I was looking for a hotel between the Colosseum and Termini station and this was exactly what we required.

Room is small, but clean with all everything required. Bathroom is great. Water pressure was fabulous.

I am on the 1st floor and had a seating area in the courtyard.

Air condition did work for me perfectly. I did over hear another guest complaining but I don’t know the details.

Everything was super. Kindly stuff, nice and clean room, goog breakfast. Lobby is nice as well. Good small hotel in Roma.

The rooms are small, but acceptable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning works very poorly, the heat was unbearable. Maybe in another season, but I would never come to this hotel in the summer. The refrigerator cools poorly. Friendly staff, especially Francesca.

Lovely hotel, pity the air conditioning wasn't great got no relief having it on. Also it's a waste having a fridge in the room as it didn't work. Breakfast lady is not very friendly at all, she also cleans the rooms, have a feeling she might own the place. Doesn't cost anything to smile .

Thank God for Emmanuel the one with the green eyes who was very kind very patient and very hopeful I arrived late from the airport after 2 days of travel he carried my bags up the flight of stairs and inform me the times for breakfast the next day. Also the next day he gave me information on how and where to go to meet my tour group sadly he was the only one that was helpful but the rest were kind as well.

This hotel is quite conveniently located close to resturants,train station,grocery store, and a 20 minute walk to the colosseum .Our room was on the main floor, with a walk out to a deck. we were the first to enjoy the new room.My son and his girlfriend had the room besides us so we can chill on the deck.
Pilar one of the staff members went out of her way on more than one occasion to help us even though she was not working, very kind courteous and friendly she is amazing and outstanding.
Daniel was always there to help out with the breakfast.
