Art Nouveau hotel on a main pedestrian street with dozens of bars and restaurants nearby. Located in heart of the city a few blocks from Szechenyi Square and within walking distance of all major attractions

Check in and out were easy and the reception staff were helpful - and spoke English. I used Google translate on one occasion. I used the indoor pool a couple of times - and it was grand

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant with plenty of choices for breakfast. Had a complimentary free dinner. Laundry and iron were done for free as well. Nice and cozy atmosphere in the hotel and around it

A lovely location with great views from the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they took care of arranging rides and so forth for us (we don't speak hungarian)

I have a food allergy - and the restaurant staff were brilliant - making sure I knew what I could and could not eat - and even offered to prepare something different if I couldn't find anything I liked

There was quite a bit of choice so that wasn't an issue. I think the hotel was fully booked - but it never felt overcrowded and any of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and polite

We had booked two rooms to accommodate our family - both were clean and comfortable - and the air conditioning was very effective - which was great as it was so hot

There was never a day that something was missing from the room, water, napkins , they just changed my towels, didn't vacuum, didn't clean the bathroom, nothing

Very good rooms and reception people, the breakfast is simply lovely and the room service comes to ask and clean your room twice a day, the location is on a small road and a bit hidden, on the bigger road there is another hotel but that is the wrong one in our situation

The only thing I would change is maybe breakfast but that it my personal opinion; it was nice. We had a balcony in our room and we loved to sit and enjoy in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to others

The room was clear, 2 rooms - its good for mama and me. For the first, it wasn't written about city taxes, but of course we payed, the door at the bathroom was broken, and we changed the room

the hotel itself looks modern and comfy. all of the employees helped me when i needed something and they were really kind. the room was clean and spacious

Hotel itself is very nice and close to the centre. Staff is very polite and kind. We were worried about parking but our car was safe in their garage

The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

This hotel is surprisingly super great both for adults and kids. The staff is extremely friendly, food is excellent, and the venue at the beach has also an amazing atmosphere and view. I couldn’t find anything negative

Just visited relatives and had a dinner, but as I saw the hotel is perfect for families with kids. The room could be a little bigger. The food is at the highest level.

There was a company event taking place in the hotel that meant the lake side bar was closed to guests not part of this company event - quite poor in my opinion when you are a full paying hotel guest but a facility is closed to you in this way

Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier

Good room depending if you are in old or in new building (better in New ) Nice outside pool, inside is pool Jacuzzi and sauna. Food is good and they really make an effort to change every day the evening buffet

It's a gorgeous hotel surrounded with woods. Staff are polite and well trained. Food is nice, wellness facilities are great too. Keep up with the quality and service. Food allergy information need some focus and work

Great hotel location! Rooms are spacious and convenient. All services such as WiFi breakfast. A lot of pools. Tasty food. It is best to go there with children! Been here 3 times and going soon one more time!

What a lovely moment we had here. Good food for breakfast and dinner. All the pools are super clean, many different types of saunas. Massage was really well done.

Beautiful place, nice designed room, special food and great helpful team. Located near the salt termal public bath, 5 min' driving.

Two things we didn't like, that's why the 4 stars: - after you order anything, you don't get to sign the bill or get a copy of it! I really like my copy -at the spa, for such a big hotel, there are not enough chilling beds, and people go there to sleep even for 2 hours, nobody will ask why u don't sleep in your one room as other people would like to use those confortabile beds

Loved the hookah, the wine selection is superb with a lot of local items, and the staff is very friendly. With the recent developments in the area I'm not sure I'd return next time but there is no reason not to visit

Lake Balaton can also be reached in just under an hour. We have stayed at this hotel several times during our travels – the quality and service are consistently reliable

All staff members were very polite and friendly, reception, bar, breakfast and pool employees were very nice. Pool area was unique, nice and well equipped. A little overpriced for accomodation, but bar was cheap

Great hotel, excellent breakfast with large selection of food - cold meats, cheeses, sweet and salty dishes, fruit. If you accidently forgot your toothbrush and tooth paste you have them in te bathroom

You won't feel the difference between home! You can even go for a massage once a week. Free one-time meals in the shared kitchen. The owner is cool, she keeps an eye on everything. Lived there for about 3 months

The hotel has charm and the location was wonderful (close to family facilities and transportation for everywhere) The breakfast was satisfying and the stuff were more then helpful- The food were presentable and always full, tables were cleared and cleaned on time

The one main comment I must mention, that stuff don't where names tags so I can thank personally- I'm happy at least to thank two kind receptionist: Ferenc Szotyori-Nagy and David Toronyi for there professional service in hospitality and kindness that added in a positive way a part of the hotel and local experience

In the beginning I wasn't impressed from the outside of the hotel or facilities but as a family guy I started to realize the most important issues: The check-in experience was pleasant and professional

Very modern, comfortable hotel, offering modern, clean rooms with the only gripe being lack of coffee machine in room and the very low grade/thin towels, otherwise all good and also decent breakfast too.

Very nice looking modern hotel. Food is very good has a huge repertoire of pools.

Luckily we went in the summer when everybody was able to use the outdoor pools as well, so it was not too crowded, but I do not know how busy it can get during autumn or winter

Room was OK, except some little things (broken cosmetic mirror, I mean a screw should have been fixed, some light bulbs did not work, the water never dried on the bathroom floor, it was flooded, as the shower did not have a door

The clock in the spa section needed new battery as it had stopped, etc). So it needed some TLC, but it was last year, hopefully they are OK in 2019. We found the spa section too small

We stayed there for 2 nights, we had a really good time. Food was excellent, on Friday there was some live music during dinner

a simple hotel remind me something which was really busy around the 90s. simple simple simple but clean!!! Staff was nice and you can enjoy if you are not picky. Enough to sleep and perfect if you come to visit Debrecen

Nice for temporary accomodation

A place in the Big Forest where you can stay on a relatively good price.

Comfortable, tidy and clean rooms. However a whole renewal would be necessary after all these years. The dishes in the all-you-can-eat restaurant are tasty, recommend it while you rest here.

The only reason I'll give it a 3 stars is the insect infestation. More insects than I could've cared for. Other than that, the hotel is great, reception is great

We were very surprised with the price! For three nights they gave us 50% discount! So for two adults, a dog and a camper we have paid about 25 euro for one night. This price includes visiting thermal pools

Many pitches are in the shadow of the trees. The entrance to thermal pools right from the camping. You can go there from your pitch in swimming suits

we were staying in mobile home 307. Clean, everything available, duvets, pillows, towels. The kitchen is equipped, the only thing missing was a pan

There are many pools with different concentrations of thermal water with different temperatures: from ordinary temperature to 36’C

If you want you can have breakfast and dinner in the hotel’s restaurant for extra pay (13 euro for breakfast and 19 euro for dinner). You can take what you want and as much as you want

A small table on the porch, if there are more than 2 of you, bring camping chairs, there are only two

5 start from my kid, she loved it, and from me for pleasant stay. Great kids room and food was ok. You always find something u like. Wellness opening hours could be longer.

A quiet, comfortable place ,10 minutes from the centre by walk. The food is amazing!

The hotel gained parallel good and bad points! The wellness is a bit poor, malfunctioning whirl functions of the pool all day on the weekend is a downside! The food was OK and tasty, the restarunt is a bit dark, it would deserve some extra natural light! The hotel lobby is beautifull and spacy, suggest to close the wellness door as all the moisture coming up kills the great feeling of sitting down...

The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer

Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention

Perfect location, beautiful view (in case you choose a room with view to the Lake), perfect wellness area, we liked it a lot. We had some misunderstanding but finally the staff were helpful in providing nice experience

First 5 star castle hotel in Hungary. Two tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, wellness. You can also request bell ringing and fireworks for marriages.

The breakfast was even more lackluster. Thankfully we had brought a lot of snacks and we could order cheeseless pizza from the outdoor pool grill which was good, albeit costing us extra

Room was small but, we only had a backpack with us since were staying one night and had left our luggage elsewhere so it was not an issue for us but I can see it being a problem if you have luggage

The location is very central, but the rooms at the front are very noisy; sleeping with the window open is impossible due to the heavy traffic. Next time I stay, I would request a room at the back

the only downside was a lack of variety between the days, but it's a very small downside. small, the closet is tiny- but it is to be expected from the room details provided by the hotel

the area itself felt save and nice to walk around after dark. breakfast was nice- several options of eggs, cheese, fruits and breads

Only few minutes walk from the Öreg-tó (Old Lake) where you can visit the Esterhazy Castle, Tatai Vár, the English Garden

What you'd expect from a good hotel. Rooms OK and air conditionned, breakfast typical for european hotels. Nice open courtyard to chill out in in the evening. Easy walking distance to lake and local restaurants

The breakfast was good, I especially liked the scrambled eggs as they were done from real eggs and cooked in the traditional way and not the artificial and tasteless stuff you get in so many hotels these days

The staff is friendly, the food is well presented, and cooked to perfection. The wellness facilities are satisfactory. The extra services are excellent

It is a good hotel with quiet and air-conditioned rooms. The air-conditioning is a bit weird, though, as it is located in the bathroom. The food is very good and you can take as much as you want

I don't understand their pricing policy, they told me they will send me discounts for the next year and it turned out they wanted twice the money I have paid

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Romania. The room we had was on the top floor and was quite small and with a sloping ceiling I had to be careful not to hit my head

It was clean and despite being in the middle of the city it was very quiet. The restaurant was very good and we booked the inclusive dinner with an extensive choice
