Good place to stay. Small family business hotel. The owner is very friendly and caring person. Rooms are clean and cosy. Location is convenient. Price is reasonable for Florence which is expensive city.

The owner is so friendly and helpful! He even let me choose the rooms myself since he got both available. The room is cozy with good AC and fridge. Location is great, close to the central station.

The boss is very enthusiastic and helps introduce city information. The hotel is very close to the train station, only a three-minute walk away, and about a 20-minute walk from the Duomo.

It would be good for those who want to stay for a day at a low price

He went downstairs to help me carry my luggage, and then took out a map and enthusiastically told me which attractions I could visit nearby

Breakfast with good products and large, clean rooms. A little far from the center but easy to reach. The Esselunga is also nearby, I also recommend it for a business trip as you can enjoy the silence

Get off at the Parterra Liberta station (or something like that) and then walk around 500 metres. Also, It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to the main attractions at a leisurely pace

The room was comfortable and clean, it's in a nice location where we could easily walk to the center of Florence where the landmarks and the galleries are found

The staff were all very friendly. The receptionists and breakfast staff were also friendly and made me feel at ease. The cappuccino at breakfast was delicious!

EXCELLENT location as it is a 30 second walk to the cathedral. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Needs better showers, though, with warmer water. We had a few cold(er) showers than we would have liked

The staff was very friendly and helpful with requests outside of their normal day-to-day operations. We stayed in a room over the main street and a few nights could hear the noise of the city

Villa Nardi is an exceptional place! We would definitely stay there again! The villa truly embodies the spirit of Florence, very artistic! The furnishings, exterior, and service were all of the highest standard! The owners of the villa shared its history with us and provided a list of their recommended restaurants!

The Villa is an enchanting property just out of Porta Romana, about 15-20 minutes from the center of Florence, so easy to reach and with free parking (a rarity in Florence), isolated from the confusion and tourists noise but near to all the main attractions

Beautiful villa located in quiet area still so close to all you want to see in Firenze. If you don’t mind walking, everything is in walking distance. Our room was nice, white and spacious

However, the hotel is situated a good 25-30 minute walk from the centre of town making it rather inconvenient if you're a tourist here for a few days. The wifi is also the worst I've experienced in Italy

The best part was the Hospitality of the Day and the Night Manager both were outstanding and happy faces and helpful. The hotel is about 2 mins walk by the river from happening area of florence

WiFi connectivity was horrible. There should be an upgradable option for WiFi. Traveling with students who has to get online for school and it was very problematic.

The hotel was very disappointing, it was on the third floor of the building with no lift access. The entrance was dimly lit and the staircase narrow and gloomy. There are no staff present over night from 2200-0800

Extremely noisy bar and restaurant immediately below with lots of people sitting and drinking on the streets. I regret staying here, and would not recommend to others

This meant checking out with no receptionist. The room was small, furniture dated and my room was immediately next to the reception and main entrance 3 metres away

You can only see the church by walking to the corner of the street. You can't hear the bells, but it is a 15-minute walk to the church. You can go through the alley and pass by the Paleontological Museum

I booked this room type on the second night. It is very large, has a balcony, and is quiet. It is located northeast of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore

From my point of view breakfast was enough, you could choose between bakery products, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruits and one or two kinds of cheese or meat specialties, and a very good coffee! I will return with pleasure to this hotel, so I recommend it to you too!

Taxis are very expensive and Italy does not allow Uber or any other. Good and clean bathroom but the flooring was left to clean. Room has air conditioning and good sound isolation

After flushing once, water can no longer be flushed. Moreover, the water in the toilet makes a bit loud noise in the middle of the night. The service attitude is very satisfactory, and all questions are answered

The hotel is on a third floor of an old building but the rooms are modern with comfy beds, modern en-suite and air conditioning. The hotel was quiet in terms of noise level when we were there

There was also a dog barking inside the door on the 4th floor. Other than that, there were no negatives. The room was spacious and clean, and mineral water was provided. For the price, it was a good value

LOCATION Not far from the train station (Firenze SMN), location is not bad but there are more hotels closer and more convenient

With amenities like safety box, boiler, hairdryer and basic toiletries (I forgot but probably no toothbrush and paste) … There is a “well-functioned” lift, I have to specifically mention this because I traveled around Europe these months and found that a “well-functioned” lift is a bonus to most of the budget boutique hotels or Airbnb, the buildings in Europe are not high-rise but still a problem...

We had breakfast included during our stay which was very good- fruit, croissants, cereals. The owner served us tea/ coffee at breakfast and was very pleasant and helpful. The outside garden was clean and nice to chill in
