in high season and has a private Balaton beach. The kitchen staff is very accommodating to requests, and other staff is also very helpful

Their private beach is nice as well, though open to the public, it is never crowded. Really great value for the money! My only complaint, is that the coffee at breakfast is really bad 😀

This hotel is a complete throw back, stay here and go back in time 30 years. The food is hearty, the staff friendly (I got to learn some Hungarian from one of the wait staff)

You won’t get good internet service but you will get a chance to really relax and take some lovely swims and walks

I have stayed in several hotels before, but nowhere with such a rich choice of food - and the coffee at breakfast was also delicious 😎 Gluten and lactose sensitive, do not hesitate to book! The surrounding area is gorgeous and the hosts will help you to explore the area, suggesting walking tours

This is the most stunning resort hotel I have stayed at in Hungary. It has an excellent location, perfect for skiing and hiking. The hotel offers comprehensive services and facilities, and the food is truly enjoyable.

I found the beds in the rooms a bit uncomfortable and the room design is a bit old, but the overall experience was great. The food was exceptionally good

As a traveler who loves to swim, this was an excellent choice. As business traveler, the most important is the relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive!

The room was very clean and modern, i could not find any dust, even on bathroom radiator, really impressive. The bed was very confortable and had a view to the lake. You have plenty of car parking and the place is quiet

The rooms are definitely not soundproofed as it’s written. Heard some noise from the ceiling room. Wellness is quite good, but very small. I found a FLY in my soup during dinner, but no one really cared

We loved our two night stay at Bonvino. The hotel is very conveniently located a short distance from the train and bus stations and near plenty of wineries. The spa was clean and relaxing

Everything was beautiful, ideal hotel for hedonists, food , pool-spa, staff, cant compare with other hotels in this location, only beds was a bit downgrade, there were 2 single beds connected together instead of double bed
