Room was much bigger than expected, we had a family stay and girls had lots of space to run around and play while indoors. It's definitely not family oriented hotel and there's no offers for kids/families, but we were happy with our stay. Bathroom was really spacious, everything was clean and we had quiet night sleep. Beds are horrible tho, mattress felt like wooden planks and beds were moving, so that's was disappointing. Staff were nice and friendly, but offer is really basic overall. Location is fantastic, 40 minutes walking distance from city centre or 7 minutes on Metro line which is just next to hotel. I wouldn't say I would come back but we were fairly happy with our stay.

Excellent business class hotel at a fantastic location right next to the Lodi Tibb subway. The front desk team led by Lorenzo was very warm, pleasant and helpful. Raza in the breakfast room was also fabulous during the breakfast service. Although my single room initially seemed small for a big guy like me, I got adjusted to it very fast and it was cosy and comfortable for the 3 nights. Housekeeping was also very efficient. The only challenge for me was the shower space which was ridiculously small but the overall experience was so good that I won't let it affect my overall rating of 5 star. The vantage location overlooking the main road and beside the Lidl supermarket just makes this place the best to stay in.

Stayed here for two nights towards the end of April. The staff were exceptionally helpful and answered lots of questions for me. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro station. The parking garage is apparently small and they didn't think our car could fit so sent us to a garage down the block, so just to be aware if driving. There was a cold snap while we were there & the heating had already been turned off for the season so we were cold but the staff were apologetic about it and provided us with extra blankets when we asked. The mattress was a little hard but this seems common in European hotels.
Staff were very helpful with getting taxis for us & giving directions too. Would stay again. Thank you.

Pricy hotel with rooms in the style of a youth hostel. Thin doors, you can see the light going on in the floor and hear other guests from other rooms and the floor.
The bed was not fixed and moved during the night, the room is very small, just enough to fit in the bed a chair and a wardrobe. Bathroom was from the 80s and never got any renewal.
Breakfast below average in a windowless room in the cellar. No style, no flair.
That is what you get for 160€ per night.

The front desk let us check in early. That was really nice of them. Overall, friendly staff. Convenient location near the train, restaurants, grocery store.
On the other hand, our room felt dirty. There was mold in the bathtub. The drains in the sink and the bathtubb were slow. Also, there was a lot of dust under the bed. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the paper roll fell off all the time. The light bulb next to the bed was burnt out. The AC controls didn't work. We spoke about the mold with the front desk, and I believe they will address it.

Good location, friendly reception. Has its own paid Parking is 20 euros per day. The key to the Parking lot, please ask at the reception. The hotel is not new, but in General everything is OK. Cleaning of the room should produce more carefully, because it is not difficult to find dust.

The photo in booking hotel rooms vygledyat much more.on 23kv.m. do not pull at all.I'm starting to think that we settled into some super economy instead of a standard room.In Venice 15kV. The room is larger.The staff is not very talkative,but good.Good Breakfast.Precisely the same as in all such level.

On the second day of stay we have rooms took the dummies. This is sooooo upsetting. Very!

Quick check in. Sparkly clean rooms and beautiful bathroom. Housekeeping did a wonderful job on a daily basis. The hotel has parking but you need to book ahead. 5 minute tram ride to the duomo which has a station directly outside the property.
