Counter service took a little longer waiting to check-in for room readiness.
Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min.
We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour.
Breakfast was good and the wait staff were awesome people, not at all like the reception/courtesy desk.
The location was exactly what we needed (it's walking distance to most attractions and tours). However, the rooms had some shoddy repairs. The shower sprayed water everywhere due to an ill fitting door and showehead that pointed at it. Though, there's large 1cm caulking all around the shower. Some smaller things like black spots on grout, trim nails not hammered flush here and there, etc.
