Staff are welcoming and definitely accommodating as we arrived 4 hours early. Ensured our room was priority to be ready. Room was simple and clean with decent AC as we arrived with temps of 37-39 degrees for 5 days. Location was great and near the main train station along with being central to all the touristy location such as Trevi fountain. We also included buffet breakfast daily during our stay which makes it easy for you with lots of food and variety to choose from.

Highly recommended hotel to stay.

This hotel had a lot of great things going for it. However, there were some clear issues with the rooms. The first room they had given me, one of the electrical outlets was damaged, and could not be used. The window's lock was broken and it would not fully lock ever. The bedside lights need to be physically unplugged from the wall to turn them off, in order to get to sleep. And the bathroom was a nightmare. The toilet was made for a giant, and just sat way too high off the ground. I was on my tippy toes while sitting! The shower also leaked all over the rest of the bathroom, when you showered. Finally, the sink faucet had the longest handle that I have ever seen on a bathroom sink in my life. It was more likely meant to be a kitchen sink faucet or something. I loved the location, the staff were good, and the restaurant was great. The room just was an entire debacle. One thing I can say positively about the rooms was they were quiet at night. That was good.

Fantastic hotel, staying in a family suite. 2 separate rooms created by easily opened dividing doors. Air con is great and much needed at this time of year. Immaculately clean.In room dining was excellent. Hotel is pristine. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This hotel made us feel like royals !! The staff is super professional, very clean rooms, super quiet hotel no noise what so ever, the food was out of this world, I especially enjoyed the dessert, the coffee was very good and waiters were prompt and very friendly ! The location of the hotel could not be in a more convenient place! We checked out but the Hotel offered us to take care of our luggages while we left site seeing. When we came back we were offered cold juices and even helped calling a taxi for us! I am just beyond impressed with this hotel. I totally recomend it !

This is a very nice hotel. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. The rooms have minibars that you can use as a fridge. The hotel was quiet. It is located in a great location with easy access to the train station and within walking distance of the Colosseum and other major sites. Rome can be sketchy and the area around hotel is no different. However, we always felt safe walking around.

We've just come home after four nights at the hotel and we had such a lovely time. Staff were kind and attentive, breakfast was amazing and the room was comfortable. The location was a brilliant starting point for everywhere in the city, loads of good transport links and some really great museums nearby too. Good food was easy to find too. I can't wait to come back to Rome and stay again.

The staff is exceptional, supporting and ready to help. Rooms are spacious, confortable and clean! The location is great, per se, right in the center, close to Termini station and Monti quarter...unfortunately the crowd around the block in the evening doesn't make you feel very safe (people shouting in the middle of the night, too many clochards): this is the only thing I didn't appreciate and of course it is not the fault of the hotel, which by the way has guards at the door.

Majority of staff very good customer service. Because I was travelling alone they gave me a very small room for same rate as a couple paid. The girl behind desk appeared quite disturbed by me asking for a room with more space. She accommodated and room more suitable. Great proximity to everything. The other guys behind the desk had very good customer service and were warm and hospitable. 🙏🏄

Staff were very professional and respectful. The rooms were clean and especially loved their spacious shower. The restaurant seemed like they had a professional gourmet chef the dishes were very tasteful and plated beautifully. The staff even gave me a present I guess since we came right after Christmas. It was a small boxed fruit cake. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. You do have to pay and recommended to pay when you check in. Location was ideal just a few minutes from the train station. We definitely will stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but rather noisy as we were very near the central station and every night there were people who hung around till late and made quite a bit of noise. However it is very convenient to get to station, just about 2 mins walk. The shower screen was not optimal as water kept leaking out and flooded the toilet floor every night when I used the shower spray. Breakfast spread was not tasty at all but at a small cost so I’m not complaining. Otherwise everything was fine!
