We were a set of three people and stayed for two nights. Everything was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast had enough diversity and was good too
The bedroom is a bit on the smaller side but it's perfectly fine if you're only there to sleep 👌🏻
Vera nice small hotel. Good services. ++++
+ Rooms are ok, good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, breakfast is included, the price is really adequate - limited amount of shampoo so you cannot take shower twice a day even if it's +40 outside
Looks like that rooms are cleaned only if it's asked (out was not when we came back and we had to ask shampoo on reception), the room next to the reception has bad noise isolation
Stay was good, friendly staff. Breakfast nothing special. Location not great but not far from city center. Overall good but not exactly worth the price

Brilliant room. Fantastic views from the top. Brilliant owner. The only downside is that it took us an hour to find the place. Only had a small plaque outside. Well worth it tho.
Clean spacious room. Decent Breakfast. There is an exit to the terrace where you can eat and from where gorgeous views of Florence. 4 floor without Elevator.
Nice and cheap place to stay, close to everything. Great view from roof terrace. One star off is because it is on 4th floor and there is no elevator.
Central location, convenient for those arriving by train from the s. maria novella train station. A 15-minute walk from the places of greater interest. Friendly staff. Rooms with rustic taste.

We stayed here for three nights, booked last minute as we had a problem with what was meant to be our original accommodation. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. The room had all the essentials and was clean
The hotel is a short walk from the historic centre, about 20 minutes, but alternatively there’s a few buses to the train station. The area is central yet quiet, perfect location in my opinion
The breakfast, which was included, was actually really good, loved the little croissants and also the variety of choices. Coffee and tea was available all day as well
Staff very helpful, explained many minutes for me with weak Italian skills how to access to hotel at night. Good location, 5-10 min walk to pedestrian zone
It was a simple place with really good personal. Friendly and good service. Breakfast was great, more then I expected. Shower could have been better but was enough. I would visit again
Great price in a good location. But the rooms have the atmosphere of a boarding school in the sixties. experience. I showered next to an air conditioner drain pipe...

With the building only having a very small elevator, those with large luggage may have to take a few trips up and down to the floor where the check-in desk is for the actual hotel (a few other floors are used for "rentals", some managed by the hotel)
The hotel location, the cleanliness, the safety and the staff, especially Nadia, was great. There’s a lift in the building, the room was clean and a decent size
While we were tempted by the on-site breakfast, we knew we would not be ready on time as we would still be adjusting to the time difference, and also had to be at a designated meeting spot for a tour by a specific time
We quickly figured out the AC and while there was an extreme heat warning outside, the room was comfortable overnight with the AC on. The bathroom might be the least impressive part of the room
Furniture in the room is minimal, simple, and old - but then again, our goal was just to visit the city and have a nice clean room for one good night of sleep and the hotel delivered
Staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful, providing basic orientation of the property and the area that we were in, and some of the add-on services offered by the hotel

This B&B is pretty much in the heart of the city, and is a quick 15min walk from the train station (Santa Novella) and two blocks from the Catthedral The rooms are average in size and very quite and very clean
I can't go back to this beautiful place...! The soggiorno la Pergola brings you back to live in the Florentine renaissance...! Fabulous place!! Massimo was charming and super helpful!! THANKS TO THE NEXT!!!⚜
Atmospheres of other times in the heart of romantic Florence. Between antique furniture, statues and historical posters of the famous teatro della Pergola, you seem to relive the sensations now lost
A special mention to the extremely friendly service at the reception
Thanks to careful management of the Maximum you feel at home

I heartily recommend to everyone, great location, affordable and the maximum value of the lady at the front desk (Natalia) is infinitely helpful. :-)
(15th Century building!) The woman who was on the desk, Nadia, was amazing! We were made to instantly feel at home. She was genuinely caring and interested and made you feel that she was only there for you
(Hi Nadia, from Bob n' Robin in Canada!) The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. It had a small desk and chair plus sometimes weak wi-fi (much improved in the lobby) but it was all we needed
This hotel is only reachable via quite a few stair cases so consider if you can carry your luggage from the street. Room was clean and well kept with a decent breakfast in the morning
We really lucked out when we found the Hotel Elite. It was exactly what we wanted. Affordable, close to everything that was of interest to us in Florence and historical to boot
It was a very short walk to and from the train/bus station which was a bonus and an easy walk to Uffici Gallery, Duomo, Ponte Veccio and all the magic that the city offers

We arrived late and Elena was very concerned with our well being, we spoke a few minutes then she invited us to have dinner with her at a restaurant that was a 10 minute walk, A walk was just what we needed after driving in Florence, not at all similar to U
My wife and I spent July 14-15 at Ape Rosa, Florence. A majestic old villa decorated in period decor. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the dining room or garden are splendid choices
Hilltop Villa Hotel The setting is quiet and beautiful, with free parking. The rooms are classic and a bit dated, but full of character. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.
Wonderful place with kind people. Awesome starting point to explore Florence. Thanks to the nice team caring of beautiful Ape Rosa Relais villa, it was the best holiday in Italy for us.
Food is prepared on site, Wonderful variety to dine on. Elena our host is gracious and helpful with booking tours of Florence
We highly recommend APE ROSA when you visit Florence

The geographical environment is excellent, facing the Pitti Palace, there are many restaurants on the street, and you can reach various attractions in Florence within 25 minutes on foot!
One of our favourite hotels ever! It was like staying and living like the old Pitti family back in the day. The rooms were huge, simply huge and we loved the original frescos in them
Excellent hotel opposite the Medici Palace, Palazzo Pitti - the very center, located in the ZTL zone, but you can come by car and they themselves park in the parking lot for 30 euros per day, an old building, but there is an elevator, I took a two-room suite with two toilets, everything is renovated in very good condition, the ceilings and walls are painted with frescoes!
I want to specially commend Letizia from the front desk who has given us everything we could possibly need and was so nice and very kind. I'd stay here again! My parents stayed at the Imperial suite and loved it as well!
The location is just opposite the Pitti Palace and very close to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel design is beautiful and the facilities are of high quality
Had a wonderful time at Piazza Pitti Palace in May 2016. We were a group of 4 and occupied 2 rooms. My wife and I stayed at il Pittino room which is their biggest suite (an apartment really) and it was awesome

the hotel have an old fashion look wich i think is pretty cool. The pool area is big but could be better since most og the sunbeds lies on a small hilside with dirt as ground
Beautiful place, great service and a super chill pool with kiosk. Couldn't have asked for anything else!
but if you look past that, the pool area is great, it may have the best view over Florence, of all the hotels in Florence (see the pictures)
Adoravle, quiet place with an incredible view over all of Florence including the Duomo. We skipped our next destination and extended our stay up at Rondini because we loved it so much
The restaurant is very expensive and you don't get much for the money, but a 10min drive could take you to the restaurant called Zocchi wich is great and cheap. The breakfirst was ok but nothing more than that
and even though the hotel say it is free, you have to pay a "toll" (4€ pr. Day) to stay at the hotel, wich covers the breakfirst and order things

For a 2 star hotel, it was amazing! Everything is cozy and homey, the staff is very kind, breakfast was great and everything was clean
Noise is a bit problematic, but we didn't have issues with that because it was just people's voices, nothing else
Very good location. Rooms are also good. Staff responsive. And there was no fault with breakfast either.
such a nice place the managment was so good.
The good: nice breakfast, very good location and above all; extremely friendly and helpful staff. The not-so-good: cold water, room without windows and no parking (despite them advertising parking on booking
Still 4 starts because it was really good for the price!

Friendly staff, beautiful place, simple but clean. Great for school groups and business meetings. It is also easily reachable from the city centre with bus 7---bus stop within 2 minutes from hotel-
Very friendly and helpful staff. Only a 10-15 minute bus ride away from Florence. Rooms were very clean and very decent for the price per night. Small bathroom but big enough with toilet, bidet, shower and washing table
Tasty and varied breakfast (could use a bigger variety of buns if I need to nitpick). You can even buy bus tickets at the hotel. Would definitely come here again when visiting Florence
I am updating here for a course of three weeks. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast is included in the price and is very rich
Staff are really friendly, rooms are quite small though. There's a nice continental breakfast and views over the hills of Florence
The area is outside the city, but there are a few restaurants in walking distance (uphill)

It was a last-minute change in plan to stay in Florence instead of Rome for the new year. We were lucky to find this hotel near Santa Maria Novella train station for less than what the other hotels were asking for
Basic room, ideal if you're not planning on spending too much time in it. Shared bathroom and showers. Great location for budget restaurants, and about 10 mins walk from the major sites.
An important point to note that the hotel is on the third floor & the building does not have an elevator. You will have to carry your bags up on your own
Our room is one of the rooms that have a private bathroom. The room tends to get chilly at night despite having the heater on

Awesome apartment in Florence! Marco and Alessio /owners were so friendly, helpful and communicative! We had a welcome basket waiting filled with Espresso, treats, map, bag, etc… Beautiful decor, comfortable with a fantastic location…we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
The service guy is very enthusiastic and considers the customers. The room was also very clean. The only drawback was that there was no elevator and you had to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall it is recommended
I stayed in three room types, penthouse suite, double room, and two-bedroom. The penthouse suite is a loft, with a top bedroom, lower bathroom and sofa bed. The double bedroom has two large beds + a sofa bed
These beautifully appointed apartments are located perfectly for getting around Florence, between Ponte Vecchio & Ponte Santa Trinita. A short walk to all the main historical sites, restaurants and shopping
Or at least can cover it up with a piece of beautiful Italian tablecloth, also there was no placemats for plates. Overall it’s a decent property located in strategic area of Firenze, near to everything
We stayed in the Aranci apartment which was spacious with a nice kitchen, dining table, gorgeous 4 poster bed and a separate small bedroom upstairs. The bathroom was good and lovely toiletries

Room was clean, and the bed super comfortable with memory foam pillows, so we slept like babies. Delicious breakfast buffet in the quiet garden while you could still hear the buzz of the city's happy life
Superb hotel near everything downtown Florence. Our room was really special and huge, something rare to this city. All extremely clean and renewed, keeping the old-fashioned decor of this palace
The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the back terrace was so peaceful and lovely. If I’d spent more time in Florence, I think I could spend hours out there reading a book
Best place ever! Staff is so incredibly helpful. Breakfast options are great. Away from all the madness of central Florence, but still close to everything. We would definitely come back here
Absolutely loved this place. This will be the only place I ever stay when I come back to Florence. Thank you for such awesome staff, breakfast and great rooms.

Breakfast is a delight with local specialities and treats every day; you won't need lunch! Daniella and her team are a marvel, so welcoming and friendly and with a vast knowledge of the area and places to eat; definitely follow Daniella's recommendations for local traditional Tuscan restaurants! We cannot praise Palazzo Tolomei enough and will be returning soon
I stayed in the junior suite with a fresco painted in 1697, and it was a wonderful and well decorated room. The room was quiet at night, and i found it very comfortable, and slept well
Daniella is an wonderful host who went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. She made us feel like family
I was actually in the room when the May 2022 earthquake happened! I was leaving the room too early to be able to enjoy breakfast, so the staff very helpfully and considerately delivered some fruits and pastries for me to enjoy in my room in the early mornings
Beautiful space right in heart of Florence. Palace from the 15th century. Amazing staff, upgraded us as a surprise!! Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of local food to enjoy.

We had an excellent week long stay. Great location and quirky decor :) Had balcony overlooking the Arno River, very comfortable bed and great AC, access to refreshments all day and lovely apertifs every evening
Huge thanks to Francesco and Adriana who were so lovely and helpful - wonderful people make all the difference and helped make our trip very memorable
The hosts are friendly and accommodating and the view from the room is simply outstanding. Perfect base to explore this wonderful city. Get a room with the balcony and make the most of it

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was humongous, location was so central and they have a sister hotel 5 mins walk away with a small spa and apparently booking with bar one gets you free trips there - to yourself and a complimentary drink
Fantastic stay - home for a week and we were really happy with their service, facilities, decor. Location was fantastic - walkable to everything and just 2 minutes to duomo
Be One is the perfect Boutique Hotel. The staff treat us like royalty. They have thought of everything and each detail was perfect. Noel met us at our museum the first morning to check on us
Really enjoyed the great en-suite and shower pressure, daily offer of croissant and coffee at breakfast, and the professional level of their staff - always helpful and warm
Our stay at Be One was the best in Italy! We were warmly welcomed by Lea and asked if she could offer us anything to drink. She then sat with us and went over the highlights of the city on a map
We were so nicely welcomed and surprised to be upgraded to a Jr. Suite, which was beyond any of our expectations. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and supremely cleaned

We’d rate our stay at Villa Le Fontanelle a solid 4. 5 out of 5—but since there’s no half-star option, we’re going with a 5. The property is truly beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views over Florence
It has that quiet, magical Tuscan charm, and the whole environment feels intimate and private. The rooms were spacious and elegant, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay
That said, there are a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. First, breakfast was quite basic—not a lot of variety, and surprisingly, no fresh-squeezed orange juice
For a property of this level, we expected something more curated and premium. Second, the early checkout time (10:30 am) felt unnecessarily rushed
Appears popular for photo shoots (fashion) & weddings- one can see why; it is a supremely photogenic place. Very friendly & accommodating staff, plus a few big dogs that my 2 year old daughter fell in love with
Absolutely amazing property. The room was fantastic. The restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend staying at the Villa.

It feels like it takes less than 5 minutes on foot from Florence Santa Maria Novella Station! The city of Florence itself is not large, so it is close to Florence Cathedral, a representative tourist destination, and also close to Sintamaria Novella, which is one of the shopping lists in Italy
This small hotel on the second floor of a building in Florence is a hidden gem. It’s modern, spotless, and has all the essentials—quiet rooms, A/C, great breakfast, and incredibly friendly staff
Enjoying breakfast on the patio every morning was the perfect way to start the day
The room was very clean and large. It was very convenient to go anywhere. The handsome clerk was very nice. Although we didn't speak English, he patiently explained the supplies in the store and how to get in and out
Walk to everything! I loved it and would definitely stay again
The proximity to everything is great, it’s right next to the centre of the city and the train station. The views of the Duomo and Giotto Bell Tower from the balcony makes for incredible breakfast views
