Perfect! Close to Roma termini train station (5 min walk) lovely breakfast selection, rooms cleaned every day. Nothing but praise. Also there are lots of lovely outdoor seated restaurants right in the same street and a great supermarket only around the corner! Don't be put off by 3 stars and don't believe all the rubbish reviews! Trust me...if it was rubbish...I would say so!

The location of the hotel is good, it’s a short walk from the Termini train station and Castro Pretorio, there is a bus stop nearby that can take you too and from the city centre and there are quite a few restaurants around. However that is where the positives end. The hotel had a lift that was very small and my partner went in it once and refused to again because he didn’t trust it. We paid for a double room with a balcony and the breakfast included, our room did not have a balcony, it only had a window with shutters but the shutters were wonky so would not open fully and the latch was bent so couldn’t be used. The air conditioning in the room was soo loud and hardly cooled the room. Also our safe was broken so couldn’t be used, however they didn’t tell us this when we checked in, they told us it would be fixed the next day and let us put our valuables in the reception safe. The woman who initially let us store our things in the safe was very nice and assured us it would be secure, gave us a bag to keep our things in and labelled the bag with our room number. The man who worked the following shift had been told we had things in there and opened the safe when we asked, leaving the door open and asking me to come collect my things. He walked away from the safe, wasn’t watching me to ensure I was taking the correct things which made us question the security at this hotel. The safe had lots of valuables in there which I easily could have taken and ruined someone’s stay.
The beds are soooooooo uncomfortable and the pillows are even worse, we were given two pillows that were thinner than paper. My partner went to reception at about 1am when we gave up trying to make them work and stood in reception for half an hour while another guest argued with the receptionist because her room was noisy due to kitchen or cleaning equipment below her room.

The breakfast was terrible, the cooked food looked disgusting, the bacon was 80% fat and looked raw and the things I tried were cold and very obviously old. The cakes and pastries were okay but the cakes were quite dry, I didn’t eat one piece of cake that was on the table for the third day of not being eaten as it looked like it had mould on it. The cakes were the best on the last day as many things were fresh, the pancakes and mini muffins were really good. The best part of breakfast was the water machine.

The decoration of this hotel is relatively old, and the single room is very small. There were some hiccups during check-in. I would like to thank the front desk staff for patiently helping me solve the problem. It's very close to the terminal train station and can be reached on foot.

So bad they are! The hotel sucks. I wouldn't give it one star if it had zero. When the picture looked like this, they pulled us to another hotel without informing us in advance. It's rubbish. Another Hotel called Cambridge Hotel as shown in the picture is too bad, the quilt is dirty. The desk has no socket, there is no way to study, and it seriously affects my exam. That's too bad 👎

Can't actually say anything about this hotel since we were moved last minute to another hotel close by because of alleged repair work on the 3rd floor. The front desk staff was rude and offered no further explanation on why we were being relocated right as we arrived for check-in.
Would not recommend this place, there are plenty of other hotels close to termini.

I stayed here last September on my first trip abroad in my life.
While sightseeing, I lost my favourite sandals that I had left in my room, and when I checked with the male staff at reception about it, I was turned away because they said they would check again, and when I checked with the same male staff the next day, I was turned away. The next day I checked with the same male staff member and was turned away. The white man got a bit angry and told me that she was first. I am not very good at Italian so I used a translation website to tell him but did not get a colourful response.

On the last day of my stay, after I checked out at reception, I checked with the female staff member who was in charge of me about the sandals. The female staff member said she hadn't heard anything about it and called a lot of extensions to find out. In fact, we did not find the sandals, but the female staff member who dealt with us at the end of the day made us leave with a good feeling. I don't know if you can tell, but thank you. The bad feeling has gone away.
We stayed from 1 to 4 September.

Intended to stay for 2 nights but left after 1. Disgusting brown stain on the pillow, room at the end of the corridor was being renovated so there was materials and debris scattered everywhere near the lift. The water stopped working early in the morning so couldn’t have a shower (complained and was told it would be fixed after 20 minutes, which was a lie), the breakfast had poor choice and the hot food was cold. This is a 2 star hotel at best and I would never stay here again.

Had a very friendly staff member. The man with long curly hair (forgot to ask his name) was a great help and spoke/understood English very well. The location lost a star as we were next to an active construction site. The service loses a star because the woman waved off a request on our final morning. Which was rather rude. And 2 stars were lost for the room because 1: The TV didn't work, 2: It didn't have coffee/tea or an iron. Also, the food was okay but the bacon (ham) was greasy. Finally, the room was cosy and the bed was comfy with fresh bed sheets, also the shower was really good had a high pressure whilst being supplied with a lovely scented soap.

I rarely write reviews but was so appalled by the poor service at this awful little hotel that was booked for me as part of a group trip that I want to warn others. I was unable to stay there because the room they gave me had a very strong unpleasant smell like a spoiled mildewed rag was used to “clean“ it and the staff were not able to address the problem and refused to put me in a room without this stench, despite admitting that it was low season and they had many unbooked available rooms.

I had to move to a hotel around the corner which was extremely pleasant with a very kind and accommodating staff.

In addition to the unpleasant odor, the room was dingy and dirty with stains on the light coverings, floor, bathroom and oily coating on surfaces.

By far the rudest, most inhospitable staff I’ve ever encountered. I travel a great deal and this hotel was the worst experience I’ve had.

Loved it very much! Special things for me:
Jacuzzi in our bathroom was perfect after long walks,
breakfast was very good, specifically coffee and prosciutto,
we had a room with an inner balcony, no view, but still it was very nice,
beautiful lobby and waiting room for the aesthetics suckers.
