Florence, Via dei Martelli, 10 🧭 Map
The pillows and mattress are more comfortable than what I have in my own house! The breakfast they offer covers all that bases and is delicious! This hotel is amazing! One of the best I've ever stayed in!
The hotel is easy to find, about 15 minutes walk from the station. The hotel lobby and corridors don't look very good, but the room is still very good, big and clean
The room is nice. The location is good and convenient. The food is recommended and the experience is full. I have to say that in Italy, you have to come to Rome to experience the civilization here.
It's just that it's next to the cathedral and the bell rings at 7 o'clock. However, this bell can definitely be heard in all hotels nearby. It's a bit noisy in the city center, but it's good overall and worth staying
The location is very good, just near the cathedral, and most attractions such as the Old Bridge, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, Republic Square, Luxury Street, etc
The room is also very good, and the newly renovated one is more comfortable than the old house

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel Regency, Florence I came to Florence while visiting my daughter at Syracuse University, and choosing Hotel Regency was the best decision
There was also a beautiful claw foot tub in our room. Breakfast each morning was good and plentiful, with a nice view of the sunny patio. The only thing that might not be to everyone’s liking is the location, about 0
I had failed to book activities one day but George, the front desk manager took care of arrangements and we had a great day! Gemma, at the front desk went above and beyond when she made me a same day hair appointment on a Monday (most salons closed on Monday)! There is nothing the staff is unwilling to help with
We prefer to be away from noisy tourist area and appreciate a little walk after dinner so fine for us. On the one day we needed to be somewhere quickly, the front desk called us a cab that arrived in a couple minutes
I chose it for its location close to the Duomo but was shocked to find this stunning building next to a quiet and well maintained park. There are 5-6 staff for every guest and they clearly love each other and their jobs
Breakfast is outstanding — fresh pastries, perfect cappuccinos, and thoughtful service that makes every morning special. A quiet, refined gem just steps from the center. I’m already looking forward to returning

Daniele was especially helpful in getting us connected with a cooking class and providing excellent recommendations. The atmosphere of the hotel & overall service was amazing
The staff was beyond friendly and we especially loved the little touches: cookies in our room, our bed freshly made every time we left and returned , they even gave us water bottles before our drive home, booked our spa or any reservations for us, called taxis for us in minutes, and any time we needed more toiletries they immediately sent it up to our room
Throughout my stay, the team displayed a consistent level of kindness and professionalism—every staff member, including those in the dining area and housekeeping, went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating
Right from my arrival, I was made to feel genuinely welcome by the attentive reception staff, who quickly handled my check-in and offered insightful suggestions for exploring the city’s highlights
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient front desk team who made check-in seamless and provided thoughtful recommendations for making the most of my time in the city
I enthusiastically recommend the Golden Tower Hotel to anyone traveling to Florence, as it blends attentive service, spotless surroundings, warmth, and security for a stay that truly stands out

Friendly and supporting staff, good quality rooms, nice view, good location to city centre. The only issue was the noise in the morning due to construction. Other than that, was a nice experience.
The welcome was excellent, we never encountered any difficulties, from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception staff, as well as the Rooftop staff, were more than up to the task
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms are what you would expect for a 3 star hotel, but they were of a good size. I would recommend for a short stay if you’re on a budget
What a perfect experience for the first time in Italy ! Nestled in the heart of Florence, its proximity to all the wonders allows you to explore with just your feet, losing yourself in a maze of alleys, each one as beautiful as the next
A fantastic stay at Hotel Machiavelli! The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the train station and close to all the major attractions
We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony that had a stunning view of the Duomo, and a full moon made it absolutely magical for photos

The hotel facility was excellent, the decoration was modern
This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China
Bit of a longer walk to the river. Tram stop right outside, which goes to the train station and airport! Lovely staff, we’re so kind and smiling! Free minibar was a bonus
The location is close to the attractions, but yet not too close to the noisy crowded environment, major tourist attractions within walking distance of 15-30 minutes
Disposable toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo, are provided. Drinks in the mini-bar are free
Amazing rooms, and comfy bed! Lovely spa area! Lovely warm pool, just wish it was open longer! Thanks for a great stay!!

The hotel was very clean with a good mix of old charm and new looks; and Happy Hour with complementary food can't be beat
The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities. It’s good for somewhere to sleep and close to public transport
Great choice to stay here. Very convenient, good location, nice room. Staff is very friendly .
We stayed only one night, but we loved the hotel. The two ladies in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond of our expectation. Room was comfortable and clean
The professionalism of the staffs, the welcoming hospitality and the way they make it personalized, the stay just turns out great! I really loved the touch with a welcoming postcard with my name, information about my stay and the willingness of the staffs to make my stay memorable and good

You could tell they genuinely enjoyed their work and took pride in providing excellent service
Very good location, very good service, excellent breakfast.
Everything is good, except the air condition that turn on/off by their time, not from the room.
This hotel and its fabulous employees and excellent service was the highlight of my trip
After a brutal day of cancelled flights and changed reservations, we were able to check in early after staff quickly and effectively cleaned our room (early check in is an extra fee and call to confirm), book some time at the lovely and relaxing spa (private for just us!), and enjoy a lovely and peaceful stay in our gorgeous room

The location of this hotel is good in that you can walk to most of the major nearby tourist hotspots. You can ask the front desk to help you reserve tickets for those tourist spots, I
During our recent visit to Florence, we had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Firenze, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff provided exceptional service and had great knowledge of the area
Absolutely fantastic. Real 5 star glamour. Room was clean, quiet and incredibly comfortable. Staff were amazing and really looked after us. The G&G restaurant was the best dinner we had in Florence. A must!
Wonderful experience of Florence at a top class hotel where all the team had great knowledge and excellent customer service. Big call out to Larissa for wonderful breakfast service.
The service staff is enthusiastic, the equipment is a bit old, but overall it is good and recommended.

Initially we were worried we were far out of the city as our taxi cost e40 but we soon found out about the local number 12 and 13 buses outside the hotel! We also enjoyed a couple of walks downhill and uphill approx 20mins!
The staff was excellent, with Sabina being there for us every day and the lovely Elena ensured that we were completely comfortable. Hello from Mary and Nicola Toronto Canada 🇨🇦
We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. The nights were quiet and peaceful here
The bread was really gorgeous. In addition we enjoyed a tasty light lunch also in the garden. Our room was spacious but we really missed the mosquito-net. Nice and helpful staff made our day enjoyable
This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast

This is one of the best hotels in the world. The staff are amazing, so helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was top quality, top comfort, including the bed, the linens, the shower, the breakfast
The Place is top notch! The linens, products, service, and food were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The seating areas in lobby and café were beautiful. I would choose to stay at the Place on every visit!
There are lovely touches such as offering a stocked and free minibar and beautiful brass physical keys that you can just leave at the front desk when you go out. And speaking of going out, the location is perfection
Another amazing stay at The Place . Super friendly professional service , very elegant rooms with stunning view over the square and the church ! Breakfast was excellent with many choices , sweet and sour .
Special thanks to Slywia, Marina, and Alejandro for their warmth and incredible service. The Aperol Spritz was perfection, and the croissants were the best we’ve had anywhere in Europe
The hair dryer is a Dyson, which is a very friendly detail for ladies. The food in the restaurant is also good, the tableware is also beautiful, and the service is very thoughtful

There were cracks on bathroom tiles that were haphazardly grouped. There were also water-stained ceiling & walls. Breakfast buffet, though, was very good. They had a varied selection of food & drinks
Maria at the front desk was an absolute standout - amazingly friendly and a blast to chat with! She recommended two wonderful restaurants that were close by that proved to be excellent in their own ways
All staff I encountered were excellent. The location is great - close to excellent transit and fairly easy walking distance to the heart of Florence
We'll be staying here again when we return to Florence and I would easily recommend this hotel for travellers looking to be close to the action but preferring a quieter and calmer stay than being directly in the city centre
Rooms are very well appointed, breakfast is great and the location is within a 1-1 1/2 km walk to most key sights in the city, but also right on the tram line in case walking isn't desired
It's what I would call a "boutique" hotel in an older building. The room I was in showed slight wear, but this did not detract from my experience and the property was otherwise immaculate

The security system in the hotel is good and rather peaceful. Staff are excellent with good knowledge of The city of Florence. The Duomo (see Pic) is about 10mins walk from the hotel
For instance, just outside the hotel, less than a min walk, a Chinese no frills restaurant provides a good Asian spread of Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese Ramen and fusion at competitive prices
Location is excellent, just 5 min from train station, so no need to walk a lot to hotel with your heavy luggage. Can also take a rest during the day as it is very close to Dumo
The room is not big, but it’s clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern, and the shower has good water pressure. It’s a great value-for-money hotel—highly recommended!
Hotel was very clean even three stars hotel but there were bottles of water in fridge we were satisfied that’s nice I mentioned like this because I and my friends went to Rome stayed in 4 stars hotel but there was no anything to drink and room wasn’t quiet clean like hotel Cosimo in Florence we loved this hotel if we visited Florence again we would stay in Hotel Cosimo De’ Medici again certainly

Great location, good breakfast, poor soundproofing, friendly and helpful staff
Very close to attractions and train station, the room is large and comfortable, the only downside is that you have to walk up half a flight of stairs before you can get to the elevator
The breakfast is not bad~simple and delicious, and please note that there is no elevator
It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. You can go straight to the river and go to the Uffizi. The Church of the Flowers, the Central Market, and the famous shopping street are all about 10 minutes away

Fantastic location, a stones throw from duomo and the heart of florence. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a good selection. Very comfortable beds and big room on 5th floor
Older hotel that is well situated in downtown Florence with walkable destinations. It is a bit difficult to find, but good place. The rooms were very spacious and the bed comfortable
We really liked the window shades since they blocked the room out entirely. I think there are likely nicer places to stay in town but this was a good, clean solid place
Excellent cute boutique hotel with good breakfast in central Florence with great service, clean comfy room , blow dryer , laundry , walking distance from everything restaurants, attractions , shops - We will definitely return in the near future !
It is a very nice hotel with good size, clean rooms, helpful & polite staff and great breakfast. But what makes it uncompetable is its perfect location. They also help for parking place
If you ask, even in a very qualified way, for restaurant recommendation, they will send you to a good place

The location is good; the train station and several other major attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The room is small, and the towel rack is too high.
The front desk was helpful anytime we asked for recommendations (at 10pm in search of the best panini for the win!). Overall a great place to stay
The best location you can get in Florence! ♥️ just don’t book the rooms in the innermost part bcos there is no wifi. The best room is 107 for solo travelers like me 😊
We spent nearly a week at Hotel Galileo in December. I booked through AA’s rewards program with miles and that platform is a little different than others when it comes to communicating with hotels
However, Hotel Galileo had wonderful communication with us. We were arriving by train from Rome and they were able to confirm the correct stop for us
When we arrived, they immediately upgraded our room at no additional charge. The room was charming and comfortable

I’d pay double for what you get here. The facilities are great, everything clean, comfortable beds and furnishings, and I felt very safe and welcomed
The staff and owners are all very professional hit at the same time warm and friendly. I was grateful to choose this place to rest after many days exploring the local area
Decent hotel with 24/7 front desk located in the 3 Rd floor of the building. There is a small elevator in the building. The staffs are helpful. The breakfast was ok, not great.
Decent hotel for a short stay in Florence. Perhaps I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay due to lack of comfort and noisy location. The standard double room is quite small with only a bare minimum of furniture
The room was clean, the bed was OK and the breakfast was decent. BUT the rooms were not sound isolated at all, from 6 am people were closing the door and it sounded like the door of our room was open
The bathroom was extremely extremely small and made taking a shower a horrible experience

The breakfast has amazing ingredients and that was a treat every morning I was looking forward to. Then the hotel restaurant is five star. The dishes we had were both creative good portions and delicious
Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Classy hotel with a great view of florence. The hotel has a stunning garden and terrace, some of the room balconies overlook that space
Absolutely wonderful both the hotel and the restaurant! I booked this hotel for our belated honeymoon trip and my wife and I agree that this is the best place we have stayed at in many years
Note that the hotel area is serene and quiet, not suitable if you're looking for a wild time The hotel is right outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet close enough to walk to the center
There is a shuttle service to the centre and back for those who do not wish to walk. It costs around 8€ to get from the hotel to the city center The room is spacious, clean, and feels very authentic
Finally the staff is awesome very friendly, eager to help. The shuttle service to Florence is nice. Very nearby you have the michelangiolo plaza from which you have even better views of Florence

Since I was badly hurt and unable to leave Florence, I needed to extend my stay. The staff understood my situation and upgraded my room to a more spacious one, which made it much easier for the doctors to visit me
The body lotion, frequently mentioned in other reviews, was indeed excellent – a reputable Italian brand provided daily
I was traveling alone in Florence, and unfortunately, on the last day of my planned stay, I sprained my ankle badly on the street
The breakfast was good; the server even came over to ask what kind of coffee I'd prefer. If your budget allows, I'd recommend booking a larger room, as the economy room is truly tiny
Unsure of what to do, I returned to the hotel to ask for help, at least for some ice to treat the injury. The staff were supportive, even though my stay had ended

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Rome. The location is super convenient, and the triple room we booked was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too.
Excellent! The room was very spacious, and the TV was a Samsung 7-series, which allowed us to watch Netflix.
Pleasant stay and excellent hospitality from the staff. There is construction going on the first floor. Which we were not informed prior to stay there’s reduced breakfast time and vibrating noise during business hours
The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to walk to major attractions like the Duomo and Accademia Gallery, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives the area a relaxed, authentic feel
