A standard budget hotel with a high cost-performance ratio. The family room is two connecting rooms, which is quite satisfactory. The location is very good. There is a subway station and a medium-sized supermarket right outside the door, which is very convenient.

No heating in bathroom or room. Had to request a fan heater. No coffee making facilities in the room. Had to get maintenance in to get the shower to run hot. No hotel restaurant. Very noisy. The staff were nice.

The room I stayed at this hotel is the worst I remember from the last 5 years. It was tiny, the actual size of the room was about 6sqm, together with the bathroom and entrance it cannot be more than 10sqm. There is no design to talk about. I do not know in what universe this is 4*, elsewhere in Europe it would be 2*. Breakfast was ok.

It's just bad, the service is bad, the space is small, the 12 square meters are said to be 17 square meters, but we booked 22 square meters, and asked the front desk to upgrade to the 22 square meters on the order, but we had to pay extra. It smells bad inside, the elevator space is very small, it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel at all

Great location right next to the metro station. However, the staff was unfriendly, and the rooms were small and very noisy. Despite the convenience, the service and room quality were disappointing.

Room is a good size. Ok breakfast. Late checkout until 12 is handy.

The only downside is the location. Not a safe neighbourhood at night time. But it is very close to the metro.

Room was much bigger than expected, we had a family stay and girls had lots of space to run around and play while indoors. It's definitely not family oriented hotel and there's no offers for kids/families, but we were happy with our stay. Bathroom was really spacious, everything was clean and we had quiet night sleep. Beds are horrible tho, mattress felt like wooden planks and beds were moving, so that's was disappointing. Staff were nice and friendly, but offer is really basic overall. Location is fantastic, 40 minutes walking distance from city centre or 7 minutes on Metro line which is just next to hotel. I wouldn't say I would come back but we were fairly happy with our stay.

The front desk service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and most importantly, the transportation is convenient, very close to the subway station 100 meters

Excellent business class hotel at a fantastic location right next to the Lodi Tibb subway. The front desk team led by Lorenzo was very warm, pleasant and helpful. Raza in the breakfast room was also fabulous during the breakfast service. Although my single room initially seemed small for a big guy like me, I got adjusted to it very fast and it was cosy and comfortable for the 3 nights. Housekeeping was also very efficient. The only challenge for me was the shower space which was ridiculously small but the overall experience was so good that I won't let it affect my overall rating of 5 star. The vantage location overlooking the main road and beside the Lidl supermarket just makes this place the best to stay in.
