All interactions with staff were warm and friendly, but I want to pay special mention to Lilla at the reception who was tremendously helpful throughout our stay

A very pleasant stay at Andrássy. The rooms are spacious and the facilities around the hotel excellent - especially the spa, which is definitely the highlight

The food provided as part of board at Talu was tremendous, well deserving of its Michelin recommendation

Nonetheless, I would say that none of these downsides are sufficient to detract from a well earned 5 star rating. I look forward to returning for a future holiday in Tokaj

The rooms are lovely and the different pools and saunas are really nice but, for them to claim that this is a 5 star hotel the service was definitely not there for me, and sadly it tainted the whole experience

It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath

One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity

Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience

Wery nice hotel. We stayed there 9 nights in suite with 2 rooms. Food was tasty and hotel enviroment clean. Reception staff coud have been a little more friendly.

Even though it is clearly a business hotel, we had a great weekend enjoying the Spa/Wellness facilities. The staff was really nice and polite, we also got a suite upgrade

I have stayed in this hotel many times and you receive the quality you would expect from a marriott. For sure you could find a room half the price in Central kecskemet but you will get a far reduced level of quality

Hotel run by a dental practice, that's a first for me. Finally made it to Sopron a nice relaxed town. The ham and eggs at breakfast had me puzzled for a moment but an interesting approach

Historic Hotel, kept in Order and clean, central and safe with a romantic hall. It has it’s own garage, is surrounded by a few cafes and restaurants at the edge of the ancient town centre.

The hotel is a classic style hotel with excellent location and pleasant rooms. The garage and the location are perfect if you want to stay in the city centre and arrive by car. The staff is nice and the hotel is clean

The hotel is located in the city center. Everything is close by including a tesco across the street. Our room could have done with some renovation but given the more then reasonable price i still give it 4 stars

We liked the high quality saunas and excellent cold plunge, but avoided the pools since they were mobbed by kids! Ditto for breakfast. This place caters to families, so go early if you want to avoid the noise!

There is a playroom for kids, and it is attached to an aquatic facility with pools, slides, a lazy river and a hot tub. My only disappointment was the hours for the gym

It is convenient to get over to the spa over the covered bridge. Wellness area had some construction ongoing, no cold water from the shower in the sauna or cold pool. Water fountain would be nice at the saunas

The room isn't very large, but it feels cozy. It includes a spacious comfortable bad, brand-new furniture, and up-to-date plumbing. The room is excellently soundproofed. The hotel itself is contemporary and spotless

Great hotel, close to the Slovakian border and Danube river. The spa was easily accessible and included in the price of the room. The staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean and had a great view.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Also gave great information about Budapest snd the sights to see. A little noisy at times outside but would expect that in a central location

Dont take any notice about what folk say about the breakfast, what they serve here is a plentiful enough variety and absolutely fine! Breakfast staff helpful and friendly! This hotel is great as its right in the centre without feeling overwhelmed and accessible to everywhere

We looked for a hotel right in the center of Budapest for one night and this was it! Why 4/5? Our main point of getting the room during our layover was to rest at night but we couldn’t until about 12am as it was very loud - we stayed on 0 floor - right above a few restaurants

Great location in the Jewish quarter in the heart of Pest. Within really easy reach of all public transport and bus to airport. The rooms are basic but clean with tea and coffees making facilities and a mini bar

Personal is really friendly. The room is good. Hat to be rebooked once at arrival, but I think it is a perfect hotel for my weekend trip to Budapest.

Plus, the restaurant was a real highlight, offering delicious breakfast and dinner options. The staff were so kind and made our daughter feel like a little princess—it meant the world to us

The hotel is very modern and I really like the architecture design and the whole internal design, they really spent a lot of time and a big experience to reach this level of perfection, I would swear that there are many other hotels in a middle of many capitals and they are famous but not so modern like this one, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week at Tisia Hotel in June. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, especially since we have a child with a physical disability

While we needed to hire a hoist to lift her, the room had plenty of space to keep it beside the bed. The hoist was easy to use, and the bed was super comfortable for her

We stayed at the Museum hotel for 4 nights. It was absolutely perfect and couldn’t recommend it enough. The room was a good size for us, so no complaints. The bathroom was a little dirty especially the shower

Breakfast was very good although not a great selection. The breakfast room is quite small but we never had a problem with it. We would have no problem staying here again. TIP: leave the windows closed at night time

In the lobby there is a coffee machine and a water bar available to guests 24/7. Very good breakfast with a large selection. We have a food sensitivity problem and the kitchen staff took care of all our needs very well

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the seats in the reception hall were quite comfortable, with free coffee and tea and some small snacks. The rooms were clean, tidy and warm

Top notch hotel in Budapest! Quiet and comfy room (twin beds could be a bit wider, though), nicely decorated, great shower, outstanding breakfast with the option of freshly squeezed orange juice (do it yourself) and great location (walking distance to many sights)

There are so many apartments so you have to walk to get your breakfast if you are in the other building. The pool and the sauna is also in another building

Full equiped room in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Free access to the sauna in the garden. Great choise for visiting Keszthely and the lake Balaton.

13 is in other building where is sauna and pool. But the room is street level and if you keep curtains open there’s open view to street. If you have a choice don’t take this room

Short stay We stayed 2 nights, the location was excellent, breakfast was good, sadly the wifi was not good at all on the 2nd floor. I would recommend to friends just update the wifi for thr future please.

A very nice aqua park, big and with many possibilities to relax. There are many pools with thermal water, fresh water, with ultrasonic waves, slides. Upstairs, inside the aqua park, place to eat

A wonderful place to relax and warm up in the thermal pools during winter, when it’s snowy and freezing outside. It’s a cozy and peaceful spot where everything feels calm and pleasant

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day

Best hotel in Hungary. In and outdoor thermal baths. Slide and pool park for kids. Outside thermal baths in large park with special pool for children.

The pools are great and the slides are very fun as well. This place us definitely worth the price, you could easily spend a fun afternoon here :)

Dear staff, we truly enjoyed our 15 day stay at your hotel. We couldn't find any mistakes at all. We would especially thank Attila senior ,the waiter and Karoly, the cook for excellent service and unforgetable meals

Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Very wide range of good food although limited cereals at breakfast They offer exceptional wellness packages and the hotel adjoins a beautiful forest which is perfect for evening walks Also the kids had a great time in the games room and playing giant chess

One minor issue the plug did not work in the bath tub but the rooms were perfectly clean and the beds very comfortable Service was excellent at all times Although the drinks were an extra there was no pressure to buy, and tap water available

Sauna aroma treatment course excellent with light snacks and refreshment( plenty) had to pay extra but was worth it. Something for everyone meat, fish, vegetarian, same at breakfast. Everything is fresh and homemade

Their good dinner kitchen is definitely also something to mention: it was delicious! Recommendations for families with children and also for couples or singles who seek a nice spa/wellness vacation

They even have pedicure fishes which is a cool thing to try if given the opportunity to. I also enjoyed the table tennis there (I also had luck with some very well playing guests)

The staff were excellent in helping me reschedule my pick up for the airport transfer, as well as allowing me access to the room (it was a none refundable booking) several hours before the 3pm check in time so I could have a couple of hours rest and much needed shower after an overnight flight

On this occasion I was not able to stay at the hotel because of an urgent business issue requiring me to fly to Frankfurt immediately

Location is very good. Near metro and airport bus 100e bus stop. Walkable to many attractions. The room is cleaned well daily. The aircon is too weak and the pillow is too soft.

The understanding and help shown by the staff was outstanding and much appreciated. Definitely this will continue to be my "go to" hotel in Budapest

We drive from Austria often to Sopron for medical reasons and we always look for the best options in terms of hotels in the center of the town with a parking place and specially with a place for the little one to play and have a bit of fun or a pool

We had an accident in the room and we required new bedsheets and new towels on which we were charged extra 20€,but to me is still unclear if one stays in the hotel 2 days why the extra charge for setting the beds and changing the towels but probably this is the way it goes

Reception was friendly ,maybe a bit more infos about the hotels policy on charging 20 € for new towels in the room would be appreciated,but overall not a big thing

Breakfast was more than enough,dinner was ok too with plenty of food,service from Zsolt was amazing,his collegue was nice too( maybe a bit of smiling wont hurt from time to time),the fact that outside is free parking is a good one too

from Budapest by car for an hour in Siofok. direct Balatonpart is almost in the city center. polite service lots of restaurants near by recommended

I want to note comfortable beds, excellent shower room, high-quality filling (shower gel, soap, etc. The view from the window is not the most presentable, but it was not important for us. Breakfasts are rich and varied

room didn't have towels when we arrived, was unclean and the whole hotel except wellness is dated. bar was closed and restaurant was busy due to weddings. we got some leftovers from wedding menu

This is a very simple 3-star hotel, used to be a student hostel. Internally nicely renovated, do not expect too much but rather cheap so good cost-benefit ratio. The rooms are OK, the breakfast selection is fine

We stayed in a triple room (006). Spacious room with good modern design, large closet, refrigerator, international TV, 2 beds and sofa, 2 armchairs, table

I enjoyed the wellness centre also the gentleman at the desk was very nice. the dinner is some to remember in a good way good portions and tasty. I will return again when I am around pecs

Breakfast included in price and considering the hot summer again in Europe the pool facility is a huge bonus. One of my greatest time to cool down in a pool

The shower was awkward because of the half glass at the tub

The hotel was clean and comfortable, they suggested to go to the roof with a glass of wine bc the panoramic was wonderful :) So they were very helpful however the receptionist was not familiar with the public transport possibilities

We planned to go on March but due to unexpected reason we had to cancel and they were very flexible to move to another date

Regular visitor of pool here. Great as they have this 33 m long inside pool for swimming and hot tubs and also sauna.

We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent

There are 2 rooms for children, both of it are on the ground floor, far from the guestsrooms

If there are scratches or dents on the car, you as the injured party are left with the costs. Although it can be seen by the receptionists and there is video surveillance, no one seems to be interested

This is the only hotel in Hungary, as I have experienced so far, that is absolutely suitable for all generations. There are also fun programmes for the hotel guest every day, so your stay will be truly colorful

This hotel is not only individual, because of its main theme, but also for the wide variety of extra services it offers for the smallerst ones and for the adults

Some minor points on which the host could make improvements is like closing the kids playroom earlier than 21:00 as the noise is very disturbing for the nearby room's occupants or a bit of more attention from the waiters (I waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer and once they brought water instead of the ordered beverage)
