We stayed here for 4 days while in Rome. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with transportation, restaurant options, and whatever else we needed. Sara was amazing! Breakfast was terrific. Rooms were very clean. And located very close to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, among others. Highly recommended this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Clarisse al Pantheon for 3 nights in Rome. The building is historic with traditional furnishing inside, which is the vibe we wanted to immerse ourselves in this ancient city. The rooftop terrace is my favourite part - a private and quiet sanctuary in a bustling city. The location is very close to all the attractions and you can walk to the Pantheon in a minute or 2 and the Trevi Fountain in 10.

The only con is that the city is noisy at night but that is not the hotel’s fault. I recommend bringing ear plugs (what I did) if you are sensitive to sound. Overall, I definitely recommend this stay!

Rooms are clean but bathroom is an outdated. Room cleaners will disturb you regardless of leaving sign for rooms to be cleaned after 2pm, so if you take a midday break from the European summer heat you will be disturbed. Reception service desk worker do not look like they want to be there.

Great location to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Check in was very easy and quick. Our room was spacious and we had a great view to the courtyard. Great restaurants in the same alley. Loved everything about the hotel.

The Hotel Le Clarisse al Pantheon is a perfect place to stay for your visit to Rome. The location is perfect so you can walk to nearly all the major sites and has many restaurants, convince stores, and ATMs nearby. Our family included from teenagers to 70 year olds and the walking was no problem. The room was wonderful and the bed was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast couldn't be better.

Very cute little hotel. Nice beds (actual queen size, not so easy to find, very comfy. From my limited experience in Europe, I would describe them as as pretty typical size ("Eurosize", I like to say - smaller than a similar category room in the US, but not cramped). Very clean overall. The shower was great (one of those "rainstorm" shower heads, I like those). There was a wardrobe cabinet to keep your hanging clothes in, but the mini-fridge was also in there so there wasn't much room left to put other clothing. (That's the one drawback with a small room - you really have to live out of your suitcase.) There was an electric kettle and tea bags/instant coffee. Breakfast was available either in-room or in a common area, but we didn't try that so I can't offer an opinion on it. About the location: It's walking distance to almost everything, if you are ok with walking up to ~20 minutes. Less than 5 to the Pantheon, a little more to Piazza Navona, ~20 to the Colosseum. You get the idea. There's good food everywhere you look. The flip side of a great location is that there can be noise at night sometimes. You can hear late-night party people arguing loudly in Italian some nights. I don't know how this compares to other locations, but you're definitely not out in the quiet suburbs here. Personally I loved this place, it was right up my alley (and I'm not a young, hip, late-night party person.)

We recently had the pleasure of staying here for three days and it exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. What truly set them apart was the attention to detail in every aspect. This hotel truly mastered the art of blending modern comfort with a touch of Italian charm. If you're looking for a memorable and luxurious experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Strongly perfumed cleaner used in room triggered my wife's asthma. Be aware if you are sensitive to strong flower type odors. We were unable to stay and had to seek alternate lodgings. Manager proposed only charging for 2 of the 3 nights we booked. We are waiting for a more reasonable solution and if they are willing to help with medical treatment. Their solution was to return to the room and open the window which made the asthma worse.

Charged us $750 for a room that was unusable.

The hotel replied below. Still no concern for a guest experience. My wife is not particularly sensitive to odors. She had never had a perfume trigger an attack before. We actually thought the room and location were very good. We were forced to seek alternate and more expensive accommodations that were not really any better, but at least we could breath easier. We didn't expect the full amount of the stay refunded, but would have appreciated a partial refund.
As far as we know they never investigated the problem. The odor was so strong, it made my eyes water, and I have no allergies. It's possible that a previous guest had a bottle of perfume break in the room or perhaps housekeeping spilled a bottle on the floor.
All we know is that while my wife was doubled over coughing and gasping by the front desk, the owner on the phone was only concerned about the payment. The manager at the desk was patient and understanding, and explained the situation. But with that being the only room available, the only option she gave us was to find alternate accommodations for the night and come back tomorrow and hope the same room was livable. Since we had to find an alternate place for the night anyway, we decided to stick with the room we knew we could breath in at a place that had concern for our welfare.

Stayed here Nov 11-15, 2023. Fantastic location! Easy walking distance to all historic sites. Breakfast option well worth it - good selection and delivered to your room at the time of your choosing. Our room - 109, looks over courtyard (noisy sometimes with recycling containers and a neighbour with a loud TV) - was well appointed, clean, large bath with jacuzzi tub and bidet. Comfortable beds. Elevator is slow and sometimes not available and there are lots of stairs. In short, a funky, historic place to stay that gives you a great base from which to tour the city while staying right in historic Rome.
