A nice hotel located in one of the best cities in Hungary. The restaurant is cool, they have a gym and a spa area and a huge courtyard with a playground and sun beds. It's surrounded by the forest and there are a lot of beautiful places to visit around the hotel. Suitable for families mostly but would be good for couples as well.

Very good value for the price, and truly excellent food.

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full. Breakfast and dinner are tasty with plenty of choice, but descriptions and labels do not match the food. Staff is friendly, but not informative at all and most of them do not speak English...

This review is only about the sauna: What a beautiful area, looks like how a multi millioner would have deseind it for himself! Big glass walls, lots of light, large space and garden. 4000 ft for 2 hours (including locker). The only thing that bothered me was: 1. Make the Finish souna hotter, its only 80 degrees 2. There was a ceremony in the Finish sauna that i didn't know about, and that I wasn't...

The family room was comfortable, modern and well equipped. Although the ventilation in the kids room was quite loud and could not be turned off. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a varied and high quality selection. The pool and spa area was spacious and pleasant, but it's good to know that their rules require you to use the sauna and Turkish bath WITHOUT swimsuits.

The family room was comfortable, modern and well equipped. Although the ventilation in the kids room was quite loud and could not be turned off. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a varied and high quality selection. The pool and spa area was spacious and pleasant, but it's good to know that their rules require you to remove your swimsuit to use the sauna and Turkish bath.

This is a cool, well-designed, modern, comfortable, excellent-value hotel with superb spa facilities - multiple warm water pools, slides, steam rooms, saunas ...

An old hotel very close to the city center. It's an older style hotel (rooms have physical keys and not key cards), but they are clean and overall OK. The staff was nice, the on-site restaurant offers quite a good variety of things at a reasonable price.

I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. Everyone decides if that's much or not. But how the foods looked was gorgeous, as you can see on the pictures

A nice hotel with a good location. Very close to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Very little noise from the street/other guests. Breakfast was okay with a couple of different options. The sauna was nice too, although the floor was a bit dirty. Be aware that the sauna is not only for hotel guests, though. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer has any on-site catering (except for breakfast). But we were able to organize ourselves well.

Service and location - ok. Room could be more clean (bathroom). For parking there are some restrictions for bigger cars: Hotel Regnum**** has a closed deep garage, which our guests may use with regular-sized cars (maximum 2,2m wide, 1,8m high, 4,5m long) for the cost of 20 EUR/night. We recommend that guests with bigger or lowered vehicles use public parking on the street to avoid any inconvenience...

This is our last night in the city and hotel and all I can say is that we are delighted. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. It's hard to evaluate this hotel. Personnel is great, room we get is huge, spacious and with amazing terrace. Location I couldn't think more convenient. Very close to everything. But if they claim 4 stars... From service and additional thing they have nothing. I had better breakfast in 2 star motels. Coffee is undrinkable, choice of food almost non exist. So if you choose hotel because of location...

Room 505 didn't have any heating on our last night. There was no bar or restaurant service in the 3 days we were there. Room was OK bathroom bath very high when trying to get inand out the shower. Location was fine but room with balcony absolutely no view. Would I stay here again probably not.

A very pleasant stay at Andrássy. The rooms are spacious and the facilities around the hotel excellent - especially the spa, which is definitely the highlight. The food provided as part of board at Talu was tremendous, well deserving of its Michelin recommendation. All interactions with staff were warm and friendly, but I want to pay special mention to Lilla at the reception who was tremendously helpful...

We had a pleasant stay, but it didn’t quite feel like the 5-star standard you would expect in Hungary. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the spa area is well designed, but some details were disappointing. For example, there was a coffee machine in the room, but no capsules provided. Also, the restaurant, although Michelin recommended, could offer better and more refined dishes to truly meet...

Stayed here for a friends wedding, the facilities are really good. The rooms are lovely and the different pools and saunas are really nice but, for them to claim that this is a 5 star hotel the service was definitely not there for me, and sadly it tainted the whole experience. At check in we never got a welcome debrief of where everything was what time breakfast and dinner service is what the spa offered...

Very good value for money if you are looking for a thermal hotel. Decent, tasty food, clean rooms and thermal bad, and a very good sauna world. The sauna programme is included. One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

Always a great stay to relax. Best thermal bath. We come here at least twice a year.

This would be a 4 star hotel, except for the negligence of management who are too cheap to steam clean the carpets periodically, or perhaps their sense of smell is lacking. There is a playroom for kids, and it is attached to an aquatic facility with pools, slides, a lazy river and a hot tub. My only disappointment was the hours for the gym. What a wonderful hotel! Nestled in the middle of the city center with a lavish breakfast buffet that tops any hotel breakfast you’ll ever experience. The rooms are roomy with a wide range of channels including a 24 hour music video channel that makes all the difference when you’ve had a long day of walking and want to kick your feet up. We stayed at the Museum hotel for 4 nights. It was absolutely perfect and couldn’t recommend it enough. The room was a good size for us, so no complaints. The bathroom was a little dirty especially the shower. Not a major problem tho. Breakfast was very good although not a great selection. The breakfast room is quite small but we never had a problem with it. We would have no problem staying here again...

The hotel has a pretty decent spa, with two saunas and a steam room. It’s located next to a shopping mall and more or less in the local stadium. It was a pleasant experience to have spent the night here. I had a very good deal for my single room and it was definitely worth the money.

I feel like this is the best hotel I've stayed in during my 10-day business trip. It's very well equipped, and there's a clothes drying rack for use, which is super convenient! The location is also very good

The accommodation is really clean and well-organized, and its position in the city center is ideal. Parking is available outside the hotel, but it is slightly more expensive. I always stay here and will stay again on my future trip to Budapest.

My colleague said it is newer and cleaner than the Marriott across the street. The room is also very big and close to the scenic spot. I will stay here again next time.

We booked a selected family room, which was surprisingly large, equivalent to two suites, each with a bathroom, refrigerator and safe. The difference is that the room with the sofa bed is smaller, the light is not so bright, and there is no bright window. Overall, the hotel has a very open space. A wonderful place to relax and warm up in the thermal pools during winter, when it’s snowy and freezing outside. It’s a cozy and peaceful spot where everything feels calm and pleasant. There are many different baths and pools, as well as a small water park, jacuzzi, and more.

Sorry for the lack of pictures, this is only the entrance. I love this place i have such fond childhood memories of it! The climate is so warm and nice, the plants are beautiful and dreamy creating a lovely atmosphere. The pools are great and the slides are very fun as well. This place us definitely worth the price, you could easily spend a fun afternoon here :)

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Great location, helpfull staff, nice selection and taste of evening dinner. Shame the parking is at extra fee and not included in the room rate. When you travel to Sarvar be prepared for lots of mosquitos. But there is Lidl just opposite hotel and near other shops like Rossmann where you can get sprays againts theese.

The bar staff failed to notice that I was standing right in front of them for about 15 minutes so I left. The following morning at breakfast, I asked where I can find the cutlery and the server practically shouted at me stating that he would sort it out. The hotel was nice the location perfect but the bar and weight staff were certainly not up to par.

Everything was kind of okay, but outdated. We choose the dinner option and it was average at best, thus the service score. Breakfast wasn’t much better. We went out to find breakfast. The prices are okay, as is the service, but the food would not be something I would recommend. The soup and the main dish were mediocre at best. The rice, for example, was one of the worst rice I've ever eaten, totally bland and way overcooked. The dessert was pretty good though.

This is a very simple 3-star hotel, used to be a student hostel. Internally nicely renovated, do not expect too much but rather cheap so good cost-benefit ratio. The rooms are OK, the breakfast selection is fine. The congress centre is for about 100-120 persons.

It feels like student canteen (everyone sits at one big table), but the food and the prices were okay anyways. They have vegan options which is a big plus!

An affordable place in the outer part of the city. The daily menu is very tasteful and the portions are big. Some of the waiters are a bit grumpy though.

Located in the center of the city, the surrounding environment is quiet and safe, the hotel facilities are good, the price/performance ratio is very high, and it is very close to Liszt's former residence. I have stayed in Hilton and Marriott's view rooms before, and I will continue to choose this one next time.

Staff were very friendly and the location was great. Breakfast was really good too. Plan to stay here again if I return. Best value for money for this location also.
