Hotel Raffaello, Florence1 / 25
8.2
Florence, Via Morgagni 19 🧭 Map
The hotel was clean and renowned, good service!
The breakfast is 10 Euros and it's very good. The overall standard of the room is pretty good. The hygiene level is actually considered to be at a relatively good level here, and the stay is quite comfortable
Good location for the hospital area. Good value for money.
Rooms: good, but the HVAC systems were wonky. The showers are small squares. The toilet is placed weirdly in the corner; might be hard for some larger persons to use these toilets
Otherwise quite nice; beds are very firm, and the pillows are of a good quality. Service: no major complaints, but no major compliments. Location: not great, but for the price it works out alright
It is little bit far from old town. But very clean and staffs were so kind.

A good location within a short walk from the main train station and an east walk to Mercado Central and the city center. Overall, a clean, modern and functional hotel
Solid modern room with beautiful views from the terrace. Located 7 mins walk from Santa Novella station and 10 min walk from the major sites. Also right next to the markets. Service was fantastic and friendly
The room is quite warmly decorated, and the hotel is in a very good location. You can reach famous attractions such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore within walking distance
The location is very good, close to the train station, the city center, and the central market; The hotel is clean; The service is very thoughtful, and every question is answered
When I went out, I found it was raining, and the front desk prepared umbrellas for guests to use, which was very considerate. The breakfast was also very good 👍
We took a taxi when we went out, and tried the subway when we came back, and found it was also very good

With closed balcony doors, no street noise we heard. Good WIFI, very friendly staff. The room has a kettle, mini-bar, safe. Breakfast is typical Italian, fresh juices. Will gladly stay at this hotel next time
Great hotel, I'd recommend it! Our flight got cancelled, and the hotel was very responsive and checked us in smoothly when we finally did arrive. Room was clean and a decent size (very tall walls) and we had a balcony
Towels, hair dryer, body wash etc were all good. Space to hang clothes and leave our luggage case
One of the staff members, Yukiko was so friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was nice and had a good selection
We asked for a quiet room in the hotel and weren't disturbed (except for the hotel phone that randomly kept ringing throughout the night, but we unplugged that)
This establishment stands out as one of the finest hotels I have ever booked, and it is unequivocally my top choice in Florence

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good, and a short distance from Santa Maria Novella station. They have a coffee and tea counter that residents can access free of cost anytime
There is a vending machine too. Unfortunately , it doesn't work most of the time. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel
Disappointed stay Read great reviews about the place Location was decent but not the best, still a bit of walk from the main Florence station I was under impression that the place was renovated in 2022
Very nice hotel. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, abundant breakfast. You have free coffee and tea all day. Small complaint that water is charged. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. A little work on the bathroom.
Clean, modern and convenient for walking to all major sights. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and quite tasty. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was super tiny but okay for one person
Good location for tourism, clean room with good service. Thanks

It's best to take the tram to the central station, but the closest station to the hotel is a little far away. The room was clean and large.
<Location> This hotel is a little far from Florence's tourist attractions, but you can easily reach them by tram. Travelers who use the airport have a greater advantage than hotels near tourist attractions
<Price> Compared to hotels near tourist attractions, it has an advantage in terms of price, and the surrounding marts are also cheap. <Facility> It is managed perfectly as a four-star hotel
There are no broken facilities, and the shower temperature is warm. Breakfast is American Buffet-style, and the handmade cake is delicious. <Service> Service is fast and motivated
When we arrived, some problems occurred, but the hotel actively solved and compensated us. Anyone can make a mistake, and I think, we can see the true value in solving it
<Comprehensive Evaluation>I appreciate the enthusiasm and authenticity of this hotel

the room was a bit small. the staff was great!! the breakfast was good
It's quite good Many restaurants around And self service laundry
Good location. Love the spacious comfort room . Room had 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Very spacious toilet . Generous toiletries. Breakfast served from 7am. Friendly hotel staff. Highly recommend
There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel if you need, which is also very convenient. Plenty of dining options steps away, I would recommend the Maso, which has an extensive variety with reasonable prices
Counter service took a little longer waiting to check-in for room readiness. Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min
We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour

Florence, Piazza Antinori 1 🧭 Map
Hotel de la Ville truly lives up to its reputation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The interior is beautifully designed, elegant, with a touch of classic Roman charm
Our room was spacious, quiet, and had a lovely view over the rooftops. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Spanish Steps, yet it still feels tucked away and peaceful
It’s definitely a splurge, but worth it for a special stay in Rome
Le strutture dell’hotel sono però un po’ datate. Una cosa mi ha fatto arrabbiare: quando ho lasciato i bagagli in deposito, hanno attaccato adesivi a caso sul manico della mia valigia!
Four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel has an excellent location, very convenient and close to everything. The rooms are good and comfortable, and the service is also good
My favourite hotel in central Florence within walking distance of all the museums and attractions.

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness
There are brochures introducing the history and attractions of Florence. The front desk also provides tourist maps. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. The overall experience is very good
When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip
The disadvantage is that the rooms facing the street can hear the sound of cars outside at night, which feels a bit noisy. In addition, the height of the pillow is a bit awkward for me
The hotel is not far from the train station and various attractions. I didn't take public transportation for two days. The room is quite large and the area is well divided
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning

The breakfast is very complete, including eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, bread, and even rice! Another highlight is that the check-out is at 12 pm, so you can sleep a bit more or even go for a walk without needing to rush
Very close to the railway station and plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The staff are helpful, and the rooms are clean, though the shower pressure is not great.
I was upgraded to a double bed room but actually there is some issue with the aircon system for the room that I cannot adjust cooler temperature and must follow next doors for heater instead
Good location, center is quickly reachable by foot. Breakfast is fine with a quite good selection. Friendly and fast service, cleaning also flawless
i mean it quite goood about the venue, just nearby the train station and fierenze atcaully is a walkable to all famous spot, but for sure the breakfast is nahhhhhh.

It is a luxurious hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The room was super nice, mattress and pillows are perfect. The atmosphere is cozy and wonderful. A very beautiful rooftop. Amazing cocktails in the bar. I love it
Great location and very friendly and attentive front desk staff. Only about a 7 minute walk from the train station. The restaurant was INCREDIBLE. We had dinner there one night and the chef came out to meet us

Finally, the location is really excellent :-) In conclusion, very good hotel
Hotel with a good location for tourists, especially for those arriving and leaving by train.
Hotel was clean and the situation is very good. we liked it. hope to stay again.
The room was OK, but a little noisy at night; the breakfast was the worst among all the four-star hotels in this European trip; the location was excellent and it was convenient to get a taxi in the morning.
Very retro hotel, located in the center of Florence, 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, behind the hotel is the luxury shopping area, various attractions are interspersed in it, you can go shopping, you can't stop at all
The hotel soundproofing is slightly worse, but the electric curtains are absolutely light-proof. Stayed for 2 nights, the breakfast is very rich and Italian, and the breakfast in the morning is basically European guests

After a year filled with its fair share of challenges, I walked into Hotel Savoy, and from the moment I arrived, I felt like all my worries began to melt away. The check-in experience was nothing short of exceptional

The staff greeted me with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I immediately felt like I was home. In a world where it’s easy to feel like just another guest, Hotel Savoy makes you feel like family
The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, and, most importantly, quiet – perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation, even in the heart of the city

Very nice clean and comfortable hotel Breakfast the best Lack computer service and porter What I recommend is very nice and would go.
Great hotel! We got there and were greeted with a Mimosa social hour they have most days around 5pm. The front customer service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and cleaners. I seldomly sleep well while traveling
They even had Chia seeds for your granola. So creamy! And why not have another mimosa. The pastries were good but not my favorite. I’m still dreaming of the plain croissants here. The staff were quick to replace items
We booked this room because it was listed as looking onto Florence's Piazza della Repubblica, but out the other window we also had an amazing view of the Duomo and Giotto's Bell Tower! What a bonus for us! This hotel is a boutique gem located in the center of historic Florence: it's perfected situated between Piazza della Signoria/Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo
We flew to Florence for a honeymoon without reservations anywhere and we stumbled into this hotel and was immediately greeted with smiles and warmth. They couldn’t have been more accommodating to us during our stay
Every staff member in the hotel was engaging, positive, and helpful. Habiba ran breakfast in the morning and was so welcoming and attentive! She is incredible and a huge asset to this establishment

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy so far! It’s old and full of character, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, and a lovely view of the river. The breakfast ballroom is a masterpiece, I couldn’t take my eyes off it
I really appreciate that also the single room is beautiful, with a nice view and a comfortable bed. Excellent location, but most of all excellent service
What a place to stay in Firenze ❤️ Great reception, helpful and beautiful
Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and we especially appreciated the nightly chocolates left on our pillows—a lovely touch to return to
They offer and bring you a coffee, there is a lot of choice to eat and drink and so fresh, with view at the Ponte Vecchio 🥰 Because the Ponte Vecchio is at one minute from the hotel ❤️ So overall it's perfect! The only thing that's a problem is parking nearby
Everyone is very professional and kind: everyone at the reception, the cleaning lady, the lady I met in the elevator with the drinks, the personnel at breakfast. A wonderful experience thanks to all of them

Carlo is another receptionist at the hotel and I can’t tell you enough about his warm and friendly personality. He helped us with planning day trips and gave us really good suggestions
Stay in this wonderful little hotel on our trip to florence. The weather was really warm so when we stepped into the hotel the air-conditioning was immediately noticeable and a great relief from the heat
We stayed for a few nights and then went to Sienna, but cut our visit there short and came back to Dimora Palanca - it was like coming home. The best thing for me was the staff - Giacomo in particular
We spent an hour in the hotel spa which is great and includes a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, rain showers and comfy couches. it's a great addition and really relaxing area to spend an hour
Excellent service through and through. A hotel that treats its clients like royalty with their attention to courtesy, friendliness and total availability to assist at all times

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a very accessible neighborhood, we could walk everywhere easily, and it felt safe even 10-11 pm. Inside, the hotel was clean with a consistently pleasant scent throughout
The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was good and the room itself was quiet, comfortable, and nicely maintained
The more delicate point concerns the staff. I found part of the staff not very welcoming, which made the experience somewhat awkward at times. This was the first time I have ever felt this way in a hotel
With the exception of two or three staff members who were kind and professional, some did not greet us. I think the overall experience could have been improved with a warmer attitude from the staff
Again, the hotel is truly beautiful, well decorated, and has a very lovely outdoor space
The only thing were that the bathroom didn’t have a vent and the room cleanliness was decent but not spotless. Still, overall it was a good and enjoyable experience and I would consider staying here again

I was there for a professional meeting. The conference room was perfect. Good temperature. Good audio. Good projection system.
AC staff welcomed us with in an special way as we were celebrating our honeymoon. They make us feel special during the stay. Rooms and amenities are great! Thank you AC staff for such an amazing stay!
While location is 25 minutes (easy) walk to the Duomo and surrounding, some may prefer a short taxi ride- not a big deal considering the value this hotel offers! Excellent restaurants and coffee shops are a short walk
Rooms are comfortable and provide plenty of room. The bar and restaurant area is great with very good service. The breakfast buffet provides options for anything you are looking to start your day of adventure with
This AC hotel is a very good stay I'd generally recommend. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. From the front desk to the bar and cleaning staff. The location is very good if you want to walk a little more
We also tried the in-room dining on the day we arrived, and the food was quite good, especially the lasagna (though I forgot to take a photo!)

The hotel has the best taste! Simple yet elegant; classic yet modernised! The service has beaten my expectations which usually is very high. If the breakfast and hair dryer could be improved, it will be perfect!
From check-in to checkout, it was effortless luxury supported by smiling, involved staff who made certain that our stay was a good one. There were many, but Zach and Andrea were exceptional
The most fantastic "doormen" in the world!! There's nothing they can't or won't do for you... In addition to their expertise, lovely rooms, excellent location, perfect service.
So if you are on this side of the river don t miss the opportunity of sipping a perfect Negroni Cocktail sitting on the front terrace enjoying the best view on Pontevecchio

Nice rooms, comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. The window didn't close all the way in my room and there was too much noise from the street.
Beautiful, big rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place. Bus stops, restaurants and the main train station are walking distance from the hotel.
The maintanence is bad, at reception obtuse girls. Breakfast is good, rooms are old but cozy.
Also, the hotel bartender pours generous drink portions! The one downside is the location is just OK - not a great location. Other than that it's a very good hotel
Very much enjoyed our stay at this NH Hotel. Staff was welcoming and very responsive. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast options were healthy and tasty. The hotel location was very convenient

Friendly and supporting staff, good quality rooms, nice view, good location to city centre. The only issue was the noise in the morning due to construction. Other than that, was a nice experience.
The welcome was excellent, we never encountered any difficulties, from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception staff, as well as the Rooftop staff, were more than up to the task
On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, and the 6th-floor terrace bar offered fantastic views
What a perfect experience for the first time in Italy ! Nestled in the heart of Florence, its proximity to all the wonders allows you to explore with just your feet, losing yourself in a maze of alleys, each one as beautiful as the next
