This hotel is close, but not too close, to Termini, and it is just a walk to the center of Rome. The people are very nice and welcoming! We did not choose to have breakfast included in the price, but it was still possible to buy breakfast from the buffet if we wanted. The rooms are fine. The room we originally stayed in had a small problem with the windom, but we got to change rooms, and the new one was much better!
I would recomend this hotel for people traveling to Rome!

Quite dumpy. Musty old rotten carpeting throughout. Shower didn't work, had to use a plastic cup to pour water over self in a tub
Nice neighborhood though.

Location is perfect!
Staff don’t speak good English
Breakfast isn’t good! Basically nothing- no eggs no toast ext
Rooms have wallpaper falling off and very loud toilet and when lights on

Very nice location, however I recommend you pick a different hotel. It is not close to being the cheapest, and you can find better opportunities for the same price. The rooms smell like a nursery home and I Think someone’s ashes might lay on the carpet. The toilets won’t flush properly, and we don’t have hot water sometimes. And if you are staying in winter, dont expect to be warm when you are inside, the heating is non existing. Breakfast is ok, and the staff are nice (but definetly naive and careless), but that is really the only good thing besides the location. Pick a different hotel and enjoy Rome, because it is a very nice city.

I stayed in room 106 for 2 nights and arrived home to the uk yesterday. Staff were polite and my room was tidy when I arrived, mid through the second day the cleaner asked if we wanted her to come in but we declined as we were still in there and didn’t need anything done.
We didn’t hear any of the other guests in hotel so that was nice, but where our room was right next to a road we had constant noise throughout the night, especially early hours in the morning (between 4-6am mainly)
Toilet was really high off the floor (I measure 5 feet 2 inches) so I struggled with that and a slightly broken toilet seat but apart from that no issues in the bathroom.
Our bed was more on the tougher side but wasn’t uncomfortable, the fridge is a bit on the small side and the tv remote was so used we couldn’t read the buttons.
Other thing I disliked was only having 2 sheets and a blanket to sleep with.
Only other issue I would say is the rooms are very old fashioned and I would say maybe updating them a little bit, but for a 3 star hotel I would say you get what you pay for. Our bed was tidy, room was tidy, bathroom was tidy.

Not overly flash but it is a nice place to sleep if you can deal with the noise on the streets. We just left the tv on and that helped. Harder to get taxis but close to most things and transport

breakfast poor and the dinner 1 first and a second chuck without possibility of change (if you don't like it don't eat)
Little general cleaning.
Excess noise in the room and when you finish the stay with everything paid say tax tourist 35 eur

Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable. Hotel seems a little out of the way (approx 15min walk from Termini) but it's OK.

Restaurant and bar next door serve good food and there are a couple of coffee bars across the road if you want to try something else.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price as we booked through a 3rd party website but it's reasonably priced. WiFi access is a similar scenario but again, access is only 5 euros for the duration of your stay however WiFi signal isn't always great.

The road it's on can be fairly busy with traffic so it can be noisy with the window open but if you live in a major city and are OK that it shouldn't be a problem.

All in all, an OK hotel but there are improvements that could be made.

Our basic, budget room was good value for money, but since we booked through a ln agent, neither WiFi nor breakfast was included in the price. The street outside was quite noisy, even for December which leads me to believe this is the case all year round and not associated to any holiday season. It is walkable to Termini in around 15 minutes but there is also a bus stop around the corner if you don't want to walk. I did find it a bit odd that you had to hand the room key back upon leaving the building, although I'm not sure if this is common in other hotels too. The restaurant is the building just next door. The food (evening meal) was nice, if on the higher end of average. We didn't have breakfast although it was offered for €6pp.

It is not certainly a luxury hotel (but this is not even the price) and it's true that they insist a lot on the restaurant, but it is clean enough and the location was very good.
