A very interesting family hotel. The rooms face the river view. The service is super good above and beyond. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is very comfortable to stay!
Beautiful hotel, perfect location with both a gorgeous rooftop terrace view and a quiet garden patio. The staff is attentive and the place is sparkling clean with an absolutely breathtaking decor!
Free upgrade to the top floor river view room. Traditional Italian retro decoration style. The room is not big but very clean. The breakfast is simple and delicious
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms and garden - recommend visiting the rooftop which has an amazing view and is a bit of a hidden gem
Stayed for two nights and we had a great experience with the hotel, the staff, and the overall atmosphere

Simply divine and possibly our best holiday stay ever
A majestic and historic villa overlooking Florence has with tender love and care by the owners/operators been turned into the optimal retreat for exploring the city or just lounging in the lush gardens by the pool
They make you feel like house guests in a Fitzgerald novel. Don’t miss the opportunity to take a cookery class one evening with Ana, the proprietress
The staff are wonderful, the gardens glorious, the swimming pool a dream and the donkeys, cats and crazy looking chickens all add to the fun
I had my very first cooking lesson which later became dinner and much to my surprise it was a masterpiece of Gustatory delight
Beautiful hotel with spectacular views. You’re stepping into history, it’s more than a hotel it’s part of Florence’s fabulous architecture, with frescos and statues dating back generations

Very close to the station, the location is very good, the breakfast is very rich, the attractions are nearby, the front desk is also very qualified, very convenient, we are traveling independently, the hotel also has a map, and the room is very big!
The hotel is located in Piazza della Annunciation. You can see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore from the window. The location is very good. It is a 16th-century house. It is suitable for family travel
The location is very good, the room is very nice, next to the Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze and the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore
Nothing special but good value for your money
This is my second time in Florence. This hotel is right on the square, with a supermarket downstairs and only a few minutes' walk to Santa Maria del Fiore! The breakfast is good, the room and bathroom are big!
I chose the annex building, which has a great environment and atmosphere. The breakfast was also very rich, the internet was stable, and the room was clean. It is very close to the core attractions

Very nice stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A/C doesn't seem to work the best but consistent for Italy. Staff were vet accommodating.
Our shower leaked, we couldn’t get the night shade to work and there was no staff at night to assist, tv didn’t work. Overall a good experience, but could have been better
in september and was an amazing surprise when they upgrade us to an apartment close to the main atractions just 2 blocks from ponte vecchio. The attendant who was the owner was a very attentive guy
It's located just outside the center of Florence (walking distance). You can tell this place is run by passionate people. Each morning start off with fresh juice and the staff is very friendly
This is a great hotel with everything you need for a great price. It's located just a couple blocks north of everything and closer than it looks on a map. Clean and a great breakfast to boot.
Wonderful, cosy and modern hotel. Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, therapeutic shower and perfect sleep was aided by blackout shutters. The staff was also top notch. Would stay again.

When my grand daughter was taken ill all over the bedroom, they were happy to clean up and supply fresh linen and disinfectant for the floor[ thank goodness for tiled floors!] The other staff we met were equally helpful and charming
Booked 2 nights here just for the location. Hard to beat! Room was good enough but no counter space in recently renovated bathroom. Breakfast was nothing to write home about
The whole leaving your key thing is weird and doesn’t make sense because they give you another key to get in the building after hours. Why not just let us keep both??
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got us checked in early. The room was nice and the bed was wonderful. Easy walking distance to pretty much anywhere you want. The breakfast was above average. Would stay there again.
The staff pointed me in the right direction when I wanted to shop or get a quick bite to eat. We are all planning to back to Florence next year for vacation and I will definitely book her again
We stayed here a week ago with my mom , dad and family friend. The staff was so accommodating and very nice. Right in the middle of Florence great spot to see the sights and get great food

The decoration and facilities are so good, providing a sense of safety and comfort, especially for solo travellers like me. The only thing is there are mosquitoes that wake me up everyday and even bite my eyelid today😂
This hotel is in a great location in Firenze. We stayed 2 nights, the staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good. The front desk woman, even spoke, english, french, italian, and I believe spanish
The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is conveniently located and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the city center
Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop, from where a bus goes directly to the train station (relevant if you have a lot of luggage with you, the narrow streets of Florence are not conducive to walking with luggage)
My room was large, spacious, beautiful. I have been to three-star hotels and even two-star hotels, where they fed me more richly (they gave more types of cheese, vegetables, fruit salads, etc
Hotel was good, a bit of a maze to reach your room with long narrow hallways and a very little room but the staff is friendly, the room is tidy and the location is ok.

Hotel continental breakfast was the other best experience in this hotel as there is plenty of delicious items you could wonder (do not expect hot eggs) with the pretty view of the city
The hotel was right in the centre. It was well equipped, new air-condition was convenient in hot days, bed is so comfortable that I claim it was my best sleep in hotel ever
Great value for money! Breakfast is above expectation, savory and sweet food, fruits and good coffee too. Highly recommend it!
Very nice hotel in the heart of Florence. The breakfasts were absolutely great. Inside a beautiful but smaller garden. Elevator available as well as paid valet parking. I highly recommend a stay for just one day
As the hotel is right in the centre you can explore all the main venues within minutes of walk. Reception staff was friendly and can organise secured parking for you too
Unprofessional conduct, although polite and friendly! Here is my story of three days there: When I was checking in,the A/C was already broken and no one told me! It was only after a few hours and my complaint that they acknowledged it

The restaurants we were recommended were EXCEPTIONAL! I didn’t know about their “Happy Hour” in advance of going and this one s such a cool thing! An hour and a half each evening of complimentary food and wine where you can chill and chat with the other guests
Hotel David was by far our favorite accommodation we booked within our month travel throughout Portugal Italy! Everything about this hotel was exceptional
The staff were extremely attentive, considerate, helpful, and friendly. Attention to detail was everywhere. Our room had a view of the Brunelleschi Dome
And all that at no extra cost! The included breakfast is also excellent
This hotel offers complementary drinks in a refrigerator to help yourself to each day, as well as a happy hour from 6:30 to 8:00 filled with delicious appetizers, wines, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks
The location is perfect as it is close enough to walk to the center of Florence where all the historic sites are, but not in the thick of the massive crowds

Everything was perfect! Grazie mille!!
We stayed in the hotel with a big group just before our wedding in Tuscany - the location is amazing! What should be say - the people in Hotel Silla are outstanding and incredible! The stay was absolutely perfect
I checked into a room of less than 20 square meters. I immediately asked the front desk, and the front desk admitted that this room type was not the one I booked, but it was the last one
Clean, good breakfast, close to attractions
The room I changed later was less than 25 square meters from the direct view, but it was not bad, so I stayed there so as not to affect my travel mood. The hotel service is generally okay, and the breakfast is also okay
The pictures above are the rooms we stayed in on the first and second days respectively. The hotel is very close to the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and Michelangelo Square

Have a huge window in the room and opposite to this place is a park. The manager helped us to find a garage for car parking near by and also plan two day stay we had at florence. The room is spacoius and the view is good
The room was small but clean and quiet. You can easily walk to all the good sites. If you want to have breakfast outside on the balcony it makes sense to get there early
Excellent home with guidance to the must-see places of Florence. The hotel is spotless clean and it is in the heart of the historic district, no need for a car.
Staff was very kind, and the 24-hour desk is nice, too. Hotel is very easy to find, and view from our room was nice on the 3rd floor. Only a few blocks from the SMN train station.
The gentiles were hospitable and the room was nice and clean and in a convenient location to all there is to see in Florence. Recommended

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very good with a good sized bathroom. In fact super clean and very quiet had everything we needed
Room is compact and a bit dated but clean. The location is right next to the Duomo and the service is fantastic. Recommend to stay here.
Overall breakfast was plentiful and continental and was just want we needed to set us up for the day. If you coming to Florence and need a good location in the centre then you will not go wrong
Walk out front access and you have 100 yard walk to Duomo many restaurants and gelato stores also. Room was always cleaned to a high standard bathroom very small with just enough room in the shower to turn around
Superb hotel at a great location
Has a tv in the room but no English speaking channel so never turned on ,no coffee or tea making facility in room which I found disappointing as there is a big sign on breakfast room no drinks can be taken to your room

They gave great recommendations. Location was perfect, literally right outside the Duomo. We loved staying here and if we ever visit Florence again we would definitely stay again
What was better was that it was across the street from our hotel! You could look right out your window and see the iconic dome. Only issue was there are some stairs to navigate and that can be rough with heavy bags
The facilities are a bit dated, but it's Florence, so I understand. I appreciated the 24-hour complimentary coffee ice cream service. The staff were also friendly and pleasant.
Couldn’t be better located, in the heart directly across from Duomo. Best thing was morning breakfast with ATA, the nicest guy and the free gelato 24 seven
Pistachio was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried it everywhere I travel, also the black cherry AMAZING!!!
My wife and I stayed during our honeymoon. I had been to Florence before and it is one of my favorite cities in the world. This hotel only reaffirmed that

We stayed here for one night during our trip to Florence and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the city center
A cute hotel very close to the train station. The TV in the room was high quality and the internet service was also very successful. The croissant was very delicious, definitely worth trying
The room was spacious, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, our stay was outstanding—definitely a 10/10
Parking was available at a very reasonable rate, with the garage attendant conveniently handling both drop-off and return of the car
I would highly recommend this hotel to both solo travelers and families, as it offers fantastic value for the price
Breakfast is included and has a varied selection including pancakes and some hot options as well

The location is very good, about 5 to 8 minutes walk from the train station, the room is quite big, there are many free breakfast options, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Central Market.
It was very good experience. They were very kind. Rooms were big and clear. 5 minutes to the train station on foot. 10 minutes to town center on foot. I will definitely choose this place next time.
The location is very good, 10 minutes to the popular tourist area in the city center. Disadvantages: Not very soundproof, it is not comfortable to meet loud Italian neighbors.
Very retro room, excellent location, convenient travel.
Excellent hotel, perfect value for money. Cleanliness in the hotel and room. Delicious breakfast. Excellent staff. Convenient location.
The fact that it is very close to the train station, combined with the fact that you can easily reach everywhere you want to visit on foot, puts this hotel at the top in terms of price/performance

Completely up to date attractive rooms with the best beds ever. A wonderful breakfast in a penthouse room overlooking the city of Florence. The breakfast room turns into an evening bar
A hotel you can recommand to your best friend! Staff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean. The bed is absolutely comfortable! And the hotel is located central of Florence.
Perfect location for our family visiting Florence for first time. Good daily breakfast (great rooftop breakfast room). We had two rooms for family of 4, bummer we requested to be on same floor and we were 3 floors apart
It’s a small hotel with 5/6 rooms per floor, and the staff can easily remember who you are. Very well located and close to the main tourist spots in Florence. Would (reluctantly) recommend! 👍

A hidden treasure if you need overnight accommodations near the airport for flights the next day. Staff & service accommodating. Great little courtyard for drinks. Rooms modern, just the right size with deck
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. While the neighborhood might not look so great, walking through the double doors takes you into a very clean hotel, welcomed by welcoming hotel staff members
Stayed a night here before an early flight home. Excellent location, 5 minutes ftom the airport. Room very good, had everything we needed
The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside
Lovely comfortable room, really nice bar / lounge area and warm, friendly service from the staff there. They sorted out a shuttle for us at goodness-me-o'clock as well. Would have been happy to stay longer
The guy who did everything was superb and the meal we had was so good - lovely outdoor area to eat our meal in. Shuttle to airport (15 euro per room) also available

There is also an elevator and a parking area around the hotel. The neighborhood offers many choices like cafés, restaurants, the local central market, a Coop supermarket, and other different stores
I loved it, everything is so good, clean, family atmosphere, very nice peoples , everyone
The hotel is located on the east side of Florence, in a quiet area near the historic center(about a 20-minute walk), and just a few minutes' walk from the Arno river
boom!!! You've reached the city center! The staff of Jane Hotel is there for the guests, making sure that everything works as good as possible
Lots of variety, the coffee was tasty, and the breakfast staff were excellent. Breakfast was definitely worth staying for. Later on in the day, you can get a drink or snack in the bar area

A nice little hotel near the Uffizi. I'd like to point out that the breakfasts are excellent for Italy, as they even have boiled eggs. The donuts and coffee are delicious, and you can make your own cornetto in any flavor
Very good stay experience! The room was clean and very close to the art museum.
The flaw mainly concerns the services, almost absent and a problem encountered in our room: as after the shower the bathroom, having no window, began to give off a very unpleasant smell forcing us to ventilate by opening the windows of the room (not the best given the temperature not exactly the best)
The location is excellent, and it takes only a few minutes to reach major attractions. However, the hotel environment is average. Although the room is large, the bathroom is very small and smells
There's also a small selection of fresh vegetables, cheese, and cold meats for a sandwich
The location and facilities were very good and the front desk staff were polite

When you arrive you have to push a doorbell for the hotel. After entering you find an elevator. Go to the 5th floor where the reception is. The rooms on the 3rd floor are in the process of being renovated
However you have a terrific view from the roof top terrace For my American friends: The CDC vaccination card is accepted everywhere instead of the European Green Pass
Clean, good breakfast, quiet and friendly. Close to everything in the center and very helpful staff. All you need for a nice stay in Florence.
Less than 30 minute walk to most attractions in the city. Short walk to the central train station and central market. The hotel itself is pretty good. We had 2 separate groups in 2 rooms

It was in great location, rooms was specious and I really liked service and interior.
The rest of the hotel seems to make up for all of this. Firstly, probably the best located hotel in Florence, mere steps away from the Ponte Vecchio one of the main touristy areas
Perfect location, solid accommodations, excellent service, and a surprisingly good price point. I was impressed all around.
