The location is very close to the train station. The room is not very big as usual, and the facilities are also good. Don't be too demanding of hotels when traveling in Europe. The staff service is completely OK, and the breakfast variety needs to be improved.

I booked three nights and was assigned a room on the fifth floor. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the bathroom had no hot water. I contacted the front desk several times, and they said they would send someone to address the issue, but no one ever addressed it. I ended up showering with freezing water. The next morning, the front desk staff explained that the hot water wasn't working throughout the entire hotel and that the machine was broken. The second night also had no hot water, and the toilet wasn't running, making a lot of noise, and the air conditioner was leaking. On the third morning, we went back to the front desk and raised the issue again, and they finally agreed to move us to a room on the fourth floor.

The hotel is located near the train station, metro and bus stops nearby! The area is not very safe, there are a lot of migrants, as in all of Rome!
The hotel itself is clean, the breakfasts are very poor!
The Colosseum is a 20-minute walk away!
The room was cleaned daily, the bed linen and towels were changed!

We had some problems with the room but it was solved thanks to Nicolas who works at the font desk that his attention with us was excellent . I hope the hotel employed more people like Nicolas .

Front desk workers were a bit abrasive. We were required to “turn in” our room key every time we left the hotel and had to pick it up again upon return. AC did not work well at all, breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel especially for the price they charge for it.

The location was very good, 2 min walk from Termini station. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was very light, but it was ok because in Rome you really wants to start your day outside at all the great coffee places.

Very very happy, housekeeping is perfect, very clean, very close to the station, two minutes walk to the station, the team is very friendly. I want to book for next time.

- the bathroom was not clean, the shower curtain had mold on it, I asked them change it, they washed it, but did not get rid of the mold on the bottom part at all. breakfast did not worth it all. the choices were limited, milk tasted like water, the juices the same. the second day we did not bother to eat breakfast at the hotel. the airconditioning was not working, it was useless. the wall plugs were loose and would not hold the charger in it. so we couldn't charger our devices. overall for $250 per night, I do NOT recommend this place at all.
