We stayed here via air BnB. Lovely room with high ceilings and some charm.

I had read that was very noisy but to be honest I have not noticed all this mess, there is also to consider the fact that it is in the city centre for the evening on the weekends, it is normal for the streets there is people making noise until late

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and are clean. The bed is a wonder, a pity of the noise in the bathroom and poor ventilation of this. For the rest, the hotel is right in relation to the price paid

Well since we are only staying 1 night for our holiday it's a good chill hotel that has that old vibe to it also the wifi is great best iv seen in a hotel. 4 star because there can be improvement

The floor had recently been renovated so much so that we had a small hitch with the shower in which, seeing that we were the first customers and they still had not opened the water valves

We had booked a double room (only 66€ per night) and to our great surprise, we found a room (just renovated) with a double bedroom and a single room, in which we placed our little dog

Beautiful old Tuscan home with gorgeous grounds including olive groves and a pool. Marco went above and beyond to help

He ordered taxis for us, suggested which buses would take us to the various Florence landmarks,helped carry our heavy suitcases up to our room and even organised an early breakfast for us as we were leaving before the scheduled breakfast time

Super positive experience, welcoming comfortable structure in 10-15 minutes you are in Florence, room in my opinion beautiful, clean and equipped with minibar, kettle, TV, bathtub, very heated environment, comfortable bed, working Wi-Fi, very good breakfast with many small choices

Wonderful place to stay when you are going to visit Florence or just want to relax and enjoy the romantic place with breathtaking views

Stepping out of the car, you feel transported into a classic Italian movie. Friendly check in, great local recommendations by Marco, last thing to do is hit the pool

The decoration and hall of the former nobles are preserved, but from the perspective of sleep, the old house is also a flaw. At night, there will be the sound of street cars and the impact of walking on the wooden floor

Fortunately, there are few people in the off-season, and it is not recommended to stay in the peak season, but if you particularly like art or the feeling of old money, it is recommended to try one night, it will be worth it

Although there are not many exhibits, the building itself is a small palace. The service staff is very warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are also very good. New coffee beans are added every day

And although there are not many kinds, it is clean and delicious breakfast. It is expensive, but I was very satisfied with the hotel. If I come to Florence, I will definitely stay here again

The family has existed for almost a century and is also very close to the Medici family, the first family in Florence. The house is really old, as if you live in the last century

Beautiful hotel on the banks of the Arno river. Two steps from the Tramway and from the park of the cascine. If you can get in every part of Florence, even on foot or bicycle. Them near the hire.

A hidden treasure with sublime staff and lofts. Original, lovely and trusted. Best place where to stay also for one night.

It's great for a night or two, but if you want to stay longer the distance to the town gets a bit annoying. If Florence hadn't banned Uber or had decent public transport that would really not be a problem

Bicycles are available for the guests, so that one is in 10 minutes in the center

From getting taxis, to recommendations in town, to a wonderful cooking class across the courtyard - it was a perfect place to be near all that Florence and Tuscanny has to offer, while still a quiet family setting

We enjoyed a private cooking class with Sylvia. It was amazing, we prepared a 3 course meal, enjoyed a local bottle of wine and she gave us the recipes so we can make them when we get home

From arrival to departure, we received a very warm welcome! We stayed 2 days and 1 night. The room was very fragrant and elegant! But at the same time you could breathe in the whole Florentine atmosphere

The centre of Florence is a short drive or bus away, there's a supermarket (and bus stop) a 10 minute walk away, if that's your sort of thing, or you can just relax at the hotel in perfect luxury

She answered all of our questions, and gave us great information about the local area

Most of us choose to take the stairs because the stairs are also very beautiful. The traditional key security door has three locks when it comes to the door, and it takes three turns to fully lock it

This apartment hotel has better privacy, a large jacuzzi, and simple kitchen supplies. It feels safer than the hotel in Florence.

The online registration procedure is actually very simple, just take a photo of your ID and upload it. You will be given a link later to pay the city tax

But if you cook food with oil smoke or strong smell, it is best to open the window for ventilation, otherwise it will trigger the smoke alarm. We just made a Haidilao self-heating pot and it triggered the alarm

Apparently there was free bike rental as well but I didn't use it. The only negative was that the place echoes and on our first floor room it could be a bit noisy (noise probably doesn't carry on the other floors though)

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Florence. The property is secure and easy to access, with a coded gate for both cars and pedestrians—very convenient and simple to use

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a wonderful shower cubicle that had plenty of room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable

Anytime I had any question, I got a response almost immediately, and their advice and hospitality were incredible. Best landlords in Florence I will book with them again the next time I come

I also loved the electronic shutters on the balcony and bathroom windows—they completely block out the morning light, making the room pitch black for a great night’s sleep

Cinzia was amazing over WhatsApp, providing clear instructions and helpful tips, while Valeria welcomed me warmly in person and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay

Lorenzo and Alessandro were amazing hosts! The room was very nice. Alessandro gave us good recommendations while we were in Florence, and Lorenzo helped us book some tours and reservation tickets to museums

He also called us taxis when we needed them. The breakfast cafe was amazing. We opted to enjoy the spa, which was great. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I would stay here again in Florence!

This property was great. However I used ******* to rent this and I will never use them again unless it is through AARP. They were of no help in reaching the property, and getting arrangements made.

Gr8 place The room was so awesome. Windows open to the plaza and amazing views of Firenze. The tub in the room was fun to take a bath in and hear the chatter of the crowds on the plaza.

Beds are very comfortable and rooms are a decent size

The neighborhood is residential and charming, the room window opens onto the wooded Florentine hills, there is no shortage of cleanliness and good hospitality, but the complex leaves a stale impression

The geographical environment is excellent, facing the Pitti Palace, there are many restaurants on the street, and you can reach various attractions in Florence within 25 minutes on foot!

One of our favourite hotels ever! It was like staying and living like the old Pitti family back in the day. The rooms were huge, simply huge and we loved the original frescos in them

Excellent hotel opposite the Medici Palace, Palazzo Pitti - the very center, located in the ZTL zone, but you can come by car and they themselves park in the parking lot for 30 euros per day, an old building, but there is an elevator, I took a two-room suite with two toilets, everything is renovated in very good condition, the ceilings and walls are painted with frescoes!

I want to specially commend Letizia from the front desk who has given us everything we could possibly need and was so nice and very kind. I'd stay here again! My parents stayed at the Imperial suite and loved it as well!

The location is just opposite the Pitti Palace and very close to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel design is beautiful and the facilities are of high quality

Had a wonderful time at Piazza Pitti Palace in May 2016. We were a group of 4 and occupied 2 rooms. My wife and I stayed at il Pittino room which is their biggest suite (an apartment really) and it was awesome

Very good restaurants in the street (Angiolino top), Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace 10 minutes away. Parking organized by the hotel. Only (very small) downside, a little noise in the street until midnight (bar)

The view of the Arno is calming and to die for. The bed is comfy and the shower pressure perfect

First off, the room is enormous so it’s perfect for getting ready if you have friends, beauticians and stylists coming in to help you prepare. There’s a fridge and coffee maker too

The location is 15 minutes far from the city center, could it be nearest, but that's not a big problem because the room is wonderful, there is lots of space, including a balcony, the bed is great and the bathroom is good

The location was about 15’ from the busy city Center and all the attractions and the tram and bus stops reachable within few minutes to take you directly to the airport or the highest city viewpoints

During our 5-day stay, the hotel didn’t change the bedsheets nor the pillow cases. One day, they forgot to give us clean towels; another day, they forgot to empty the trash cans

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station

The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room

However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright

Hotel was located in a very convenient location. It is a 5-10min walk from all major attractions as well as the main train station. Lots of cafes and restaurants along the streets/alleyways

Room was comfortable and clean. Owner was also very helpful and friendly

Everything in the room was very comfortable and convenient: perfectly working A/C that we were able to control, plenty of electrical outlets to plug in our devices, spacious and comfortable bed, easy key card access into the building and room, and a decent-sized shower

We did not stay in this hotel but we would like to leave a good review anyway. We booked a room, but could not come to Florence because we lost our car keys to the ocean the night before our supposed arrival

just a couple minutes walking distance from the Ponte Vecchio, but just outside of the overly busy city center. The room was incredibly clean and ultra modern. it appeared newly renovated and decorated

The only inconvenience that I found was that this place is cash only. they do not accept credit cards. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is no breakfast prepared at the hotel itself

We contacted the host and he was very understanding and we could cancel the room without any charges very last minute. Also before the contact to the host was very friendly and supportive

Florence Firenze Suite had a great view of Piazza and minutes walk from Florence’s main museums and cathedrals. Comfortable bed and clean En suite bathroom. Having a bathtub was a bonus too

Continental breakfast with great pastries and good coffee too. Very courteous and helpful staff and good video directions right to the room, something not given by many hotels!

The location is in a main square and very easy to get to all the primary sites. The hotel is in a 600-year old building so very quaint but we enjoyed staying there

The only negative was that it is advertised with "laundry" as an amenity, but there is no laundry and we needed to walk a few blocks for a self service

Perfect location for getting around Florence and needing to come back. The staff completed the experience, straight from the get go we were given top service

The place is basically a large apartment with a nice kitchen and a few large rooms each fitted with AC, modern shower, balcony, TV and fridge

Very good location, close to the train station and 15 min walk to the main attractions of the city. The owner is pleasant and helpful

There is some street *parking* available and, just over the bridge, there is a large city paid underground parking

The room is 20' walk from the centre of Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is Italian style, sweet and there is a good choice

The only downside is that the building overlooks a main road quite busy even at night
