Great hotel for the money. Rooms are nice, well maintained and clean. The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many sites.
Only negatives are the reception is only open 10am-6pm which can be a minor inconvenience and it can be quite loud at night as you’re in a popular area.

We stayed here for couple of nights before going on a cruise. First of all the location is great you are only a couple of blocks from the Pantheon and not for from Trevi Fountain and Plaza Navona. We picked this place because they had an elevator as my wife has mobility issues . Well, the elevator only could accommodate maybe 2 people. We dropped our bags off with the staff and hit the town. When we got back, we were told that our room was in another building and there’s no elevator. Lucky for us, the staff had taken our bags to the other building, but also meant that we had to take our luggage down steps on checkout. Not fun.
You solely rely on using cell phones to unlock doors. Could never get WiFi to work so had to rely on cell service, which was spotty. So had to try multiple times to get in. Staff leaves pretty early as well. But they were friendly. You do have to pay an extra city tax when you check out.
As far as the room. Pretty small, especially if you have lots of luggage. AC never really got cold enough for us (it was 100 F when we were there so I’m sure that was part of it). However it was clean and bathroom was decent size. Careful the shower is VERY slippery.
Overall for the price, it wasn’t bad. Would only stay there if you are going for a day or two and not stay for a whole vacation. It’s more of an apartment building than a hotel, but is generally ok. Didn’t do breakfast as there’s so many cafes around figured didn’t need to. If you are looking for a traditional American style hotel, may be better to look elsewhere. But for a quick stay in a wonderful location, it’s may work for you.

We stayed at your hotel on August 17-21.
We had problems with the a/c on the first night. Room was at 30c when we entered at 2300 on Sunday night. Room never went below 25c. Staff didn’t care. I wanted refund for first night they said no only 50% refund.
Move rooms and the roof leaked when it rained on Wednesday night. Need additional refund for wet items in room. I have pictures.

To be clear, this is not a hotel as you know. It is about 12 rooms in a shared building with private residences and businesses. No lobby, no full time clerk, no help outside of daytime hours. The small staff, who do everything, are friendly and helpful when available. The terrace breakfast is good but the courtyard view is modest and not associated with the "hotel". The location is very good and the price is modest, which may be meaningful for some people. Young couples may be fine. As an older couple,I can not recommend it. The elevator was out of service for 2 of our 4 days and since I walk with a cane, this was painful for me. The electronic key system, which they tout, is a disaster. You need a smart phone with international roaming and a strong signal to activate it. We were stranded on the street for 30 minutes at 10 PM because the internet signal was too weak. Following someone else inside we were okay since then we could connect to the local LAN. The rooms are not fancy but adequate and quiet. AC was fine. I personally will not stay here again. It is a good area to be located, but I prefer to pay more for more certainty and comfort.

We stayed there as a last minute decision due to a cancellation of a flight so we didn't search for the hotel so much. As someone who has been to Rome before for a longer period of time than a night,I can say that the position of the hotel is perfect to explore the city centre and go sightseeing.
The room smelled food. As if some restaurant's exhaust was in front of my room's window. And you could not get rid of that smell. The bed was ok and the bathroom quite large. The breakfast area was very interesting. They had an outdoor terrace for breakfast and the ladies running the place there were very friendly and helpful. They give this hotel a very nice image. Nicer than it should have. I write this whole text just to mention how good was the breakfast service.
And the breakfast itself was very complete with everything you could need. And maybe more than that.

A small hotel, yet friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts are quite nice. Mattresses have been heavily used. Electronic locks. In city center , but moderately quiet. Lots of food, drink and historic sites nearby. Explore the churches!

When I chose the hotel, besides the location, I did so thinking it had an elevator. However, when we arrived, they sent us to another building with a huge staircase (where, by the way, my niece twisted her ankle while carrying the luggage down on the last day). There is no communication system with the front desk, and the door access system is through a cellphone, which is quite complicated. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and the breakfast is affordable and excellent. It’s well located, but the issue with the stairs was a big drawback.

Wonderful cut hotel in Rome
The location is great, just few minutes walk from pantheon. A lot of restaurants and bars are also around. Definitely a place I recommend and I’ll come again if I stay in Rome.

Fantastic location - we walked everywhere from the Colosseum to the Vatican to Piazza del Popolo to Trastevere. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Definitely would recommend.
