Fabulous location that made it easy to walk to many of the best sites in Florence! Also a fabulous breakfast spread and they were happy to make special coffees upon request. I would highly recommend the Hotel Executive

The hotel is excellent from all perspectives — clean, tidy, and well maintained. It offers all the necessary services for solo travellers, and the single room was remarkably spacious

Not far from the train station, only 5 minutes, if you know the right direction. Gym is good, WIFI reception was on and off. The Star of this hotel is the Manager

With such lovely amenities, great services, and excellent location it was a no brainer to stay here again

I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their warmth, courtesy, and attention to detail

Location was very good, only a couple of blocks from the Tram that took us to the historic center and on the last day to the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable

stayed for 3 nights! we loved florence and enjoyed our 20-30 min walk back to the hotel. it’s 10- 15 walk to the station. neighborhood is not too crowded which is nice

The hotel is more than 20 minutes' walk from the railway station and a little far from the city center. It takes more than 30 minutes to walk to Santa Maria del Fiore, about 1. 2 kilometers; the old bridge is even farther

the room was also big with kitchen, living room and bedroom

Convenience location, friendly and helpful Staff.  The apartment was clean, but then kitchenware facilities were old.

The beds are good ( excellent mattresses) one real positif point is that the windows are new added with the climate system the inside temperature of the flat was very good and we sleep quiet

The worst experience is because I was on a self-drive tour, handed the car to the hotel to park in a nearby parking lot, when leaving, let the hotel drive the car back to the hotel, but parked illegally, no one told me the car arrived early, no one was waiting by the car, so I picked up the car when I was charged for illegal parking, just 10 minutes ago, I had to pay a fine of 60 euros, this is really...

A decent hotel, close to Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and the train station. The front desk staff is friendly.

The hotel provides slippers and the bed is relatively large (I personally like a larger bed)

This hotel is perfect for getting to airport - only 12 minutes on the tramline that heads into the city. We booked directly, and everything from booking to checkout was perfect. The staff were so helpful and friendly

Great Hotel, we had a very good stay in here. As always we ask locals for advice and we asked Mike for recommendations and he told us about La Chicca Boutique Restaurant and we had the best meal of our stay in there

Since it is so close to the busiest part of the city, you do get some loud noises (Ferrari starting up, tourists yelling outside) leaking into the room, but for most part it was a very peaceful and comfortable stay

A beautiful luxury hotel that has been open for less than two years. Breakfast is excellent with a choice of three menus. The refrigerator and minibar are free, and water is provided for the number of guests every day

Best thing about this hotel is centrally located. 3 mins walk to Duomo and other places in no more than 10 minutes. The room was a bit small than I expected

The La Gemma is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. Staff was very helpful & gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in for our second stay there

The hotel overall looked good we really recommend the restaurant but the room we got had a REALLY REALLY strong sewage smell, it even woke me up in the middle of the night and had to open the window

Had a really great stay here last week in Florence! The location is so nice right by the bridge with all the shopping and eats. It was great to stay right outside of the city but it's so walkable it was perfect

Booked a hotel down the road, got locked out due to "system error" Called LHP at 2am, the 24h concierge picked up and helped me book the last room they had available

The hotel is in a good location and very quiet. The bathroom is not small either. I put a sign on the door saying no need to clean, but the waiter still cleaned it

The location was excellent - a quick walk from the Central Train Station and easy to walk throughout the whole city center

The room was a good size giving us lots of room for two people and two suitcases (or more!)

The "deck" was large enough for one person to step outside on - half of it was covered by a roof so, while there were two chairs on it, only one person could sit - the other would have been bending under a roof

We would come back again! On the slightly negative side, the room was hot but we had a door to a small step-out deck that allowed some air into the room - we slept with it wide open to give us some air flow

The Hammam suite is very spacious and relaxing after a day of walking. Great views from the rooftop, the drinks are not the best, but this can be expected from a hotel bar

Great hotel in the heart of Florence. It has a modern style decoration. It is good if you don’t enjoy very romantic and traditional decoration which is very common in Florence hotels. Bathrooms are particularly spacious

We enjoyed our stay at the Cerretani very much! The hotel has the best location close to the station and all the main sights of Florence. You can explore everything on foot

Some rooms might be dark, breakfast is good enough but has the same options everyday. There is no room service or any food available after mignight, plan ahead

And speaking of relaxation, the bedsheets were incredibly comfy - easily among the best we've ever experienced at a hotel

Hotel staff was very friendly and professional, provided us all the information for us to get around the city ! Rooms are a bit small but equipped with all we need, breakfast was lovely ! Will definitely return
