We planned to go on March but due to unexpected reason we had to cancel and they were very flexible to move to another date. The hotel was clean and comfortable, they suggested to go to the roof with a glass of wine bc the panoramic was wonderful :) So they were very helpful however the receptionist was not familiar with the public transport possibilities. I really recommend this hotel to families...

Clean and comfortable rooms, with great location.

Second time at this hotel and I can say I would come back again. Great pricing friendly staff, family owned who also works there. Breakfast included in price and considering the hot summer again in Europe the pool facility is a huge bonus. One of my greatest time to cool down in a pool.

Great hotel in a central area of Hevitz. Not thr biggest SPA but still bigger than average in that area. Not crowded. Food options and quality of the food outstanding for this type of accommodation.

This is the most cost-effective hotel in our entire trip, with the lowest price and breakfast and dinner included. The hotel has hot springs, but we didn't prepare for hot springs because we were a little hesitant about mixed bathing for men and women. The room was very big.

The wellness area is nice and tidy, but other than that, I can't say too much good. What made me write a review is that one of the ladies with glasses in the restaurant regularly publicly criticizes the guests who have just left, which I think is extremely humiliating.

A comfortable stay The location is great. It’s close to the lake and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. It’s new, clean and well designed. The service is good, the bed is comfortable and the food is very delicious. The pool is a little small.

It’s okay for a night stay It’s a good enough hotel for a 1 night stay. I requested late checkout and we could stay until 12 free or charge. Breakfast was okay, a lovely gentleman made sure we have fresh cheese once it run out. That could be one thing to improve on, always make sure guests don’t need to ask for replacement of empty trays (it only had 2 sad looking cheese left on it) The amenities...

Hotel Ginkgo offers a friendly and convenient option for a very good price. Breakfast is included with hot and cold selections. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The only issue we had was with housekeeping; room cleaning was sporadic and superficial and towels were sparse. This was in contrast to the common areas of the property which were spotless!

Nice hotel. Conveniently close to the thermal bath and swimming pools. The restaurant offered great selection of items for breakfast and for dinner as well. All in all a good hotel to stay at to relax.

We've been to several hotels, but we've never been to a place like this where we felt so good! The room is nice, clean and spacious. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. There is also the Bowling alley available for booking. The Spa is nice with wet and dry Sauna, Cold Water Tub, Jacuzzi Pool...

Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

Well located hotel on main pedestrian street with pool and fitness of its own. Somehow the rooms were still not noisy while balcony door was open. The meals of day (breakfast and dinner) are well variable during longer stay (we had a 5-night vacation) and we did not get bored of "all the same on different days" meals - it was not the case here.

We were on the free beach in Kenyes. The time and the water were excellent. You can get a delicious flame in the buffet, but you can also have ice cream. We had a lot of fun.

It is a very cozy settlement on the shores of Lake Balaton. It is cozy to walk along the beach all year round.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired. We booked a stay for two adults and one child. On the spot we learned that you have to pay extra for the child because he is 10 years old. It is a pity that when placing an order, there is no indication of the age of the children.

My third visit to this hotel after so many years made me change the good opinion about it that I had from previous visits. Dark corridors with stains, small outdated room, to go out at the balcony is forbidden , because they put solar panels and something could fall. The biggest disaster is the bathroom where one part of the door of the shower cabin is literally missing, there is no shower holder either...

Great place to stay and relax during long trip in Europe, close to motorway. Unfortunately I stayed only night hours and didn’t have the opportunity to get much more of this great hotel. The staff in the reception is absolutely fantastic. Very kind and helpful. Parking is exactly in the front of the entrance and feels safe. Definitely we are going to stay here many more times.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as they mentioned but overall experience is good. Rooms were nice and clean. AC was not available but I think for this price point and with other facilities like wellness, bowling, games its nice. Surrounding is superb. Food was also good but for vegetarian not too many options.

It is beautiful and very comfortable! The service was amazing,the food,which serves both hungarian and international cuisine, were tasty and beautifully served. This is probably the best hotel I stayed in during my three-week trip to Europe. The environment, breakfast and location are all good. There is a great view restaurant on the top floor, but reservations are required in advance.

Good location, next to the cathedral, with a SKY BAR to view the top of the cathedral. But the price/performance ratio is poor. It's a small hotel with a small facade and no obvious signs. It took me a long time to find it.

This Aria in Budapest has been in my mind for many years. It is in a very good location in the city center. You can reach many attractions on foot. The hotel has its own style, elegant environment and good service. It is worth staying.

The hotel is nice, with free coffee and snacks on the first floor, piano and wine in the afternoon, and sauna in the evening. The room is also quite big. The church is on the right hand side when you go out, and the bridge is on the left. Roof is recommended

The room is spacious and bright, with a balcony. Opposite is the library, Christmas market, cathedral, and pedestrian street are all nearby. There is also a Chinese restaurant near the hotel with good food.

Overall, it's a very satisfactory hotel. However, the water in the shower room doesn't drain well. The location is also really good.

The price/performance ratio is very high! The bathroom door design is very useless. It is very difficult to open and close. The bathroom supplies are also empty and not filled in time! There are no slippers. Sometimes I forget to bring them, which is very inconvenient!

nice hotel! the food is tasty and diverse. located in a quiet area, within walking distance of points of interest. the staff is friendly and willing to help. the spa area is well maintained but quite small, it gets crowded quickly. many facilities for children, some of them for a fee. however during the stay most of the tourists were elderly.

From the moment we were trying to find a place for a week end gateway, everything went well and we arrived to find a very nice hotel with swimming pools very clean, good and plenty food, maybe a little more expensive than expected, but all worthwhile!

Relaxing holiday, the hotel has all it needs but it needs better and newer appliances. TV is not Smart, furniture is quite old and the mixed area has even older things. The food was ok but not really diverse and you have to pay for whatever drink you want (even water, except breakfast). The Spa area is nice but quite small. The prices are really good and the overall experience was ok.

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

We went for all inclusive and we got great value for the money and very polite staff. Also food is great and various. Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job. Recommend for families.

I have always used Ctrip to book hotels for business trips. The service attitude is very good. If there are any problems, they will be solved patiently. The customer service responds quickly. The platform is well-received and the hotel is also well-received!!!

Very close to the airport, the hotel provides free airport drop-off service. It happened to snow on the morning of the drop-off, and the restaurant was very atmospheric for dining.

Excellent hotel, free transfer from and to the airport, the spa area is very good, sauna, hamam, there is even an infrared sauna. I really liked it. Breakfast is also good, ideal if you need to stay near the airport.

Small rooms, but comfortable. No screen on qindows or patio door. The hotel is on the edge of the town, you can get in the city center in 5 minutes by driving. It is a quiet place. The patio had no lights and had lots of tree debris and dead bugs on it. Overall the hotel could be cleaner.

Overall good, we had a good time there. The room we had was a little outdated, didn't look like the photos, the furniture seemed older but in good shape and clean. The hair dryer was not working, but we called the reception, and they provided one. The bathroom walls are made of glass, so there is no privacy in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was great (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms are cosy, the indoor pool was small but kids loved it. Horses around the property kind of surround you with tranquility; we got scared by one but it ended up just fine. Overall, a very nice atmosphere!

It is a very distinctive historic hotel. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable and clean. It is located in the ancient city area and you can visit various attractions on foot. The breakfast is rich and the CP value is high. There is a parking lot in the basement, which is very convenient and worth visiting again.

The location should be in the city center, with many restaurants to choose from. The house is antique and unique. The room is a little small for two people, and the toilet is still the old-fashioned flush type (the kind that can only be used by turning on the natural faucet). This is probably because it is an old hotel. The view from the balcony on the fourth floor is still worth seeing

Very nice place, good rooms, very helpful and kind staff. The kitchen is good and plentiful. The services offered (Renaissance dinner in a restaurant nearby) are interesting. You can make nice trips in the area. You can reach Szentendre, Vác, but even Slovakia by bike.

This hotel is surprisingly super great both for adults and kids. The staff is extremely friendly, food is excellent, and the venue at the beach has also an amazing atmosphere and view. Very strong 4/5 here I only advise you to come if you have children. Upon arrival the staff was exceptionally nice and very welcoming. The entire bottom floor/lobby/kids play area/ dining is all 5/5 new and very top tier. The rooms definitely are on the older side. They are very manageable but bathrooms are tighter and the overall cleanliness just wasn't there. Lots of hair in our room in carpets...

Spent a couple of days at the hotel that was designated a family weekend, primarily for children. Very enjoyable and a nice atmosphere in the hotel. One moan that our party did not appreciate. There was a company event taking place in the hotel that meant the lake side bar was closed to guests not part of this company event - quite poor in my opinion when you are a full paying hotel guest but a facility...

The view is breath-taking. Silent area, very nice after season is over. Swimming pool is very pleasant. The restaurant downstares is as good as any 5-star hotel restaurant in the capital.

Just visited relatives and had a dinner, but as I saw the hotel is perfect for families with kids. The room could be a little bigger. The food is at the highest level.

A very modern hotel with a fantastic, unique spa area. Comfortable, spacious, and very thoughtfully furnished rooms. The best choice when visiting Zalaegerszeg or the surrounding area. Lake Balaton can also be reached in just under an hour. We have stayed at this hotel several times during our travels – the quality and service are consistently reliable. Good value for money.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast with large selection of food - cold meats, cheeses, sweet and salty dishes, fruit. If you accidently forgot your toothbrush and tooth paste you have them in te bathroom. And the bihgest suprise for me was the pillow with buckweat flakes - a depature from usual offer.

We stayed there for 2 nights, we had a really good time. Food was excellent, on Friday there was some live music during dinner. Room was OK, except some little things (broken cosmetic mirror, I mean a screw should have been fixed, some light bulbs did not work, the water never dried on the bathroom floor, it was flooded, as the shower did not have a door. The clock in the spa section needed new battery...

It's good. The only reason I'll give it a 3 stars is the insect infestation. More insects than I could've cared for. Other than that, the hotel is great, reception is great. Easily a 4 star rating. Only the insects. Please fix that issue.

Nice for temporary accomodation

A place in the Big Forest where you can stay on a relatively good price.

Really nice .. a simple hotel remind me something which was really busy around the 90s.. simple simple simple but clean!!! Staff was nice and you can enjoy if you are not picky.. Enough to sleep and perfect if you come to visit Debrecen. The thermal is also clean.

Comfortable, tidy and clean rooms. However a whole renewal would be necessary after all these years. The dishes in the all-you-can-eat restaurant are tasty, recommend it while you rest here.
