I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Not only were the staff arguing during my stay, but they also charged me an extra 7 euros without any valid reason. When I questioned the charge, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they claimed the additional charge could only be paid in cash, which felt like a made-up excuse. Their behavior was unethical and mean, making my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional experience. Avoid at all costs! the hotel location is very good, the rooms are tiny but normal in UE. but the woman at the front deck wasnt the best host (usual attitud in Italy unfortunatly, acts like she was making us a favor).

Great hotel, which I felt was centered. The service was wonderful here as well. They gave us recommendations to restaurants that were amazing! This really elevated our experience in Rome.

Beautiful hotel located in the northern part of the center of Rome but still at walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. If you like to walk this place is for you. Very good service, nice staff and very clean.

Very good location. Close to attractions, yet far enough away that you can have peace and quiet. Breakfast offering was very nice and the patio was great. Room was comfortable, but our WiFi reception was poor. Staff were very helpful.

I just finished a wonderful two night stay in Rome at the River Palace Hotel. Everything was perfect. I arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight from New York, and the room was ready for me. The room itself was very nice and very quiet, which is important to me. I slept very well during my stay. The location was great for me as I had meetings to attend near the Vatican, and it was a nice walk (in beautiful weather). I will definitely stay here again when I come to Rome.

I chose the entry level room & yes it is small, especially the washroom & shower. The hotel is gorgeous in that old world way. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Location great, 25 mts slow walk to Trevi fountain, 2 blocks away from a Metro station & the famous Piazza del Popolo & the Flaminian Obelisk.

I love this hotel. Everything you need and a wonderful location. If I have 1 suggestion it would be to start breakfast at 6:30 instead of 7. Most tours meet at 7 or so and I hated missing the breakfast. They were delicious 😋

Third trip to Rome.
Great hotel two blocks of easy walking to Spanish Quarter shopping and Villa Borghese (an enormous popular park), 1 block to Metro.
Staff is top notch, detail oriented and very professional.
We had a deluxe room that was large enough for two and had a window onto the street. With the window closed you couldn't hear a thing outside.
We only breakfast once at the hotel. It is well worth it if you are planning on having anything more than coffee and a few croissants.
