The rooms, however, could benefit from better attention to cleanliness. While the overall stay was pleasant and the staff were welcoming, a bit more care in hygiene would make a big difference. Even so, the experience was positive, especially because of the easy access to transport and landmarks. For travelers looking for a budget friendly stay in a central area, this hotel is a solid choice.
• The room was very clean
• Housekeeping staff and the entire team. were very kind
• Outstanding service: I forgot my passport in the room and they even arranged to bring it to the airport – very helpful!
Negative:
• I didn’t like the breakfast
• The air freshener in the waiting area near the elevator was quite unpleasant
We’ve got the superior room and it was big, clean and bed was huge and really comfy. Super quiet as well.
AC working, bathroom could be upgraded but it worked for us.
Colosseum is really close, metro stop quite close too, shops and restaurants everywhere.
Breakfast was really good! We were happy to find eggs and bacon etc after reading about the Italian breakfast. Haha. Had everything needed.
The first issue we encountered was the front desk staff. Their behavior was completely unprofessional — they were extremely disrespectful and showed no willingness to help or assist in any way.
As for the rooms, they were a complete shock.
The photos online are one thing, but the reality is completely different.
The room was poor in every aspect:
• Not worth even a quarter of the price we paid.
• The bathroom was clogged and had a terrible odor.
• The space was so tight you could barely move around.
• The furniture was old and dirty, and the AC wasn’t cooling properly.
Honestly, think twice — or a hundred times — before booking this place.
