Very nice and spacious room, staffs are very friendly. Very nice outdoor seating for view and have a cigar. The only down side is it doesn’t have a gym, but you can tun outside by the river.

First of all, I only write reviews of places I feel are exceptional. The Portrait Firenze is one of them. Beautiful hotel located in Firenze. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of August. Not only is the location perfect, the team behind this hotel are amazing. Alessandro was so kind and helpful. Always asking if we needed anything or how our day was. The room was beautiful, clean, and was always made up before we arrived back from our day. Breakfast was delicious and high quality. We had a balcony that overlooked the river and the Ponte Vecchio. The elevator even had a selfie camera that was hilarious. What a great idea. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Firenze. Ferragamo flagship store is steps down the road and includes a museum all about the creation of Ferragamo shoes! The restaurant downstairs is delicious, I could go on and on. If you're looking for luxury in the heart of Florence then look no further. This hotel stay created beautiful memories for us. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

This hotel is beyond incredible! The location, the rooms and the service are all 5 star. Very family friendly too. Sara, one of the concierges was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel!

Don't you agree that when visiting Florence for the first time, you need to have a room with a great view? After mentioning Forster, I just have to say that this hotel is absolutely amazing. I don't think you can find anything as excellent in Florence. First of all, the view: to take your breath away... you wake up in the morning and see Ponte Vecchio, in the evening before going to bed you look at Ponte Vecchio! What more could you want when in Florence. Then the kindness and responsiveness of the staff is priceless! Caffè dell'Oro cuisine: superb. Everything for an unforgettable experience🤎

Our favourite hotel in Florence! The suite was amazing - very spacious with amazing views. Only slight downside was the bathroom lacked a standalone/walk-in shower. Cleaning staff were impeccable on a daily basis - one of the most well-cleaned rooms we have ever seen. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were all simply wonderful. Overall, would highly recommend over any of the other luxury hotels in Florence.

Possibly the finest hotel in Florence! I stayed here once before with my partner in one of the river view suites. The room was incredible, the service impeccable, and the location perfect. I have never felt better taken care of that I did here! We had an amazing experience with their afternoon tea, as well.

I came back for breakfast another time when staying in Florence with my father (we got an AirBnB so we could cook, etc.). I remembered how good the breakfast was and wanted to treat my dad. The food was even better than I remembered, and the service was just as lovely and kind. One of the gentlemen at reception even offered to post our letters for us, which was so sweet!

It’s rare to find truly exceptional service even in luxury locations, but this place will make you feel like royalty. Cannot recommend enough! 💛
