Good hotel in a great location, very convenient to all the tourist attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Golf and relaxation, pleasure and leisure. Well-maintained and beautyfull golf course, modern hotel. The cuisine is impeccable, the selection is adequate. On the golfcourse the greens could be harder, faster, the bunkers softer, but it's still above average.

The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't. So we didn't have any towels. The water was leaking from the shower. The hotel was beautiful but I wasn’t satisfied with any of the services.

I stayed for 4 nights for work. The hotel staff barely speaks English (except at the front desk). The room is poorly maintained; there was no one available to make me tea or coffee. Housekeeping was the worst experience. They only cleaned my room twice, and on one of those occasions, they cleaned the room but not the bathroom! Unexplainable! I had to go out and get towels after a long day at work....

It is a nice modern hotel, with a very kind staff, good selection of food for breakfast and supper. Lots of entertainment opportunities. The only downside of things is that you have to pay for drinks at supper time even as a hotel guest. In most hotels I have stayed at drinks were always included in the price.

My family and I were there in March 2025 for a conference and we really liked it. The amenities were great. The food was always professionally prepared and delicious with some variety. We had an easy time using the extra features like the sauna and the bowling alley and such.

I would describe this hotel as fairish. Our stay here was okay, but it was not that special. The food menu at breakfast was pretty poor (no bacon, no beans in tomato sauce, no cereals, no croissants, no fried eggs…). So that was disappointing. On the other hand dinners were great. The staff was okay, however one barman completely ignored me standing in front of the bar as I was waiting to order drinks...

Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools. It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue....

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that the treadmill didn't function in the gym. The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

After 7 years we returned to this hotel with zero expectations and we’re really surprised how everything improved here. The rooms were refurnished and modernized, everything was new, great beds and facilities. The stuff was very nice and helpful, especially in the beach bar and the food was great. We were there for a family gathering on Sunday afternoon, for a great little brunch. There was a very wide selection and very good quality food on the buffet counter. There was also a separate pasta counter where a beautiful chef prepared the right pasta dishes for us from the selected ingredients.

After last year's fire, Silvanus has reopened - although renovations are still ongoing. The final completion of the project is expected by the end of May: all rooms and the renovated outdoor pool will be in use. We were in the Spa years ago, but we were already very curious. We were not disappointed!

The hotel is perfectly located. Everything went smoothly. The rooms are perfectly clean, food from the restaurant is pleasant. I fully recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful view to the main road and the historical building.

The room had a terrible smell - although they claim it's a non-smoking one. It really smelt like someone's been smoking there for years. The carpet was smelly too and had stains on it. The air-conditioning is very loud and makes strange noises every few minutes making it impossible to sleep when it's on.
