This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Rome. The location is super convenient, and the triple room we booked was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too.

The balcony wasn't furnished with a table and chairs as shown in the pictures. I chose the room without breakfast, but there's a bakery nearby, which is convenient

I also felt it was quite safe, and they offered complimentary cookies and coffee. The apartment is a bit old, but it was very warm, not cold at all in winter, thanks to the heating

There was a communal tea bar with self-service amenities such as biscuits, coffee and tea bags, and a kettle. Compared to other hotels I stayed at, this was a good value for money option

The hotel is a little hard to find, but it's clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the train station and popular attractions, and the surrounding area has excellent amenities.

The location near SMN station was excellent, and we were warmly welcomed by the very kind owner. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea

He also sent many links to recommended restaurants and bars on WeChat, and the ones we tried were genuinely good. I'll definitely come back next time

I stayed here with my mother for two nights, and it was a very warm and welcoming experience. It made my first trip to Florence an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable memory. Franco’s service was outstanding

The streets nearby aren't the cleanest and there were a few homeless people sleeping rough near. Large groups of non-local ethnicities gathered early evening and it didn't feel as safe walking back to the hotel

The hotel is right next to the main train station which is great if you are making day trips elsewhere however it does mean there are a lot more crowds to navigate when trying to walk further into Florence

Hotel Paris exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were pretty high. It included A/C, a sitting room, good-sized bathroom, giant stone fireplace (non-working), and beautiful old furniture and chandelier

Excellent central location with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was a buffet style and tea/coffee was available in the dining room 24 hours a day. Room was comfortable and the building had lots of charm

All the staff at this hotel were very professional and always helpful with any questions we had! The hotel is in a busy but good location that is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops

If this is your first time to Florence, then Hotel Paris is the perfect spot. , the Duomo -- are within easy walking distance. Countless restaurants and cafes are close by. Banking and shopping is nearby, too

Excellent boutique hotel in Florence. Rooms were spacious, very clean and the nights were quiet. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options and wait staff were very friendly. Cocktail bar was excellent and food was delicious

The room is not big but the view is amazing. I will stay here again next time I go to Florence. It's great. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I love the river water of the Old Bridge.

Hotel Balestri was great, the concierge staff were extremely helpful. We stayed from 21 to 25 Sept. We had a big problem with luggage going missing at the airport and the concierge was so good at helping us deal with it

Would give 5 stars but the room lacked space and the lighting system was difficult to navigate. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast buffet was very good

The location is very good, just a few minutes from the train station. A family of 4 was given two rooms, the rooms are not big, but the minibar is all free and replenished every day, which is very good.

Went in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is quite high, but the wireless is terrible, there is no network in the room, you can check in early, it is quite close to the train station, not far from the attractions, and there are many Chinese restaurants on the road next to it

The only drawback is that there are probably too many restaurants around, and you can smell the smell of cooking in the restaurants in the morning and evening

The location is great! It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. And they are all reached quickly within a straight line

We opted for the tour and picnic bundle and have enjoyed enormously. The staff is extremely well prepared and speaks in many languages, so you won’t have any problems. Last but not least, the wine is amazing.

Also had their A/C turned off because apparently it got cool at night so they just said to open the windows. But mosquitos would enter if I did that, so I found that suggestion weird. But a nice stay for a great price!

The hotel is in the city center near the train station. It is a 5-8 minute walk from the train station and a 3-5 minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore

The disadvantage is that the elevator is too small, but this is normal for old buildings. There is a true story between the hotel and Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa

If you've already made a reservation, please contact us in advance to get the password. The room window faces another restaurant and kitchen vents, and the fumes are strong, so the windowsill cannot be opened

Hotel has a quaint charm, it is a 30 minute walk from the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the best views in Florence at Michelangelo Point. The staff are always friendly and happy to help

This hotel does things in a very traditional manner. The team is kind and friendly, and you feel more like staying at a friend's house than like being in a hotel. It would be my first choice if I ever return to Florence

This a three story Villa in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Florence. It is family run, mom and dad plus three brothers. The rooms with terrace views have a commanding view of Florence and the Duomo

Rooms were a good size for our family of 4. (toilet and shower were a bit tight, but not uncomfortable. Water pressure was good, and gets very hot

Our room was perfect for 4 of us. Lots of noise from outside during the night, some nearby residents were partying a good part of the night and then trash collection started just as they went to bed

But we were there only one night so it didn't matter much. Breakfast was good (since it was included in our rate) but you can find a lot out and about too

We had an excellent stay at hotel Albergo in Florence. The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the train station to walk and a 5 mins walk to just about every attraction you can imagine

This is my 3rd time staying at Albergo Firenze. It is a typical city hotel with an extraordinary staff. You can’t beat the location with plenty of great restaurants near by. It is clean, comfortable and never disappoints

Good location, very close to the station, Central Market, and Florence Cathedral; Regarding the lobby design, you have to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs on the 0th floor before you can take the elevator, which is not very user-friendly; breakfast is 18 euros per person, which is not cost-effective; the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and proficient in Italian and English

Our only solution was to leave the window open in the bathroom (furthest away from us) and close the one directly near the bed. Thankfully, we are both good sleepers, so it wasn't too much of a bother at the end the day

They arranged a doctor to visit and take out the splinters and give me treatment and also arrange the room for longer so I could rest. This warmth will definitely make us repeat customers

Walkable to the main sites and train station. We were three friends in a tripple room and were quite happy. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room had a terrific view. Very friendly and helpful front desk

Very strategic Hotel in Florence, good services from Staff and nice Hotel room. I am wonder why it just deserve a 3 star for now. It shall be at least 5 stars hotel for me.

The hotel also feels very secure. My only gripe (minor) is the pillows were flat as a board. They could benefit from addressing that. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Pendini - and would stay again!

My single room in de rose hotel was really nice for me as a traveller. This hotel was one of the best things I chose in Florence. As far as you see the photos I took, the breakfast is just awesome
