Italiana Hotels Florence

We stayed one night and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was included in our stay and was great. The back of the building is gorgeous and modern which includes the pool area, outdoor BBQ and restaurant. It was difficult to understand it the pool area was open and how to get into it if the restaurant was closed. The hotel from the front appears very worn down but has good bones. There is plenty of parking and a pizza store across the road. There are also a couple different bus stops right beside the hotel that lead into popular areas of the city easily within 10-15 minutes. If someone is looking for perfect rooms, this is not the place. The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable, but there is quite a bit of work to be done in painting and the wallpaper and doors.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and tidy. When it comes to the break fast meal. Hotel has a variety of options to get from so you will be ready for the day.
All in all a very good selection when choosing this hotel. If coming back I'd stay again here.

Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The bar and pool area were fantastic (looks like the pictures). Cleanliness was also good. The only downside is that the rooms and general common areas need attention and are old and worn.

Overall a very good stay, beds are very comfortable and the food & amenities are good. I would like them to upgrade the facilities in the gym and make it a bit more modern. 5 stars!

They had a really good selection of breakfast that came included with our stay. It was probably the best value for our entire family trip. 134 euro with breakfast included. Can't beat that.

It is a clean hotel with rather big parking that made the stay much better because we were traveling by car. The room was very clean and there were amenities like toothbrush, shaving kit, and water. The room was hot but when we told front desk, they lowered temperature and it was taken care of immediately. The rooms were not very sound proof so we had to hear kids and adults in rooms and hallways talking, and it is beside highway so we could hear cars all night, which for me wasn’t a problem because noise doesn’t bother me. The breakfast was not bad.

Italians hotel Florence hotel is the best hotel ,rooms are fully furnished with amazing furniture the size of rooms are big,serving best and tasty food,it's located near the river. From the rooms there are beautiful views ,staff of hotel is well trained and qualified,and they know how to serve the guests,free car parking,wi fi and rates of rooms are reasonable
