The most wonderful hotel I have stayed in Italy, extremely clean with great attention to details. very welcoming staff and very helpful. Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. Do consider me a returning guest
You sure did make feel like i was home
Only about 5 minutes from the duomo and the train Station. Breakfast is HUGE, with lots of choices. They will also make eggs and toast upon request. Room was somewhat basic but clean and comfortable
Its location is 5-minute walk from Firenze S. We are happy to stay here : )
Overall, this is a decent hotel for the price. Nothing particularly bad, but also not amazing
Two things I would note, however: the front desk staff's grasp of English isn't the best (you will get by unless you have a very specific request), though they absolutely get points for trying; and, when you book a room with an external private bathroom what that means is that you get two keys - one for your actual room (which will have a sink and mirror, but no shower or toilet) and the other for...

Place is also close to supermarket, restaurants and a lot of caffe’s where you can start the day with breakfast and cappuccino then head to your trip to any city in the north
I was in this hotel last week, I was fine, staff excellent, rooms comfortable and clean, buffet breakfast with fresh pastries. Florence is a beautiful city and will definitely return to this hotel
Direct access to the main railway station from where you can move to any city in Italy. We stayed there for 4 nights and used to move to other cities with high speed train
Super nice the Mr speaks French and prices are defying tte competition ! 400 metres from the Duomo !
Highly recommended, excellent quality / price ratio
Negatives were as mentioned there are a lot of stairs and quite steep. Also only one bathroom on floor and the shower is in front of the toilet with no curtain etc to block it off

The area is very pleasant: few tourists, plenty of greenery and gardens, and nice local people. The breakfasts are tasty and diverse, especially the desserts
The staff were all very friendly. The receptionists and breakfast staff were also friendly and made me feel at ease. The cappuccino at breakfast was delicious!
Lovely old-fashioned Italian style hotel with great service, only 20 minutes walk from city center :) highly recommend
It's better to check in before 8:00 PM, as the hotel door is closed afterward (a key is provided at check-in)

We really loved all details about the place, from the warm reception Ingrid gave us, including the double shower available in our room, spacious room and the amazing views all around
Our room was large and well appointed with a truly comfortable bed and view of the garden. The breakfast was outstanding, all made from scratch every morning per individual request
Very good experience. Beautiful place , calm , and near the center. We loved our stay there, the room is amazing, the breakfast perfect. You can book there with eyes closed.
Villa Nardi is an exceptional place! We would definitely stay there again! The villa truly embodies the spirit of Florence, very artistic! The furnishings, exterior, and service were all of the highest standard! The owners of the villa shared its history with us and provided a list of their recommended restaurants!
The villa and the neighborhood are extraordinary. The garden, the attention and the setting are unique. It is as if you have been brought back in time.
The Villa is an enchanting property just out of Porta Romana, about 15-20 minutes from the center of Florence, so easy to reach and with free parking (a rarity in Florence), isolated from the confusion and tourists noise but near to all the main attractions

This hotel, not far from the center of Florence, reminds me of the beautiful stately hotels of the early 20th century. It is well kept and provides a wonderful atmosphere. The staff there are most helpful!
However, the hotel is situated a good 25-30 minute walk from the centre of town making it rather inconvenient if you're a tourist here for a few days. The wifi is also the worst I've experienced in Italy
The best part was the Hospitality of the Day and the Night Manager both were outstanding and happy faces and helpful. The hotel is about 2 mins walk by the river from happening area of florence
Best hotel. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel is near the river and one should enjoy the view at river during sun rise and sun set.
We staid there 3 nights. It was very nice. The cew is extrem kind, helpfull. Breakfast good and more than enough. It was a good choice.
Excellent hotel in Florence, good location with easy walking to most places of interest, delicious breakfast with planty of choices.

It’s a comfortable, small hotel with extraordinarily kind staff who really want you to enjoy Florence
If you are looking for authenticity you will be surrounded by small bars, cafes and restaurants run by actual Florentines - and you will probably have a better time than if you stayed in someplace that cost twice as much
We loved every minute of it - and particularly the staff, who were wonderful
Great central location and a lovely warm welcome.
WiFi connectivity was horrible. There should be an upgradable option for WiFi. Traveling with students who has to get online for school and it was very problematic.
The hotel was very disappointing, it was on the third floor of the building with no lift access. The entrance was dimly lit and the staircase narrow and gloomy. There are no staff present over night from 2200-0800

Lovely stay at Hotel Morandi alla Crocetta. Really beautiful and unique hotel, which from our understanding was a convent as recently as 1997. We had the fresco room, which was lovely to wake up to
A beautiful, central and historic place which won't disappoint you. The staff was very professional. If you are looking for an affordable atmospheric place in Florence, that's it
A boutique hotel with nice character, quiet warm ambience and good location. Nice helpful and attentive staff all round. Each room has a different character to it
As with most buildings and streets in old town Florence, this building has an interesting history. I would definitely come back if I am ever in Florence
It was also well equipped with a mini fridge. Staff were very kind and accommodating, and breakfast was very good. Would not hesitate to recommend
Lovely quiet hotel close to Florence attractions. Spotless friendly with large rooms . Beautiful seating areas good continental breakfast x

Great location! Clean and accessible. Special thanks to the guy at reception that helped to call me a taxi to the airport at 5am. I didn’t get his name but he was lovely. Thank you!
Great breakfasts. Only a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the main attractions of Florence. Surprisingly quiet, considering the location. 5/5 — had a great stay here in Florence.
Actually there’s also a great indoor market around the corner too where the flea market sellers are, try avoid them as they are crap quality and pushy so go inside or the nearby shops, basically buy off the locals, you should be able to spot them out
Decent breakfast with lots of options Bonus --- there is a terrace on the third floor with a nice view of Dome and Tower. However, this is not the Hotel's fault, if you leave windows open there are mosquitos in Florence
Small room but extremely clean and comfortable quiet room from the top floor. Nice staff that is there 24/7 EXCELLENT LOCATION ❤️🇮🇹 Nearby main train station and meeting point for group tours
It is a short walk to get to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, some wine windows. It is has many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Value for money when you are in Florence

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was exceptionally clean, and the employees were very responsive. There are some great restaurants, like MIRO, just minutes away
This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Rome. The location is super convenient, and the triple room we booked was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too.
The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to walk to major attractions like the Duomo and Accademia Gallery, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives the area a relaxed, authentic feel
Pleasant stay and excellent hospitality from the staff. There is construction going on the first floor. Which we were not informed prior to stay there’s reduced breakfast time and vibrating noise during business hours
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and elegantly styled, with a cozy atmosphere that matched the hotel’s historic character. The bed was comfortable, and the overall space felt well maintained and relaxing
The service was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, offering great recommendations and making the stay feel personal

Great hotel if you don’t mind stairs Very clean and newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, great location, free carbonated water available 24/7
The only potential issue for customers is the lack of an elevator to the 1st floor so you have to be able to manage one flight of stairs
I was grateful to find this hotel which is able to accommodate my family of four (2 college aged kids) in 1 room. The hotel is in a very convenient location near to SMN train station with plenty of restaurants nearby
This hotel is a great option if you want to stay within walking distance of the city centre. It’s conveniently located near the train station, and the breakfast is great
Great little hotel, only downside was the shower didn’t drain at all. Room was clean, breakfast was good area was nice.
The AC wasn’t cooling enough but tolerable. The breakfast was great and the staff were always accommodating

It was served to your table and consisted of fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, pastry and slice of cake with a choice of hot drinks. 2 very good restaurants on the doorstep. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended
Lovely hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are updated and comfortable, yet historical as this building was a family mansion in the 1600's. The breakfast is tasty and the location is very central and very walkable
1 which had beautiful 16th century frescos on the ceiling and walls. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom with its quant "pull out wrsp around" shower. Breakfast was typical Italien, so sweet
Walk to the train station in only 7 mins. Cafe's and everything you need just out the door
Rooms were clean, and staff were some of the nicest I've ever encountered at a hotel. Would highly recommend because of the staff alone, but the location was also lovely, and the rooms had everything I needed
The wash basin only has hot water but not cold water, so it seems that you can't drink tap water. There is a small refrigerator. The windows are very high and can still be opened if they are over 1

What a place - location, setting, hospitality, character. Totally charming and unlike anywhere else. The place to stay in Florence if you’re looking for a vibe that embodies the place.
The air conditioner stopped working on our last night and nothing could be done till we left. The people at the breakfast service were very good as were the staff on the balcony food service in the evening
We needed a ride to another city at check out and we were given an phone number from the internet that didn't work. They did not seem to have services that they knew and trusted to be able to help us out
There was no acknowledgment of our special event. The bed was comfortable though the mattress was on a board which had rough pieces of wood that snagged my pants when I sat on the bed
The location was great and the cleaning staff solved a light that blinked and one that did work and helped us with our bags when the front desk was slow to respond
This was a very spotty experience and left us feeling that we would not go back again. We stayed 4 nights and it was not value for the money we spent

It is a brilliant base for seeing the main sites. The street has a number of lovely restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was satisfying and the room was very comfortable
The room was really nice! It had paintings all over the top and a chimney too. The whole room was clean and comfortable, moreover the bathroom was pretty big. The service was great, and the personal very nice and kind
Be sure not to miss breakfast because the hall when you eat has paintings and the food was nice
The hotel was exceptional value for money. I would recommend for anyone visiting Florence
Very good location, rooms are small and simple but clean. Breakfast is quite limited and deficient, but there are good options on the city. The cleaning staff is very polite, but the reception not so much
I did initially walk right past the hotel and had to double back because I missed the sign completely the first time and the entry is down a hall, then up a flight of marble stairs

Receptionist Simona as well as the owner Francesco were nice and welcoming. Cant imagine what could have been better in this accommodation. I enjoyed everything and will book again when back in Florence
Superb location on the river next to the Ponte Vecchio. My room had views of the river and bridge. Apartment had everything I needed although it doesn’t have kitchen facilities, except for a fridge
Located in the 1st floor of the building, room bright, cozy, clean, equipped with fridge with free bottle of water, bathroom with spacious shower and japanese toilett
Location and setting is iconic and the welcome friendly, helpful and informative. The room and facilities are just right and tasteful.
I adored this place! It has all the comfort you need in the most central spot in Florence! With spectacular view to Ponte Vecchio!
They allowed me to check in early. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was too weak so the room was too warm

As a small hotel we didn’t expect them to be at the check in but they sorted us out with a security code, sealed envelope and instructions. We stayed in the condo and it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay
The rooms are very stylish and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room has air conditioning as well as large windows that can be opened. The breakfast was lovely especially the honeycomb
The furnishings are luxurious, we especially enjoyed using the projector and there was even a washing machine even though we did not use it. Do note that this hotel room is a 3-4min walk from the main hotel
Many of the rooms have been recently renovated and have upgraded bath facilities and amenities. In addition, the rooms are more spacious and have more storage than one would find in the City Center
Hotel Ungherese is a great place to stay in Florence. It is located in a quaint residential neighborhood outside of the historical center but within a short walking distance to metro lines
The fact it is 2 stars really surprises me, the decor is fabulous! Only down point was a mother and son in the apartment opposite being loud in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Elegant rooms near many attractions in Florence! Only B&B/Hotel that acknowledged our anniversary! Great service! Highly recommend, just be mindful the stairs for little views of city!
Perfect location. Very quiet, nice breakfast. bit difficult to find. Drop off luggage and park 1 block away. Host is superb. Friendly and helpful.
Great location, great room, great staff. Fair price, very close to the Dome and S.Lorenzo piazza . Late check-in support.
Clean rooms, nice and helpful staff, absolutely central location for visiting the center. Excellent quality price

The location couldn't be better, near SM Novella train station and a short walk to most of the significant sites in Florence. The rooms have a traditional flavor, are clean and have large windows
We can walk to all major sites from there too
Close to all the landmarks and very accessible. The pizza is next door and the train station is a 2 minute walk. Breakfast and room cleaning was very good. Also gave us a map with landmarks and things to do.
Excellent location next to the train station and close walking distance to almost everything. Staff are very attentive and helpful
This is the best stay I had during my recent trip to Italy. We got a room right next to the dining room, so it's very convenient for breakfast time. The staff is very friendly and helpful
However, be aware there’s NO ELEVATOR in the hotel and front desk is not 24 hours, only until 8PM, which is not very convenient

This is a very good located hotel, is really close to the Basilica di Santa Croce and also others landmarks. You can also have a little kitchen in your room
Missed the breakfast but they were kind enough to bring out a tray of various pastries (which were quite delicious). Location is perfect, steps away from Basilica de Santa Croce, and close to the famous All'Antico Vinaio
After telling the staff, the next morning they prepared the full spread breakfast specifically for us one hour earlier! It's this kind of amazing service that sets this hotel apart from others
We had plenty of time to explore after checkout and they were kind enough to hold our bags. I would definitely come back and suggest this location to family/friends
Quaint and elegant. A little away from central attractions but close to the river. Nice and quiet in the nights with small restaurants that offer authentic food.
A very good place to sleep and get breakfast. The people who works there are very friendly. Is good hotel to visit Florence

I like firm beds so this didn’t bother me but I could see where some might want more plush bedding. Location really can’t be beat. No elevator so you have to up stairs, and no 24 desk, use code after hours
My room was quiet except someone stomped around once above me, but only had that happen once for 5 minutes or so. I didn’t think there were floors above but there may be apartments above the hotel
Being 2 star, the furnishings are basic, but I’m not lounging around the hotel room when I’m traveling, I’m out and about. The bed was a foam mattress I believe and rather firm
Breakfast was typical for a hotel: yogurt, baked goods, coffee, etc. and was fine for a quick breakfast before heading out
Attached pics of views from balcony. Not much to see, but nice to have the option!
If you are planning a short stay in Florence and are looking for a convenient average hotel, Tourist House is a most appropriate option

Great location and nice, modern rooms Great location to see the sights! Modern interior in an older building. Nicely decorated rooms. and access to a lounge with seating for many. Coffee and tea in both room and lounge.
Clean, simple and comfortable rooms in the heart of the ancient city center. The rooms are small but equipped with all comforts. The staff is friendly and professional. Very good quality-price ratio
It was quite an upgrade as well! Everything in the room is new, clean and very comfortable. Hairdryer, vertical steamer, mini fridge, everything you might need for a comfortable stay
We arrived 4 hours before check in time and we were absolutely exhausted and needed sleep. Staff was very understanding and helpful and gave us a room that was available right then
The staff was very nice, hotel was very clean and nice, room was perfect. It was quiet, very updated, very clean and had cleaning service. I would definitely recommend.
However, you need to know that you have to pay to park your car,at this hotel as everywhere here in Florence, and it doesn't come cheap: 50 euros a day!
