I stayed at this hotel while passing through and it was a good choice for a short rest. The price was reasonable and there’s a safe open parking area right in front, which you can pay for directly at the hotel

There are 3 different sauna, steam room, swimming pool, large hot tub, salt room, multiple sunbeds both indoors and outdoors etc

The hotel also has spa and wellness facilities that you can use. The pools and hot water were nice, and breakfast was included. Everything was clean and well maintained, so overall a successful hotel

We used the pool extensively and was especially popular with our son. Our room was clean and so far everything in order, only the walls should get a new color, as some signs of wear were visible

Really good value for the price we booked. (Probably last minute offer, really cheap...) A little bit old school but the services (spa, pool, gym, superb breakfast) makes you forget this.

Really nice air conditioning in the room. The receptionist helped us with microwave when we bought popcorn. All the best. We didn't use the SPA at all, no comments about that.

Good Great Room in touristic spot. Nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. No coffre in room. Breakfast good but overprice.

Good stay, parking is a bad experience

I saw the sign in the morning from the room balcony and was able to repark on public parking avoiding a ticket. Otherwise, hotel is nice; we were there for one night and did not have a chance to check their amenities

The stay was good, the only down side was lack of available parking, they only have 8 or so spots that you need to book in advance. We arrived late at night and parked on the street, did not see no parking sign

Perfection !! I loved it all, but I have to say the breakfast was the BEST we had in Hungary, beating all the other luxury hotels in the area including, Novotel

Hotel is near the lake which is great. Regarding food, some dishes were excellent, some a little bit less (sweets). Garage parking could be cheaper.

Nice place for family journey. Clean and quiet. The breakfast and dinner are great, especially we had ice cream on Saturday evening, which made my daughter excited. The swimming pool is also clean and good.

What was great: - Breakfest, Dinner, all you can eat and many types of meal. - Welness and swimpool were great. What could be better: - In our room was AC not working. - Head of the shower was caught by mold

The old man at the check-in desk had a mediocre attitude and was always sullen! He was also very stubborn. He had to fill in all the information, including the zip code, home address, and room number

It’s nice when your first meeting at a hotel is with the younger generation, fluent in a foreign language, elegantly dressed and combed

A game center, a place where you can work peacefully too, sometimes small markets in the lounge, your car parks free, the staff is super friendly, I always get a front row chair in the bar while - i mean every evening there is live music - i enjoy it and drink :D They only ask if they can bring the next round

The wellness area and pool are meticulously clean, as are the rooms, which are also quiet and comfortable. The food, served in buffet style, is delicious— especially the soups and Hungarian stews

Guys, if you want luxury, friendly staff, excellent foods, drinks, big bed, good view, this is the place. I always forget to write a review, but I've been here several times already. Wanna bath? Go ahead, they have one

I could not recommend this place enough! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Lake nearby, a beautiful waterfall, breathtaking view from the chairlift nearby and hotel provides 20% discounts to many outside activities

Book a room now & thank me later! It’s a must stay if you are in the region. Magical garden, spacious room, wellness section with real Finnish saunas! Also worth mentioning the food, which is absolutely amazing

This hotel is beautifully located at the edge of the national park, offering a stress-free environment. The helpful personnel speak English and provide excellent service. The hotel has been recently renovated

The hotel location is great, the garden is very, spacious, it has an own beach with sunbeds. There are kid club, playground, football, basketball court and outside kid's pool with slide

This year no option where to sit outdoors to have a drink or smoke after dinner, very sad, you have to go outside the club and go to Tihany town. On the way there, the Adler restaurant was nice, you can sit outside

This year the open air restaurant outside the building was closed, we loved to sit there for a drink in previous years. The Butterfly disco bar, although well furnished, lacks any style, and is usually empty

Pleasant large rooms, if you book the superior class with lake view, balcony (on which smoking is not allowed) and air condition in the main hotel building. Well kept grass beach, clear water, 1

The only thing I am not happy with that the bungalow did not seem perfectly cleaned which is really important specially during the covid. Anyway I am giving 5 * will be going back deffo

It is a good place for families. Good conditions of living. Air conditioning in every room, cleaning services on high level and cooking services as well-they were very helpful.

Great hotel, wonderful saunas and pools. Food out of this world, high quality and plenty of choice even for vegetarians like us. Buffet constantly replenished, no risk of anything running out

Superior rooms, bed is a bit on the soft side but ok, staff entertaining and polite, has thermal water access so the spa is quite fine. Ideal for adult couples or friends.

I booked a twin single room and did not expect i get extra bed for my daughter. We were 2 adult and 1 child and i really appreciate that. Stayed for 4 days 3 nights and the sound from the street never bother us at all

Located at the prime location,everything is perfect. Atms,cafes,eateries are surrounding. Metro station is just around the corner. Walkable to Vaci Street/Central Hall Market. Staff are helpful and welcoming

In the city center and near the metro and buses to the airport. The room was a bit dirty especially the carpet. The bathroom was very clean and the bed too. Better than expected given the comments I saw

The overall atmosphere and decor of the hotel are lovely and very climatic. If they can clean better it would be great. I would stay again if visiting Budapest

Everything was perfect: dining (breakfast and dinner), you can easily reach the thermsl spa of Zalakaros via subway under the road. Each room has a balcony, if you are lucky, you get a room with a view to the hills

You can bring your pet with you

There is no doubt that the hotel is outdated, but it is super clean and the food is very nice and tasty. Service at the diner is half of the RB hotel price

Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World

Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included.

Amazing hotel , especially for kids. Lots of kids activities, playgrounds and so many. Indore pool is very good and the kids played for several hours, it was warm and in good temperature

Regarding food was a bit dissapointing. brackfast felt to much the same after three days as there not to much variety

Amazing food, large, comfy and kids-prepared rooms, very good pools and wellness, also an adult-only wellness. And yes, in the Bobo Fun Park, both parents and kids can have fun and break a sweat

There are also several pools for kids, plus an outdoor shaded pool. Overall, this is a great choice for families with young kids, but less ideal for those seeking luxury or proximity to Lake Balaton

I can only recommend this hotel, which is built for families with kids. This year it’s going to be our 3rd visit, absolutely worth the price (we come here from Bratislava, there is nothing comparable in Slovakia)

Delicious food, great little spa in the basement, awesome sauna ceremony. Good customer service and pleasant common area. Larger spa and balneo next door, but we caught it in renovation.

This is nice an very clean spa hotel, helpfull staff and they have the most deliciuos meals that I ever had. They have internatonal cuisine and also hungarian dishies

Also there is a nice entertainment room for children and grown ups. Overall a nice place and we ll come back here next year

The beds are super hard. Chajnik in the room would be a great idea)) Super spa and breakfast with dinner)

I can’t say so much about the spa area etc. The restaurant is good, nice choice for vegetarian as well. Big plus in the morning, oat, soy and coconut milk is available! The room could be bit more…modern.

Wellness and Spa is excellent, sauna programs are also good. Not too crowded, so you can enjoy both the thermal bath and other pools

The spa is very good, we had a pleasant time as a team in the outdoor hot pool in winter.

I was looking forward to this trip but unfortunately the hotel did not meet the expectations. The rooms were nice but the swimming pools were really dirty and full of dead skin

HUGE EXTRA: internet superfast and free UPDATE the restaurant is very good, all-you-can-eat system, large selection of meats, vegetables, cakes, icecream, i can say this place very good i’ll back this winter for sure - if you have an EV you can charge it

Everything meets with 4 star hotel standard. Room design absolutely contemporary, you cant find better hotel on the west also in this class. I hope the food will be on the same level :) i’ll try it later i just arrived

The food is very good and the breakfast (included in the price) is fantastic (one of the most variate and good quality breakfast ever) I really recommend for small & big groups, especially if you want a quiet and fully equipped place not so far from Budapest

Friendly staff and very nice pool

One of the best value for money accommodation I stayed in the last years. Not so far from Budapest (45 min. This is the only downside, but the services and the staff overcome this "little" inconvenient

The spa and wellness area was just amazing! The relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities completely impressed us. We were able to relax wonderfully and thoroughly enjoyed our time there

We had a wonderful couple of nights staying at the Abacus Hotel during which time we were celebrating a friend's wedding. The hotel staff were fantastic and we were delighted with our room

The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and promenade. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway at Lake Balaton!

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike

Every year I try to visit 2-3 places around Hungary and within similar standard and this is my new ultimate favorite. I absolutely love the story of the owner, the castle nearby is just top

All the surrounding additional awesomeness stuff like the csarda or the show. One thing that I also absolutely loved was that each family had their table dedicated for breakfast and dinner

This made things so much more simple, avoided table fights and contributed to ultimate great experience. Like many other people commenting here, I'll be back to this place for sure

Beautiful wellness hotel in Sumeg, driving distance from lake Balaton. Pools are clean, rooms tidy. Towels, slippers, bathrobes provided. Breakfast - dinner combo highly recommended. Food is fantastic.

Nice hotel with good service. The spa has a variety of amenities and they were able to fit my wife in for a wonderful set of spa treatments. The outdoor pool is nice but too shallow.

The pool is very crowded as well, do not have much place to swim and enjoy the water. People are nice, but they do not really talk English. They would rather talk German. Desserts are not their strong points for sure

There wasn't a proper salad or vegetarian selection. The pool was lukewarm and dirty. In the bar, the staff was very kind, that's why the 3 stars and not 2

The housekeepers didn't clean our suite, so I took our used towels and change to new once when I saw their cleaning trolley on the corridor

Perfect place! I had taken at a business meeting at the ground level. Kind staff - it is suitable for handycapped as well.

A very good choice if you are planning an escape to Heviz!! Also, the indoor pool of the hotel is really nice!

Excellent service from the personnel. Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops

Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

Drawbacks employees speaks only in Hungarian and German and very little on English. I was there only one night so I cant tell you much more. Personal advice, do not take room number 13

Room is ok, has a kitchen tea kettle, kitchen aid. Bathroom was very clean, toilette too. Standard breakfast, but dont worry you wont be dissapointed. There is also basin in facility

Madame Szilvia is very helpful if you need an advise about the city. I put 4 stars, instead of 5 stars, because of the carpet, in the room

1st time visit .so very relaxing.. Can spend the whole day here.. Loved all the pool's. Outside as well.

The pool and spa area was spacious and pleasant, but it's good to know that their rules require you to use the sauna and Turkish bath WITHOUT swimsuits

It took about 20 minutes, and in that time i couldn't use the only kind of hot souna in the complex. Other than that, great experience! Thanks 🙏

4000 ft for 2 hours (including locker). The only thing that bothered me was: 1. Make the Finish souna hotter, its only 80 degrees 2

But for sure outdoor pool is something special because you have wonderful surroundings and view on forest. You can enjoy in jacuzzi beside pools. That not everything they have in Spa center

Stayed 2nights here. Dinner and breakfast services were decent. Rooms are also good. Friendly staff.

They have Sap center, with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, even have mini pool for children and lot of toys, my daughter enjoyed

Hotel located in forest, when stuff placed like that you got quite, extraordinary view from large balcony and peace. In front of hotel they have playground for children and track for walk around the hotel

I was with my family in apartment (half board). Food was excellent and various (for everyone). Cook sometimes get out from kitchen and arrange food on buffet, then you have extraordinary served food

I think the waiter must know English on basic level at least, because they represent hotel, food, drinks and another things about hotel, they are in front of hotel beside receptionist

The staffs are all very nice and willing to help! The foods in its restaurant are very nice! As an Asian, I didn’t expect the food suits my taste so much! The quality of the meats and the way they cook are so nice!

Also it was very easy to communicate in English with the workers there (all of them were very nice and helpful :) ) Breakfast and Dinner were amazing too, you have a huge variety to choose from

The hotel is easy to find and is located in a quiet side street. Check-in was quick and efficient. You receive a room key (not an electronic card yet). My single room was on the 2nd floor

Great hotel in Miskolc! The staff was really friendly and the sauna was super nice. We were late for breakfast but the staff still offered us some which is so nice of them

The room was very nicely furnished. Everything was very clean, as was the bathroom. There were also 3 German channels on the TV
