What a perfect experience for the first time in Italy ! Nestled in the heart of Florence, its proximity to all the wonders allows you to explore with just your feet, losing yourself in a maze of alleys, each one as beautiful as the next
Friendly and supporting staff, good quality rooms, nice view, good location to city centre. The only issue was the noise in the morning due to construction. Other than that, was a nice experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A huge plus for a European hotel was the excellent air conditioning in our room. There were a couple of tiny hiccups
The welcome was excellent, we never encountered any difficulties, from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception staff, as well as the Rooftop staff, were more than up to the task
A fantastic stay at Hotel Machiavelli! The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the train station and close to all the major attractions
We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony that had a stunning view of the Duomo, and a full moon made it absolutely magical for photos

Loved our stay at IQ Hotel Florence! The location couldn’t have been better, and the hydro plunge pool was such a treat after wandering around the city all day
Amazing rooms, and comfy bed! Lovely spa area! Lovely warm pool, just wish it was open longer! Thanks for a great stay!!
This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China
The only issue I had with this hotel would be the location, it is pretty far away from everything, if you want something more convenient, you should stay somewhere near the train station / shopping district.
Bit of a longer walk to the river. Tram stop right outside, which goes to the train station and airport! Lovely staff, we’re so kind and smiling! Free minibar was a bonus
The location is close to the attractions, but yet not too close to the noisy crowded environment, major tourist attractions within walking distance of 15-30 minutes

We stayed only one night, but we loved the hotel. The two ladies in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond of our expectation. Room was comfortable and clean
The professionalism of the staffs, the welcoming hospitality and the way they make it personalized, the stay just turns out great! I really loved the touch with a welcoming postcard with my name, information about my stay and the willingness of the staffs to make my stay memorable and good
Oh man, what a wonderful stay! I come from a culture where we say 'God comes in the form of guest' which means that we have a great hospitality culture, we treat our guests really well
I didn't expect that outside my country and culture but oh boy, was I wrong
Location is great, especially you are travelling from train station
The room was much bigger than I expected, the bathroom was also big, the amenities were really on point. To anyone travelling to Firenze, I strongly recommend this place

We spent four nights at this hotel celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this hotel made our visit to Florence! The hotel is quiet and situated in beautiful gardens with a pool
This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast
Initially we were worried we were far out of the city as our taxi cost e40 but we soon found out about the local number 12 and 13 buses outside the hotel! We also enjoyed a couple of walks downhill and uphill approx 20mins!
We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. The nights were quiet and peaceful here
The bread was really gorgeous. In addition we enjoyed a tasty light lunch also in the garden. Our room was spacious but we really missed the mosquito-net. Nice and helpful staff made our day enjoyable
The staff was excellent, with Sabina being there for us every day and the lovely Elena ensured that we were completely comfortable. Hello from Mary and Nicola Toronto Canada 🇨🇦

It's what I would call a "boutique" hotel in an older building. The room I was in showed slight wear, but this did not detract from my experience and the property was otherwise immaculate
Maria at the front desk was an absolute standout - amazingly friendly and a blast to chat with! She recommended two wonderful restaurants that were close by that proved to be excellent in their own ways
Rooms are very well appointed, breakfast is great and the location is within a 1-1 1/2 km walk to most key sights in the city, but also right on the tram line in case walking isn't desired
All staff I encountered were excellent. The location is great - close to excellent transit and fairly easy walking distance to the heart of Florence
Highlights are clearly the rooms themselves and the wonderful garden bar that you can enjoy for drinks before dinner
This was a great boutique hotel and we had a fantastic time staying here for three nights two weeks ago

Hotel was very clean even three stars hotel but there were bottles of water in fridge we were satisfied that’s nice I mentioned like this because I and my friends went to Rome stayed in 4 stars hotel but there was no anything to drink and room wasn’t quiet clean like hotel Cosimo in Florence we loved this hotel if we visited Florence again we would stay in Hotel Cosimo De’ Medici again certainly
Location! Location! Location! Literally, 10 min walk from station Restaurants, coffee shops and more right outside Main attractions within walking distance 15min or more Tea/coffee avail through day - 2bottles water daily Fridge in rm All major attractions within walking distance
To our surprise, the room was actually on the back side of the hotel and we were informed it was the largest room in the hotel! It was a large room with a loft and it was perfect! It had a heavy gated door so we were secure, and the courtyard it was in was extremely quiet and private
For instance, just outside the hotel, less than a min walk, a Chinese no frills restaurant provides a good Asian spread of Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese Ramen and fusion at competitive prices
Mcdonald is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Other Italian restaurants are found within 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. Though, this place is busy and bustly, it is rather safe to move around
The security system in the hotel is good and rather peaceful. Staff are excellent with good knowledge of The city of Florence. The Duomo (see Pic) is about 10mins walk from the hotel

The location is good; the train station and several other major attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The room is small, and the towel rack is too high.
We spent nearly a week at Hotel Galileo in December. I booked through AA’s rewards program with miles and that platform is a little different than others when it comes to communicating with hotels
However, Hotel Galileo had wonderful communication with us. We were arriving by train from Rome and they were able to confirm the correct stop for us
The front desk was helpful anytime we asked for recommendations (at 10pm in search of the best panini for the win!). Overall a great place to stay
When we arrived, they immediately upgraded our room at no additional charge. The room was charming and comfortable
The location is not bad, as it's just 10 minutes from the train station and right in front of the market. There's an elevator and a water purifier, so you can get both cold and hot water.

Decent hotel with 24/7 front desk located in the 3 Rd floor of the building. There is a small elevator in the building. The staffs are helpful. The breakfast was ok, not great.
The room was clean, the bed was OK and the breakfast was decent. BUT the rooms were not sound isolated at all, from 6 am people were closing the door and it sounded like the door of our room was open
Wondeful location. Near the train station and a short walk from the wonders of central florence. Great staff, complimentary breakfast, and authetic food right down the street!
Great location! While the elevator is a bit tiny 2 people + 2 luggage, it gets you up three stories to checkin. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is simple, but satisfying!
Pretty Nice place, I found quietness. The hotel is very clean, great hospitality, didn’t find any problem connecting to the WiFi. I will recommend you & for sure will come back later. Thanks
I’d pay double for what you get here. The facilities are great, everything clean, comfortable beds and furnishings, and I felt very safe and welcomed

There is a shuttle service to the centre and back for those who do not wish to walk. It costs around 8€ to get from the hotel to the city center The room is spacious, clean, and feels very authentic
From the moment we had arrived, we were smitten by very helpful (travel agency did not make our reservation clear), knowledgeable (thanks for all the recommendations from where to go and where to eat as a family) and ultimately extremely caring staff
Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Classy hotel with a great view of florence. The hotel has a stunning garden and terrace, some of the room balconies overlook that space
Note that the hotel area is serene and quiet, not suitable if you're looking for a wild time The hotel is right outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet close enough to walk to the center
Wonderful views on Florence from the room as well as from the rooftop of the hotel. The swimming pool looks fantastic though we were not able to try it
The breakfast has amazing ingredients and that was a treat every morning I was looking forward to. Then the hotel restaurant is five star. The dishes we had were both creative good portions and delicious

Nice room. Clean, safe, and great location. Good breakfast included and the Popsicles for guests were a nice touch when returning to your room after a long hot day of touring Florence and the surrounding area.
This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Rome. The location is super convenient, and the triple room we booked was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too.
Excellent! The room was very spacious, and the TV was a Samsung 7-series, which allowed us to watch Netflix.
I really loved this hotel! It was super clean and smelled great. The breakfast was delicious, I ate so much, haha!
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and elegantly styled, with a cozy atmosphere that matched the hotel’s historic character. The bed was comfortable, and the overall space felt well maintained and relaxing
The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to walk to major attractions like the Duomo and Accademia Gallery, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives the area a relaxed, authentic feel

Excellent establishment, located near a T2 tram stop, which offers very good value for money. The reception is very good advice for the choice of visits
Great stay, warm welcoming staff members available 24/7. Breakfast was great with homemade pastries and pies
The location is around 25mins away from the main station but the transportation was available and convenient to commute. There are no supermarkets nearby so better get your snacks or water bottles from the central
Easily accessible structure, with private paid parking available (very convenient). Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast with a variety of choices between sweet and savory. Very close to the courthouse and a large park
Would definitely recommend the stay overall 👍
I will take it into consideration for next time

Stayed for 3 more nights. Good location. The bathroom in the room is big enough for one person. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was a set meal without meat, but it was enough. It's worth staying.
Almost all the people staying in the hotel are white and everyone is very polite. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. It was very difficult for me to carry a heavy suitcase to the third floor
The environment is quiet and clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is standard, and it is not far from Santa Maria Novella station, only 8-10 minutes walk without luggage
Also, I suggest that the store consider providing a paid pick-up service from the station. This hotel is in a small alley and is difficult to find
Stayed here for three nights and was quite satisfied
The navigation takes you around and around, and the gravel road and dragging a big suitcase are frustrating

Beautiful apartment, well-appointed room, everything you need, excellent daily cleaning, wonderful location, magnificent veranda with breathtaking views! We loved everything! Thank you! We will definitely be back!
Excellent hotel, excellent staff, location is slightly off centre but not too far of a walk to the central touristy spots. Nice pool and spa, really recommend - can be overcrowded but manageable
I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook
Very good, warm welcome, clean and comfortable room. With indoor SPA. Hotel not far from the city center (10 minutes walk). What better way to celebrate a wedding anniversary in Florence.
Just outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore
The bathroom has good lighting, which is very suitable for makeup needs. It is within walking distance to downtown Florence, and there are many bus options

This is a nice clean hotel in a spectacular location. You simply can’t beat the location and the hotel has done a great job of updating the rooms in an old building. We will stay here again on our next visit to Florence
It is also conveniently located on a driveable street, so you can get off a taxi right on its doorstep (or have the receptionist call one for you right to it when leaving), and just a 5-minute walk away from the Uffizi Gallery
Technically there is breakfast available upon request with a day in advance, but no one seems to ever ask for it. It is also a very limited selection so you’re better off going to one of the nearby coffee shops
If you check out but want to walk around town for a bit they will hold your bags. I was able to use the free WiFi until I found a cell phone store nearby and activated a SIM card. The hotel is very close to everything
Sabina was an excellent host. She did a great tour with us ($). We did not do the in house breakfast due to numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Great steam closet in the bathroom!
Great to get an early check-in, welcoming host and full of information about the history of the building and the area. And luggage could be stored there for a while after checkout

Helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. Small pool but not many people there so it was relaxing and good for refreshing.
Nice hotel. Good restaurant. It's Italy you need time. Staff is friendly and helpfully. The menus at the restaurant are ok. Over all it's a good lication. Pool is very smal. It's ful with 4 smal kids.
Beautiful rooms, with blinder and fridges. A lot of problem with Air Conditioner (AC) for all my 3 days there, in multiple rooms, and it seems it happens quiet often. Small heated pool closed at night but nice
Great place to stay when you’re in Florence. Rooms are clean, cool & comfortable & the staff are excellent. Also food in the restaurant is very good. Thanks to all especially Francesca at reception & the restaurant staff

Loved the place! The location is comfortable to go anywhere, the room is big and clean, the service is great. Breakfast is more than enough. Would definitely stay there again:)
Our room had a beautiful view of the pool, trees and the big compound wall covered with foliage. Since it's an old convent the building structure looked very charming
Former convent renovated with simplicity and taste, quiet area, internal parking at €20 per day, good sized room, comfortable bed, spacious and well finished bathroom, good breakfast, not exceptional by 10am even on weekends, courteous and professional service, clean
Location in the historic center, outside the restricted traffic zone, therefore slightly out of the way, 15/20 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, 20-30 minutes from the baptistery
An oasis of peace a few minutes walk from the center of Florence. Reachable by car, excellent buffet breakfast.
I will stay here again, I really like the breakfast! The appearance of the hotel is also very unique!

🙂 The only thing we prefered was a shower instead of bath and perhaps the bath panel bath longer lenght as the bath become a pool, the panel does not hold the water spray We love our stay with this place, and book again
Breakfast îs very very good, plenty choices, quality food, fresh juices, even ice cream
Came here just for having a beer and waiting for our bus. Super friendly staff, reasonable prices, got some snacks with the beers! 👌
Location is not bad. Staff is nice.
Hotel is 10 minute walk from the main train Station And easy walking distance to the main City atraction The hotel room is small size double, we had a room with a pool view and a balcony, very clean, bed linen are change evry day, pool is small, but we were lucky to find sunlounges when we need it, but most of the time the pool area was full
Overall I did enjoy my stay but there are improvements required which can easily be addressed to keep it at a 4 star hotel

It is a very cute and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location (just a few blocks away from the Duomo, and walking distance to the train station). The room we were in was very large, especially for European standards
Hotel Paris exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were pretty high. It included A/C, a sitting room, good-sized bathroom, giant stone fireplace (non-working), and beautiful old furniture and chandelier
Keep in mind, Americans, this building is hundreds of years old, so expect a blemish or two. The staff was so attentive and friendly
But if you're want something a little calmer, I'd recommend staying outside the city center. That said, we definitely would stay at the Hotel Paris again. Thank you, staff, for making our Italian vacation extraordinary!
If this is your first time to Florence, then Hotel Paris is the perfect spot. , the Duomo -- are within easy walking distance. Countless restaurants and cafes are close by. Banking and shopping is nearby, too
the hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood. There are lots of people, lots of noise, and lots of bustle. This is what we were looking for, so we had no complaints and the location was perfect

Excellent boutique hotel in Florence. Rooms were spacious, very clean and the nights were quiet. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options and wait staff were very friendly. Cocktail bar was excellent and food was delicious
The room is not big but the view is amazing. I will stay here again next time I go to Florence. It's great. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I love the river water of the Old Bridge.
This is the perfect hotel for a Florence stay. In the centre of the city but slightly on the edge so that you have very easy access to everywhere but it is also peacefully away from the madding crowds
Breakfast is just right to set you up for a hard day of tourism, the bar and outside seating area are good relaxing places. All in all an excellent choice for a Florentine stay
The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, reasonably spacious, very clean, and well designed. The staff are standout - extremely friendly, efficient, helpful and attentive
