Fabulous location that made it easy to walk to many of the best sites in Florence! Also a fabulous breakfast spread and they were happy to make special coffees upon request. I would highly recommend the Hotel Executive
The hotel is excellent from all perspectives — clean, tidy, and well maintained. It offers all the necessary services for solo travellers, and the single room was remarkably spacious
Stayed at Hotel Executive Florence in early July with my family of 4, and stayed in the suite. Everything about it was top tier, and made our stay in Florence all the more enjoyable
Large spacious rooms with everything we needed, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, and wonderfully kind staff. Couldn’t have had a better stay! Would highly recommend. Take a look at the view from our room!
The staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is also ideal, situated close to Santa Maria Novella and the Arno River. I highly recommend this hotel
Not far from the train station, only 5 minutes, if you know the right direction. Gym is good, WIFI reception was on and off. The Star of this hotel is the Manager

Best hotel I stayed at. The setting is romantic with the river right outside. The staff is helpful and professional. There is a pool here with a beuatiful view.
A former mill renovated with taste and class. The reception staff are very professional and friendly, and the rooms, all interiors, and outdoor spaces are very clean
A new pool, too small for the number of guests, was dug at the very end of the grounds and lacks the appropriate charm for the majestic building. - The portions during meals are truly meager compared to the price
- The only place where guests can gather outside in the evening is the bar terrace, which is located in the inner courtyard, around which there are also rooms accessible from the outside
The noise of chatter, laughter, etc. is really more than disturbing for sleeping. You should plan another, more isolated place on the beautiful grounds
Exelent Room and Breakfast buffet offered even not free. Exelent sunsetting and riverview.

Great apartment! Lots of space, clean, has a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, free Wi-Fi and a safe in the room. On arrival enjoy a little sweetness in the form of tea bags, coffee, cookies and cream in the fridge
stayed for 3 nights! we loved florence and enjoyed our 20-30 min walk back to the hotel. it’s 10- 15 walk to the station. neighborhood is not too crowded which is nice
The beds are good ( excellent mattresses) one real positif point is that the windows are new added with the climate system the inside temperature of the flat was very good and we sleep quiet
( outside 38 !! ) Other positif point is the parking inside a courtyard with a gate and camera ( really safe ) Around you can find nice and good pizzeria( 5 minutes to walk) and many other restaurants
Firenze center and the high lights to visit are around 20 minutes by walk We really appreciate this residence for our 5 day stay. The price is not excessif compare to other
The room is big, the facilities are OK, the service attitude is very good, they help to book a taxi, provide travel information, etc

Convinient location with train station to main square/ Firenze S. train station right outside the hotel. Nice large, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff friendly and courteous
Location is good if you don't mind a short bus ride to the city centre. Be aware you will go all the way like in a sadines can. The hotel is what you would expect from a new executive hotel
The hotel was well positioned outside the hustle and bustle of central Florence. We were travelling by train, so having the tram stop just across the road was very convenient
The room was a good size, the pillows wonderful and there was plenty of hot water for showers
Housekeeping was on top of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast options could include some more fresh cut fruits
Very specific attention to detail, professional service throughout from all the hotel employees. Really great breakfast -with hot food (bacon eggs, sausages) in addition to the normal continental breakfast

Superbly located and professionally operated. Our stay could not have been better. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Boboli Gardens was the best way to start the day
We loved the location which was very convenient for everything we did in Florence. The staff was wonderful and kind. Everything just exceeded our expectations
My fiance and I were both very impressed with our experience and felt pampered the entire time we were there. 10/10 recommend for any trip to Florence!!
Great experience. Friendly and accomplished staff, great breakfast, clean rooms and updated baths. Location couldn't have been better. Can't wait to visit again.
Comfortable bed in a clean, quiet room, in a wonderful location! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is helpful in every way
Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very centrally located (on a street with lots of shopping!) and is walking distance to all the big sights! Our room was perfect and the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and making sure our room was clean every day

All rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff is polite and professional. My review is very positive, and I also recommend it for the location. A few tram stops and you'll be in central Florence
The accommodation is quite convenient. It's close to the airport and I have an early flight, so it's more convenient to rush there.
The desk clerk -- pleasant and helpful -- suggested a restaurant that we could walk to, and stored our luggage for us. We had a nice Florentine pizza and headed back
Well - depends what are your expectations. It’s an Italian hotel which is always a little bit different than rest of Europe
But when we talk about Italian hotels it’s actually one of the better ones I did stay in Italy and I did stay in many of them
When I went to the front desk to get the key card fixed, find out what their number was -- turned out it was 9, who could have guessed? -- and report the AC problem, I found out the air conditioner had been shut off for the winter on October 1st, the day we arrived! When we opened the door to the balcony to let in some cool air the sound of the trains going by every three minutes was almost too much...

Really its staff is very well trained, looking to offer all in their hands so that you feel at home. Julio Cesar is a very professional one , as are all the people assisting him
The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, just steps away from top shopping, amazing restaurants, and a short stroll from the train station
We were in Italy for our Honeymoon! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had this hotel included in our Costco Travel package and we are so grateful to have had this hotel
We were unable to make breakfast one morning due to our tour, the staff offered us takeaway options and took so much care in doing so. Grazie mille for a wonderful experience for our Honeymoon!
An excellent central location within walking distance of all major attractions, combined with stunning interior architecture and exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable
Our Junior Suite was spacious, tastefully decorated, and featured a comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant

Too bad though that the chairs in the terrace were uncomfortable and rusty. The pool and hotel terrace view are much smaller than the pictures but they are well maintained
Great place lovely staff. Breakfast was good and a great selection. view from rooftop was excellent would go again
The breakfast area and outdoor area were beautiful and we wished it had been a bit warmer so we could enjoy the courtyard and the pool
We asked if we could change to one of the rooms we could see beside ours that had the same size deck with no roof over it but we were told (quite rudely) by the man at the front desk that we hadn't booked a room with a deck! Otherwise, the staff were very nice!
The "deck" was large enough for one person to step outside on - half of it was covered by a roof so, while there were two chairs on it, only one person could sit - the other would have been bending under a roof
We would come back again! On the slightly negative side, the room was hot but we had a door to a small step-out deck that allowed some air into the room - we slept with it wide open to give us some air flow

I had a 4:30 am cab to the airport and they even prepared me a breakfast box! I was just there for one night, but wished I had more time to fully take advantage of the beautiful terraces and indulge in a bodywork treatment
The price/performance ratio is unbeatable, the room is large and spacious, and the location is excellent, right in the center of the town. There is a large supermarket downstairs. Open the window to the snow view
I loved my stay at Antica Torre. The hotel was in a great location, adjacent to the very high-end luxury shopping and central enough to easily walk everywhere but not walk out onto a swarm of tourists
The 7th floor terrace where we had breakfast had a view of the river, the bridge and the Pitti Palace in the distance, which allowed us to feel the charm of Florence described by Xu Zhimo at a glance
The location is great, right at the bridgehead where Jay Chou took the photo of the Ponte Vecchio, and downstairs from the luxury street. Dior and Ferragamo are downstairs, and LV is 200 meters away
The Hammam suite is very spacious and relaxing after a day of walking. Great views from the rooftop, the drinks are not the best, but this can be expected from a hotel bar

And the service at the hotel was top notch! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable experience
Great hotel in the heart of Florence. It has a modern style decoration. It is good if you don’t enjoy very romantic and traditional decoration which is very common in Florence hotels. Bathrooms are particularly spacious
Hotel staff was very friendly and professional, provided us all the information for us to get around the city ! Rooms are a bit small but equipped with all we need, breakfast was lovely ! Will definitely return
Hotel is just perfect. The central location, the style, the staff, breakfast and beautiful rooms. I really enjoyed my stay there. The perfect hotel in the most beautiful city. Loved it ❤️
We slept like a dream! The breakfast was great, with a fantastic selection to start our days right. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area

This was the highlight of our trip. What a wonderful spot to stay and relax. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant serves the best food. There’s a pool and a small gym
The man who came was very nice and helpful and felt bad that we hadn't eaten and that the on-site restaurant was closed on Monday. Also, the pool we were really looking forward to, closed at dark
Wonderful place, in the hills of Florence... I recommend it to everyone
Whoever thought this up! In the evening in the hotel's restaurant, the Pergola di Milione, which unfortunately could only be reached from our hotel room via unlit paths, we were surprised at the hustle and bustle, mediocre service and a bit of unfriendliness
My daughter picked this hotel because we had been staying in the city and we were looking for something a little different. We missed our connection in Milan, due to mechanical problems on our initial train
The place is nice and pleasant to rest, but the rooms are terrifying. The beds are more than 50 years old and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. There is no daily cleaning service, very bad

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Grifone Firenze! Our stay at Grifone Firenze was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel right at home with their friendly smiles and professional service
The parking facilities were convenient and secure, making it easy for us to explore Florence without any worries. And of course, the swimming pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing
The hotel maintains excellent hygiene standards, and every space — from the rooms to the common areas — was spotless and well-kept. We also loved the variety of breakfast options, with something delicious for everyone
Plenty of space for our family of 4, lovely patio off of the room. Convenient location to the bus stop which connected us to the city center. Breakfast was yummy and had great beverage selection. Would stay again!
Location is also good, about 20–30 minutes’ walk to the city center, which for us was totally fine. The restaurant right next to the hotel was another highlight – fair prices, tasty food and very friendly waiters
We were not informed in advance about the sauna/spa fee (20€/pers) I understand why it’s not free (otherwise it would probably be too crowded), but still, some clear communication would have helped

For anyone seeking a blend of luxury, culture, and artistic flair, the Borghese Palace Art Hotel is a must-visit destination. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience that captures the very soul of Florence
The room is very clean, the breakfast is very good, the location is very good, the attractions can be reached on foot, and the breakfast is delicious. The steak in Florence is delicious, almost every restaurant is good
Well located right in the city center and buses pass right outside. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety. The streets are very noisy at night and you can hear everything, but that's not the hotel's fault.
The blend of historical elements with contemporary touches makes it feel both timeless and delightfully fresh. It’s the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Florence’s vibrant streets and iconic landmarks
Whether it's offering insider tips on the best local dining spots or assisting with travel arrangements, the staff’s genuine warmth and professionalism make your stay even more memorable

Since the moment of the booking Paul was super nice and as soon as we stepped in the hotel, we have been warmly welcomed Paul and Riccardo provided us with an amazing service and experience, food and drinks were amazing
The view it’s gorgeous, the quality of the food too and the people that work there are amazing. I have travelled a lot for work and I never had a positive and warm experience like this one
We visited the Salviatino for an aperitivo, after some friends that previously stayed there this summer, suggested us the location
We have been given a tour of the hotel followed by the explanation of the whole structure history

Hotel Ginori al Duomo is the one of the best hotels I have ever been to, the rooms were spacious, had a great view and overall excellent, the staff were very friendly and helped us find nearby restaurants and places of interest, most of which were within 10 minutes by foot, overall this is an excellent hotel if you are staying in Florence
We booked this place because it was close to the Duomo and it was pretty easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, they were very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed
Their breakfast each morning is excellent - the best we had in Italy. Restaurants and gelato were nearby - and we had an American king-sized bed (which you can't always find in Italy)
7 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, 4 person rooms are very clean, toilet and bathroom were newly built. We stayed with breakfast included, breakfast varieties are not very wide but it was enough for us
The receptionist who checked us in was very kind and helpful - as it was our first time visiting Florence, he provided us with a map showing all the key attractions, and marked out a route on the map for us to follow to begin exploring the city
Walking distance to the Duomo, train station, and a lot of other sights. Staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I feel it needs new hallway carpet and some touch ups here and there

The quality of the breakfast buffet was about average. Most of the hotels in Italy don’t focus much on making various types of eggs(boiled and scrambled) still, they have good choices and even a pancake maker machine
The room size, hygiene and facilities are all great. No card is required, the door lights and air conditioning are automatically turned on. The front desk staff is also very friendly and can store luggage for free
One side leads to the train station, and the other to the Medici Chapels and Basilica di San Lorenzo. It's very conveniently located near the heart of the historic city. The entire staff was incredibly friendly
What a thoughtful gesture! Much better than the sullen Italians at the tourist attractions. Our room wasn't in the same building as the reception desk, but in the building across from it
He explained how to get to the Medici Chapels, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Basilica di Santa Croce, the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and Piazzale Michelangelo

It was nice to be away from all the craziness and away from all the people in crowds at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for our honeymoon and they made it even more enjoyable by upgrading us to a beautiful room
Small and exquisite hotel, polite and warm reception. The toiletries are complete and easy to use, and the breakfast is rich. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence.
The room was large and the beds were comfortable. There is a shuttle to the city center at certain times. Overall, we were satisfied, we can stay here again when we come back.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is luxurious, clean and beautiful and about 10 minutes from the city center
A wonderful hotel! Convenient location, our room was clean and very cute. The views all around at the hotel are great! All the staff are very attentive and welcoming

Charming hotel, quietly located near the city center. Accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious. The staff is charming. Having breakfast in the garden is a real delight.
Great hotel in Florence! 24hr front desk, great breakfast with plenty of options, beautiful green space in the interior, plus nice sized room. Right by a bus stop and park. Mile walk to the Uffizi gallery.
The hotel has a lot of charm and the rooms are all unique. It’s in a great location and is close to excellent restaurants and main attractions. There’s a beautiful garden courtyard and staff was friendly

The place, the atmosphere, the room, the staff and the breakfast are extra ordinary. Only one thing could easily be Improved: Serve butter by breakfast😉 We really enjoyed our time in the centre of Firenze

This is such a fantastic hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was so quiet and clean with amazing aircon in each room. The building is secure and has a lift
