The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, but small. The bathroom was great by Italian standards. Unfortunately, the hotel is located next to Termini Station. The immediate vicinity of the hotel does not seem safe. The greatest attractions of Rome are 2-3 kilometers away.

I can not recommend this hotel because it is too expensive for what you get. The TV doesn't work but that was not really a problem because it was vacation and I was only outside but the fridge doesn't work also. And the biggest problem was, the toilet was broken, too. I told the service but they never solved the problem. That's an absolutely no go!!!
Also the neighbours were always too loud!!! It was hard to get any sleep my whole vacation!

Sorry, but it's better to spend the money elsewhere.

BEDBUGS!!!

We got our room in a different building than the original address and we got bedbugs included in the accommodation. We realized they’re there when we woke up in the middle of the night with a strange feeling that something was biting us. The owner moved us to another room - that room was fine, we got delicious croissants and free coffee for breakfast. We knew that this district was relatively unsafe to walk at night and we read the previous opinions before booking, so nothing else surprised us. But, unfortunately, bedbugs are not to be compensated by anything, that’s why I give this hotel a 1/5. Now we’re scared to have brought them home and we both have severe bites requiring medicines. I know Rome is expensive, but paying 160 euros for night for an infected room is exagerration.

I strongly recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this hotel!!! We got to the room in the evening and in the middle of the night we woke up having HUNDREDS of bedbugs in the bed. Even though the owner immediately moved us to another room, we still got severely bitten. The other room seemed clean, but for the next 3 days we haven’t seen any attempts from the owner to desinfect the previous room - basic cleaning would obviously not be sufficient in this case. We’re not demanding and we usually choose cheapest options when travelling, but such a ridiculous situation has never happened to us before - cleaniness is such a basic thing that it should never be an issue. Not to mention the fact that the owner wanted us to pay 18 euros extra „city tax” although our reservation said „all taxes included” - pure scam.

We booked through booking, (beware booking removes negatives reviews). The place was not as described. The mattress was a plain 15 cm foam mattress. on one side of the bed there was about 20 cm gap from the bed to the wall, so I had to get to the foot of the bed to get out of it. The shower was tiny, and there was just a trickle of water. There were no smoke detectors anywhere. The telephone for the room was BEHIND the bed on the floor. The electrical wiring was "creative" to say the least. I did not mind the christmas decore in March, to each his own. The Italian breakfast was a cream filled pastry and coffee from an instant machine.
The location may seem awesome on the map, but it is dodgy. The taxi driver said it was not a neighbourhood to be out and about after dark. We did get a refund, and found another hotel for the remaining 6 days of our stay in Rome.

My room was very neat and clean. Had a double bed for myself so it was very comfortable. I was moved to a different building from the original location but the staff made it all very efficient. The location was also very strategic, about 5 minutes' walk to the Termini station and 15-30 minutes' walk to the main attractions like the Colosseum. The place may seem a bit dodgy at night but there was no incidents when I stayed there.

We booked to this hotel but the guy brought us to hotel sky. The room was similar to what we expected. It was totally ok and worth the price but there wasn't enough light, the pressure of the water in the shower wasn't great, the bed was 2 beds together and we had to pay tax which we didn't know about. Overall I would recommend if you're on a budget and want to be in the centre of rome. The neighbourhood wasn't pleasant.

in all my years of travelling, I have never been in such a horrible place, so called Hotel, it is close to the train station, the room given was 2 1/2 blocks away from the address given, the people spoke Chinese and very little English, the room was in the fifth floor, the elevator stopped working on the second day, and was never fixed, the building had 3 gates and 3 doors, so you needed a card a set of keys and code to enter. the shower had very little pressure, the Internet wifi hardly ever worked properly, the outside of the building was always full of suspicions people, when I complaint to the so call manager, he offered me a refund of 2 euros......I was so darned happy to get out of there.

Terrible place steer away of can, avoid at all costs. Nothing like advertised on booking. Com . Where to begin rooms are dirty dusty dilapidated tv doesn't work neither does the ac which by the way letters are in Chinese good luck understanding it if you don't speak the language. Smell of food is bad.they should really reconsider either closing this place or totally renovating ii.

This hotel doesn't exist, the real name is Sky Hotel and you have to walk 10 blocks more.
There is no breakfast, only a coffee machine to 8am-10pm
The room was dirty and we found a hair in the shower.
One star is because the girl was nice and help us to cancel the reservation easily.
I didn't read the reviews from Google, only those from booking... So be careful
