Rooms are really big and decorated in Roman character. Service is excellent and the hotel breakfast is good. Coffee is American style and a little watered down. would liked to see authentic Italian coffee

Cosy hotel at an excellent location, very close to the main attractions of Florence (within 10-15 minutes walking distance). Medium-sized, comfortable rooms with adequate bathroom

The breakfast spread was excellent and varied. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom plumbing could get quite noisy when neighboring rooms flushed their toilets

The location is close to the station and restaurants as well. The breakfast's spread is good and value for money. Staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Florence

We had the best experience at Hotel Davanzati! The location is excellent with access to the railway station and many fabulous places of interest

When we arrived for check in luggage was already in our room ! Tergen was also very attentive during happy hour making sure we were having a great time. Only recommendation is to add an elevator from the street to lobby

Fantastic service by Angelo and the rest of the staff. He easily arranged the car to be picked up as the ZTL doesn’t have easy parking options.

Leonardo in the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to store luggage in lobby area prior to check in

We feel grateful for staying at this hotel. We (family with two daughters) stayed there for 5 nights. It is located at the heart of the historical center, the staff was friendly and helpful

TB, good reception, good rooms, good breakfast, only the shower is bad; it is located in the centre of Florence and it dates back to the points of the shower ;-)

Fantastic location, reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Rooms are old, but hey, it's an old city. Check out the little balcony on the second floor, facing the river.

Staff is so friendly and inviting. We had a chat with tha girl and the boy at the reception, both very nice. Room was big enough for thee without feeling crowded and had AC, which is a must in the hot summer

The staff is friendly and very helpful, trying to accommodate guests needs the best way they can. Parking space is available pretty much everywhere around the address, although not always free

The breakfast served soft bread to toast, croissants, flavoured yoghurt, milk, musli, cereals and some cheese, ham and sweet marmelades. Definitely OK if you are vegetarian but not for vegans

I little thin on the vegetable side but for the prise we where very happy with it The walk to train and city was only about 25 minutes. We strongly recommend to anyone! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The hotel is relatively not expensive and in a convenient position relative to the city centre and railway stations, within 20-30m on foot

Bathroom clean (although a bit much chlorine for our taste). Nice beds, extra pillows and blankets, TV and fridge in the room

The hotel is dated and aged which you'll feel when you see your room, but it adds a vibe to being in Florence. The bed did sink in a bit, so not the best. A shower and shampoo 2-in-1 sachet is provided in the bathrooms

Hotel Nizza has a superb location! It's a 3 minute walk away from most main landmarks, such as the main Florence Cathedral as well as the St Lorenzo cathedral. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom is good

Good location, 7mins from train station by walking. Helpful and friendly staff. Small and not super new rooms but much more importantly (for me) clean, safe and convenient stay!

Otherwise location, convenience, the downstairs night vibes, restaurants, desserts and cafe all made up for the room. The room was clean and it has everything you need. Also it has AC air conditioning

Lots of restaurants, music at night and not far from many attractions. Breakfast was the best! They also held our luggage after checkout on our last day

The TV is so small it's like not having one. The wifi works only interminently. Morning breakfast is good but the owner will go crazy at you if you dare bringing your coffee in the room!

In Florence we broke our stay in two parts. One in the city at the Aurora and second at a Vinyard. Both location were awesome Part -1 the Aurora hotel has great location just close to

the station and has a historic feel to the whole place. If you are hiring car be careful as many one way streets. I got ticket after reaching home for going into a wrong lane

English speaking only for me and I had no trouble at all. Good breakfast, we had a great room with a nice bath and very close to the trains and a GREAT restaurant right down the street

A good place to stay to see Florence. A shale deal. The best, the proximity to the main monuments of the city. The rooms are comfortable and full of personality, with high ceilings. The breakfast buffet is very complete.

The room met our needs: soundproof, with air conditioning, clean bathroom with towels and soaps, comfortable beds, sockets for charging your phone, working TV, I didn't try to see if they had a streaming service because I was interested in the Champions League final

The one and only downside to this apartment was the air con, it was ridiculously warm on a night and although the apartment is comfortable it didn't make for a great night's sleep. Other rooms may be different though

I was in this hotel last week, I was fine, staff excellent, rooms comfortable and clean, buffet breakfast with fresh pastries. Florence is a beautiful city and will definitely return to this hotel

Place is also close to supermarket, restaurants and a lot of caffe’s where you can start the day with breakfast and cappuccino then head to your trip to any city in the north

Direct access to the main railway station from where you can move to any city in Italy. We stayed there for 4 nights and used to move to other cities with high speed train

Beds are fairly comfortable, had a couple of good night sleeps. However, there is no lock on the bathroom

This hotel is very clean the staff especially Emanuel is very helpfull. He made sure we knew where we were going and kept us laughing.we also loved his dog. The breakfast were perfect to get us going.
